Regardless of what happens with Biden, the Fed needs to bring down the interest rates during a campaign season. There are many issues, including the chance of wars in three areas. I think Biden will drop out late in the primary season or between the end of the primary season and the Democratic National Convention. I’ve been saying for several months now that they are using Biden as a place holder for the real nominee in 24. They most likely will hold him out until the primary so that the DNC can either replace him without a primary election or at the convention itself and they will open a brokered convention. All the time and resources being spent on going after Biden right now protects the person that they actually want to put into the race. They’ll spring a candidate closer to the election so there isn’t as much time to vet them.

The Democrats seem stuck with Biden. Kamala was picked as VP in part to cement her status as the Next presidential pic. If the Dem’s don’t pick her, then they are betraying women, people of color, and especially women of color. Unless they absolutely dominate the black female vote, Democrats will lose.
