Guild Wars 2 is a popular game that offers a variety of ways to obtain Mystic Coins and Clovers. The most consistent way to get these items is by logging in daily, which can be done through various methods such as daily automated tournaments, monthly tournaments, and crafting materials like Mystic Clovers.
Mystic Coins are a crafting material used in crafting legendary equipment and in various Mystic Forge recipes. To obtain more Mystic Coins, players can purchase them from various sources, such as Nikki the Lost in Wizard’s Tower, Fractals, Gold and Diamond tier in WvW, and Fluctuating mass.
Some of the most common and reliable methods to get Mystic Coins and Clovers in Guild Wars 2 for Legendary crafting include doing CM+T4s, buying Mystic Coins, completing three of the available daily achievements in the Festival of the Four Winds, and logging in as monthly rewards.
Fractal Adepts, Experts, and Master’s Chests also offer opportunities to earn Mystic Coins. These coins can be exchanged for them at the Mystic Forge, but they are often limited in value. To reduce the number of Mystic Coins needed, players can choose to get clovers at the end of the 28-day cycle and perform reward tracks.
In summary, Guild Wars 2 offers numerous ways to obtain Mystic Coins and Clovers, with each method offering unique opportunities for acquiring them. By following these guidelines, players can enhance their crafting skills and increase their chances of obtaining valuable Mystic Coins and Clovers in the game.

When I was making my first legendary, the Juggernaut, the resource that held me up the most wasn’t Mystic Coins or Mystic Clovers. It was goddamn Silver Doubloons. Those things have a stupidly low drop rate, even on toons of the appropriate level to get them most frequently, and there were times where I got frustrated enough with the process to go to the TP to try and throw gold at it only for there to literally not be enough of the things for sale to give me the rest of what I needed. I was stuck on this for TWO YEARS before my husband commented about it in a Reddit thread asking for people’s legendary crafting horror stories and a kind stranger donated them to me.
Hey Mukluk! Thanks for the article as always. I’ve recently watched all your articles about legendary trinkets and slowly working on getting them. I found another article that includes the PVP tracks that give 7+ mystic clovers and though it might be usefull (haven’t been able to check by myself doing them yet) List of Reward Tracks that give 7+ Mystic Clover the first time you finish it : Silverwastes Reward Track 7 Verdant Brink Reward Track 7 Auric Basin Reward Track 7 Tangled Depths Reward Track 7 Crystal Desert Reward Track 7 Warclaw Reward Track 7 Grothmar Valley Reward Track 9 Bjora Marches Reward Track 11 Drizzlewood Coast Reward Track 14 To give credit, it was a YT from a guy called ” Gaming Tutorials with Johny” Thanks for everyrthing!
During the Lunar Festival, you can get 1 Mystic Clover for 10 items of exotic-level luck (orange) and it will reset every Monday of the festival. If you don’t have the exotic-level luck but have other types, an Artificer can upgrade blue to green, green to yellow, and then yellow to orange so you can have the right sort of luck currency for the fesitval.
seasons of the dragon achievments give a skin or a 6 mystic coins bag. I picked very often coins from there, if you do every zone you end up with 120ish mystic coins on TOP of the future legendary amulet, an ascended wep and 32 slot bags. It is not thard hard to do for newer players, you’ll lose between 30mn and 1h per zone when progressing in living worlds but the return from that is just above what dedicated farmers can do(basically only dry top is shitty to do, even using TACO it takes several sandstorms). I financed all my ascended accessories, my skyscale saddle by itself and let me with a decent amount of lw materials for other stuffs. Also Icebrood content is pretty good as well but you get way less cache keys than you use even buying them hard, I’d recommend zone empowerment(more salvage is very worth it over time), dragon slayer mastery 6 and doing the olaf olafson quest asap in this zone to maximise returns, this map is decent if you stack up everything but honestly underwhelming if not(clovers or not).
I dunno if this was available during this article’s release, but right now there’s another sure way to acquire Mystic Clovers. You can purchase them with 30 Magnetite Shards + 2x (Mystic Coins, Ectoplasm, Spirit Shards) each, up to 10 times per week. A great way to spend your raid currency if you don’t need it for anything else, and/or if you hate gambling for clovers.
I have a problem and a question…2 days ago my mystic coins disappeared when i took it from the bank…I didn’t do anything to it, just put it in my inventory…today I got 8 mystic coins from the login…when I checked my inventory its not there anymore…I don’t know if you know about this kind of problem…
I literally just logged off like 10 mins ago, I was gambling for Clovers and the 2nd Mystic Forge recipe you showed gave me 10 clovers twice in a row. Luckily I only needed 25 and got the other 5 via the first recipe (lucky me, right?) All I need now is The Legend and I will have my Bitfrost, yay!!!! But yeah, acquiring these clovers sucks big time!! ANet should think up another (less expensive) way of getting these.
