Which chakra holds trauma?

The root chakra is a fundamental energy center that is shaped by various events, including financial traumas, loss of home or land, and relocations. These traumas can lead to the belief that the world is dangerous and that we are victims of it. This can result in feelings of anxiety, a desire for a predictable life, and a lack of acceptance of life’s experiences.

However, all traumas are a root chakra phenomenon, and the unbalanced root chakra often harbors unrealistic hope that it will never undergo sudden and unpredictable changes. This accumulation of traumatic incidents can lead to a “no” to life, preventing us from fully embracing life’s experiences. This can sometimes lead to escapism and fantasy.

A significant portion of our mental turbulence is the result of untreated traumas stored in the root chakra. Unresolved memories can also transform into physical pains that spread throughout areas governed by the root chakra, such as legs, feet, and the muscular and skeletal systems. By addressing these root chakra traumas, we can better navigate life and navigate the challenges that come our way.

What is the fastest way to activate root chakra?

Shaktidas posits that straightforward practices such as walking in nature and gardening can facilitate the unblocking of the root chakra. Christensen proposes that one may achieve this connection with the physical body through the practice of yoga, Pilates, dance, or outdoor activities. The practice of yoga asana, when combined with conscious breathing, represents a highly effective and dynamic approach to working with the root chakra. Another method for establishing a connection with the root chakra is through footwork.

How to unblock thymus chakra?

Thymus tapotement is a technique that involves sitting cross-legged on a rug or mat with your chest open and back straight. Open your lungs with five deep breaths, and bring your hands in front of your sternum. Tape your fingers to the thymus, which is located in the thoracic cavity just behind your sternum. This tapping helps bridge the gap between reason and emotion, representing compassion, patience, and spiritual alignment. The thymus also plays a crucial role in boosting resilience and immunity by producing white blood cells that protect the body from infection.

Tapotement is featured in our Strength and Resilience Massage and can be practiced at home to calm anxieties, improve breathing, and strengthen immunity. It can be practiced in the morning to energize the mind and body, before exercise to invigorate, or late afternoon to overcome lethargy.

What is the thymus chakra?

The Karmic Heart Chakra is a vital aspect of the soul, containing the memory of successive lives that affect loving relationships. It is located in the thymus, which is connected to the soul’s karmic wounds and sufferings. It is essential to liberate one’s memories at the karmic heart level, which are often more devastating than those rooted in the physical heart.

The thymus helps each new incarnate create their systems until adulthood, including physical, psychological, and emotional. If the thymus is fully formed, the being can confront its pain, allowing them to make their inner cross, the vertical and horizontal crossing of the chakras.

The Karmic Heart balances when past lives and reincarnation pains are liberated. Accessing the three hearts allows for openness, receptivity, compassion, consolidation, appreciation, grace, gratitude, and acceptance. This universal and unconditional love is found at the karmic heart chakra, to the right of the physical heart on the same horizontal line.

The seven main chakras are vertically aligned, connecting telluric and cosmic energies. The human being is integrated when this vertical axis crosses the horizontal axis composed of the physical, karmic, and spiritual hearts. The horizontal axis of the three hearts also allows for the joining with love, sharing, the seed, earth, wind, and the universe.

How do you stimulate the thymus gland?

The thymus should be tapped for a period of 15 to 20 seconds, with a duration of 2 to 3 inches along the sternum, in a position between and above the breasts. This procedure stimulates the thymus, which is situated behind the third rib. The procedure should be repeated one to three times per day, or up to four times during periods of acute illness. This practice may assist in the prevention of colds and other illnesses by facilitating the release of infection-fighting white blood cells.

What foods activate root chakra?

The Root Chakra, which is linked to stability and self-awareness, is nourished by fruits, vegetables, and fruits like tomatoes, strawberries, raspberries, cherries, red apples, peppers, pomegranates, and beets. Inadequate Root Chakra can lead to issues like constipation, Crohn’s disease, cold fingers, hypertension, kidney stones, and impotence. Similarly, an imbalanced Sacral Chakra can cause menstrual issues, bladder infections, lower abdomen pain, testicular issues, and irritable bowel syndrome. Finally, an imbalanced Solar Plexus Chakra can lead to poor digestion, liver or kidney issues, weight problems, ulcers, diabetes, and gallstones.

Despite extensive research, scientists have been unable to identify a method to regenerate the thymus and enhance immunity in humans as they age. A recently published study in Nature Immunology indicates that the production of new T cells in the body markedly declines following puberty. • I use to work with T-cells in San Diego at a start up Biotech company in Rancho Bernardo. When growing up our cells every 3 days we would of course do a cell count and add fresh media to make a long story short we would play very soft positive music in the lab and notice the cell growth would expand to higher counts. T- cells have memory so I totally understand what your saying. Thank you for sharing this great article.

  • I just found this article by pure chance, I have myasthenia gravis and had my thymus removed 30 yrs ago. I’ve always wondered if this has ever affected my heart chakra, I’m an empath, healer, medium etc and do not feel my heart so as to speak has been affected, I understand there is an ethnic one.. I read that Dr Diamond has sadly passed away. But I’m looking forward to listening to his articles on this ….

  • Sounds like our new energy center. Point 0, or the space between in and out, past and future. Helping humanity merge into higher octaves of conscious awareness Our new base energy tone is in resonant harmony with nurturing pink tones, luscious corals and etherical reds. What a wonderful article, I dug deep into the mechanisms of the thymus and I too believe that it holds a ton of energy, information and power. Smart man, great article. Thank You

  • Would have liked to have heard how one can restore healthy thymus function. For example, is thymus tapping/thumping similar to the Diamond Technique? I understand that the thymus gland not only shrinks with age, but malfunctions as well.. leading to many auto-immune diseases, most notably (Ocular) Myasthenia Gravis. Greg Fahy suggests that the Immunosenescence part (the T-Cells trained by the *T*hymus/Liver), goes to 0 between the ages of 63 ad 78.. and suggests vaccines should be taken with rapamycin in order to be effective. Or thoughts on taking thymus peptides (Thymulin/Thymalfasin alpha1 (Tα1), i.e. Zadaxin, thymosin beta 4)? BTW, there was a great Radiolab episode (My Thymus, Myself) that talks about how immune cells come out of the bone marrow, and head to the Thymus for training. Unlike other cells, the Thymus is able to produce training material from all parts of the dna (heart, skin, etc).. this allows T-Cells to recognize self from non-self!

  • I had a massage years ago where at the end the therapist placed a large prayer bowl on my back over my heart chakra. She hit the side of the bowl and released strong vibrations through this area. Having been relaxed before, I immediately felt a huge sense of fear. I was scared a lot as a child, and it so interesting that this area had ‘stored’ these feelings.

  • How fascinating… when I was 15 I had a huge tumour of the thymus gland removed and I had, in the years prior, been dealing a phenomenal amount of self hatred and feeling unlovable, constantly seeking externally for that love. I now have an etheric thymus only as it was removed completely. Would there be anything I could do to support myself, given that it is no longer there? I would be fascinated to know 🙂
