Root chakra imbalances can lead to codependency, lack of trust, fear of intimacy, difficulty forming deep connections with others, and feeling isolated from the group. These imbalances can affect other areas of life, such as relationships, self-expression, and reality perception. The root chakra, known in Sanskrit as muladhara, is the center of love and relationships, associated with compassion, forgiveness, and empathy. When an imbalanced root chakra contributes to dysfunction in relationships, individuals are more likely to withdraw from confiding in others or risk being infatuated.
The main seven chakras flow from the root chakra (base of the spine) to the crown chakra (top of the head). Each chakra has different qualities and emotions linked to it, which can manifest. Chakras are closely related to our ability to develop and maintain positive relationships. Understanding the nature of vibration and the chakra system allows for a quick and simple way to understand different relationship dynamics.
Root chakra couples are ruled by the planet Mars and tend to have an intense honeymoon period, which can feel like love to them. The sacral chakra is associated with creativity, pleasure, and sexuality and is also associated with the second (sacral) chakra in Indian culture. An imbalanced heart chakra might suffer extreme loneliness, deep sorrow, emotional instability, or lack compassion and connection to others.
Fear of commitment is another issue that arises from an imbalanced root chakra. It can make it difficult for individuals to commit fully to the relationship, leading to feelings of loss and uncertainty. To enhance relationships, one can use the Root Chakra connection to improve sexual energy and intimacy.
In conclusion, root chakra imbalances can negatively impact relationships, causing codependency, lack of trust, and difficulty forming deep connections. By understanding and utilizing these chakras, individuals can improve their relationships and overall well-being.

Ah bro I really appreciate you man for doing this..recently I was raging out like on some suicidal shit because I was feeling like I can’t live on the edge financially anymore..I had been for 10+ years..and I began to notice the why..fear of survival, fear I can’t come out this hole..it’s like extreme rage and anxiety when it hits..anyway I figured it was a chakra issue and not a mental illness..it’s amazing how people never think about these things but they effect us so greatly..thanks again my man for the wisdom..peace god
Thankyou. I always attract men because my sacral charka is excellent – but my root is underactive. Yes i have a severe lack of trust and safety in the world, have suffered child hood trauma (sexual abuce) and worry about finances and have anxiety over it, i once was a pushover and yes have issues with my father as he was a narcissist. I do not trust others at all even though i seem very friendly outwardly. I do have a lot of ambition and goals but struggle to reach them and therefore feel inwardly frustrated and not successful enough despite being talented, hard workling and highly educated.
