Chakras are powerful energy centers that can unlock inner power and transform one’s life. Balancing the 7 chakras is crucial for overall well-being and personal growth. The solar plexus chakra plays a significant role in developing personal power, providing actual energy. Grounding exercises, such as walking barefoot on the earth and practicing yoga poses, can help activate and balance the root chakra.
To assess your chakra strength and identify your dominant energy center, take a chakra quiz or explore your personality traits. Balancing your chakras can be achieved through meditation, yoga, sound therapy, aromatherapy, and more. The Manipura chakra, which thrives on complex carbohydrates and whole grains, brings energy, effectiveness, spontaneity, and non-dominating power. It also promotes confidence, focus, strength, and fortitude.
To strengthen the Manipura chakra, engage in physical workouts, Pranayama exercises, optimized digestion, and binaural beats meditation. This chakra thrives off of complex carbohydrates and whole grains like oats, brown rice, spelt, millet, rye, farro, beans, vegetables, and more. Engage in physical activities that promote a sense of personal power, such as martial arts, dancing, or any form of exercise that allows you to assert your power.
Repeat positive affirmations about personal power to boost self-esteem. Focus your awareness on the breath and notice the rise and fall of the solar plexus chakra. The solar plexus chakra, or Manipura, exerts the greatest influence over personal power, self-esteem, and self-confidence.

How do I activate my power chakra?
To unlock your chakras, be aware of the chakra you wish to unlock and practice daily meditation to balance your energies. Chant certain mantras to awaken dormant chakras, and join guided meditation classes or chakra healing sessions for expert advice. Meditation is a powerful spiritual practice with numerous mental and physical health benefits, and is the core of other practices like manifestation, affirmations, and energy healing.
The human body has seven main energy centers, with the root chakra, also known as Muladhara, located at the base of the spine near the tailbone. Unlocking this chakra can strengthen your body, reduce the risk of common ailments like cough and cold, and shield you from negativity, keeping you grounded.
Which chakra makes you mentally strong?
The Manipura or Solar Plexus Chakra is linked to confidence, personal power, and self-esteem. An imbalance can lead to feelings of powerlessness, low self-esteem, and lack of motivation. A balanced solar plexus chakra empowers individuals to feel assertive and in control of their lives. The Anahata or Heart Chakra, the center of compassion, love, and emotional well-being, can lead to feelings of resentment, loneliness, and inability to give or receive love.
A balanced heart chakra fosters harmonious relationships, emotional healing, and empathy. The Vishuddha or Throat Chakra governs self-expression, communication, and authenticity. An imbalanced throat chakra can result in difficulties in self-expression, lack of clarity, and fear of speaking up.
What is the easiest chakra to unlock?
The Ajna Chakra, or Third Eye chakra, is the most accessible of the six major chakras. As one’s meditation practice deepens, the ability to activate this chakra independently is developed.
What is the chakra for personal power?
The solar plexus, located in the stomach area of the body, is responsible for controlling or power in relationships and is the center of personal power. It is also the home of self-esteem and the center of personal power. Women can alter their outward appearance to feel beautiful, but the vibrations of others will always reflect their internal dialogue. Living inside out is essential, and clients should shift their self-perception before expecting new energy to be reflected in the eyes of others.
Our physical body has seven main chakras, which bring and leave energy. Engaging with people from these centers can lead to issues related to their centers. For instance, connecting with a love interest from the sacral chakra (second chakra) is about physical connection, while the heart center (4th chakra) is more about emotional connection. The solar plexus is crucial in determining our relationship dynamics and personal power.
Which chakra is most powerful?
Bhakti Yoga focuses on the heart chakra as the center of spiritual devotion, while Ayurveda has three main chakras, known as “Marmas”, which are the focal points of physical, mental, and spiritual energies in the body. Shaivism has five chakras, with the heart and crown chakras being the focus. Tantra traditionally has four to six chakras, with the crown chakra being considered the highest. Kashmir Shaivism has six or seven chakras, with the focus on awakening divine energy within.
Hatha Yoga has seven main chakras, with some traditions also recognizing additional ones. Kundalini Yoga has seven main chakras, with additional minor chakras recognized. Nath Tradition has eight main chakras, with the emphasis on awakening divine energy through these centers. Vaishnavism has twelve chakras, with the emphasis on spiritual ascent through these centers.
Classical eastern traditions, particularly those developed in India during the 1st millennium AD, describe nadi and chakra in a “subtle body” context, where the prana (breath, life energy) flows through the nadi and cakra. This subtle body network is believed to be reachable, awake-able, and important for an individual’s body-mind health and how one relates to others in their life.
Esoteric traditions in Hinduism mention numerous numbers and arrangements of chakras, with a classical system of six-plus-one, the last being the Sahasrara. Hindu Tantra associates six Yoginis with six places in the subtle body, corresponding to the six chakras of the six-plus-one system.
How do I get super powers?
Superpowers can be inherited or acquired, such as the Sherpa people of the Himalaya who have adapted to high altitude with genes that enhance their strength and endurance. Mental athletes can develop a mind like a steel trap, and even fear can be conquered with proper conditioning. Scientists are just beginning to understand the inner workings of people with these abilities, finding that while genes provide some advantage, most people have untapped potential. To maintain sharp memory, scientists recommend keeping your mind sharp and learning about the brains and bodies of those with heightened abilities.
How long does it take to unblock a chakra?
Unblocking chakras requires patience, dedication, and a deep understanding of our energy system. The process can take weeks to months, depending on factors like the individual’s role and purpose. The key is to identify and address specific blockages within each chakra, which may require different amounts of time and attention. The severity of the blockage and the individual’s willingness to engage in self-reflection and healing practices also play a role.
Performing is an art that requires trusting instincts and intuition, but lack of confidence and nervousness can hinder performance, often triggered by past judgments, negative feedback, or criticisms. Childhood experiences also play a significant role in shaping self-worth.
What is the chakra for self empowerment?
The third chakra, located in the solar plexus, is crucial for personal power, self-actualization, vitality, purpose, and self-esteem. It encourages us to take up space, recognize our worth, and value our contributions. Overusing this chakra can lead to negative self-blame and disservice to ourselves and others. The color yellow represents empowerment, and it relates to navigating past and present experiences of shame.
When imbalanced, this chakra can lead to low self-worth, passive aggressive behavior, and critical self-condemnation. Physiologically, it can cause digestive issues, muscle weakness, and dysfunction in the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis, potentially leading to adrenal fatigue.
How do you unblock your power chakra?
The chakras, the centers of spiritual power, are a complex energy system within the body. Blocking these chakras can lead to difficulties with concentration, sleeping problems, lack of motivation, and feelings of helplessness. To unblock these energy pathways, there are several easy techniques you can do at home. One such technique is mantras, which are short repetitions used at the end of yoga practice. These mantras act as a form of sound healing, restoring energy fields.
Another technique is tapping, or EFT, which involves using your fingertips to tap on specific meridian points throughout your body. This motion and repeating affirmations can help release certain emotions that may be blocking your chakras. By practicing these techniques, you can help unblock your chakras and improve your overall well-being.
Which chakra gives super power?
The third chakra, Manipura, is located near the solar plexus and focuses on control and power. It is considered the beginning of spiritual evolution, as it allows individuals to assert themselves without dominating or submitting to others. When Manipura awakens, individuals become aware of their soul and gain control over emotions, exercising influence beyond their own karma. This may lead to digestive problems and greater ESP abilities without ego involvement.
The fourth chakra, Anahata, is midway between the nipples and is considered the intersection between the earthly and divine, as well as the left (yin) and right (yang). It represents the symbol of the cross and the six-pointed star, representing the spiritual rather than the physical world.
With the heart opening, individuals often feel stabbing pains in the heart area, surrendering the ego’s struggle for control and becoming more guided by the soul. This leads to greater balance and relatedness between the ego and the self, resulting in less inner conflict and more harmony between oneself and others. As one becomes more integrated and whole, there is less attachment to and demand on others, and greater caring, responsiveness, and respect for others.
An optimistic attitude towards life develops, and psychokinetic and healing powers arise, leading to synchronicity and wish-fulfillment. These changes are essential for maintaining kundalini’s evolution and promoting spiritual growth.
Which chakra is lazy?
Sushupti, or laziness, represents the final vritti, indicating a desire to conserve energy or remain in a state of stagnation. This may be indicative of a weak Manipura chakra, which may manifest as a lack of motivation or inspiration.
📹 Reclaim Your Power! Solar Plexus Chakra Healing Meditation (Inner Child Healing)
Reclaim your power! This healing meditation works at all levels including the energetic, any childhood imprints, and removes …
Thank you. This was beautiful. I was able to free that little girl who was scared to be herself. I was able to hug her and I reminded her that she can play like a child. Run as fast as you can. Skate as fast as you can. Jump as high as you can. Lay in the grass and feel yourself be free. There’s still work to be done but I’m here for it.
This was a powerful meditation it made me realized how when we are child we have that pure light, creativity and natural gift but society, schools and adults make sure to redefine who you “should be” forcing us to be like “everyone else”. I went back to all the criticism I got as a child believing it my whole life and left my dreams at the side just to be “normal”(get a degree and a stable job) Now I let it go, I am not what they told me I was, and I take back my inner power. I am an artist and a creative and agree spirit. Thank you!
Life changing!!!! Thank you. I was perusal a documentary about dimensions to help me switch timelines last night so I was able to really understand and get into this meditation, go back to the memory without forcing anything and make some real changes. I realized that because of abuse and intimidation I learned to not go out on a limb, not express myself and to always give power to others as a sort of bribe for peace. I grew up around violent people and narcissists. I realized I leed with exchanging and giving my power away as a form of “buying” my way in to the persons hood graces so I won’t be harmed. I even realized how the cycle of sexual abuse continues because when you do this, abusers sniff you out easily. In the visualization I stood up for myself at the age of four and the abuser stood over me and blocked out the sun, trying to coerce me into going with them to be abused. Instead of this my adult self choked the shit out of him 😂 and my four year old self screamed and said no, help he’s trying to take me!!! I then saw just how much of a coward he is and felt free. I had been giving away this power with the expectation of being harmed but thinking giving the power away would lessen it. Now I see that when you are in your power, abusers would never even consider messing with you. The cycle of abusers starts with your parents training you to give this power away and THAT is how children are harmed. Children who are not taught that way never experience abuse because they repel abusers!

This was very emotional for me. I just had a reading that said there was something weak about my third chakra so set out to find out how to fix it. I used to be super powerful, even in bad times…I had a fight to protect myself and my loved ones, and make things happen. Nearly ten years ago, I got into a marriage that I thought was joy and love, but he became more abusive and controlling. Physically, my belly distended and although I fought to be fit, my health deteriorated. The time transgression I was back with him at a gallery walk on the coast; don’t know what was said but it seemed a point of the gaslighting. I fled the country. I met someone here that I adore, but I realize lately I have legally had to give up all my power, waiting on someone to make a decision about me. Years have passed; it is not my nature to be this patient, but I have, yet now I feel it has stalled. He has all the power, as my fear is I would have to return to my abuser…that is powerful stuff! And I have not been powerful, but passive…frankly the stress is driving me mad. I am taking my power back…
I absolutely love this series.. I love the whole website.. you are a part of my life every single day and from my heart I thank you.. Much love to you Sarah … The words …Thank you …Feels insufficient… God bless you … You’ve been an important part of my journey in many ways…💕💕💝
This really resonated with me on many levels from when you talked about playing small to rising like the Phoenix. I started working on my third eye chakra but quickly realized that I needed to work on my lower chakras and get in alignment from the bottom to the top. Thank you so much for all that you do.🙏🏽❤🤗😇
I’ve been having awful heartburn for 3 days, it wouldn’t go away with anything…aloe vera, apple cider vinagre, baking soda, etc. (weird for me, doesn’t happen). Today, finally dawned on me…it isn’t physical, it’s emotional. So I googled Solar Plexus and heartburn and, yup, was right, Came upon your article, God sent. Not only did I notice that my Solar Plexus was hot red and angry.. scared and confused. But when you told us to go back, I was with my 8 year old self, as soon as I started telling her that I she was appreciated and not to worry cause everything she did back then was not a punishment but a blessing in disguise, that it will help with admin/op work, I started crying. I felt the tightness in my Solar Plexus release. Truly appreciated.
This meditation brought me so much peace just now I could feel the energy within me as I caressed my stomach I envisioned the Phoenix soaring through the light within me. I had tingles running through my body and a few minutes after I finished I can still feel the tingles in my fingertips. Thank you Sarah for all you do. Your meditations have brought me so much healing the past 2 years. I’ve experienced trauma throughout my childhood, emotional, physical and verbal plus neglect and abandonment so I have a lot of blockage to work through but your meditations give me hope for the future I’ve been making them part of my bedtime and morning routine 💖🙏🏻 All the best to you Sarah ✨
