What Does It Mean To Disturb Someone’S Energy Field?

The root chakra, represented by the color red and Earth element, is our foundation and deals with survival and security needs. It is the most important chakra in the body and can be affected by various factors such as physical issues like arthritis, constipation, bladder or colon problems, and emotional feelings of insecurity about finances or basic needs.

Chakras are spiritual concepts that have been used for thousands of years to guide people in their quest for self-development. They are wheels of energy that mark places where life occurs. When imbalanced chakras occur, they can cause physical and emotional issues, such as ruined metabolism, facial hair growth, sores, skin burns, and loss of emotions.

Unbalanced chakras can lead to disturbances in relationships, affecting metabolism, facial hair growth, and emotional well-being. To identify which chakra is affected or blocked, it is essential to check for leaks or anything in the sacral chakra. If you experience aches, stiffness, or recurring emotions and fears, it is important to check for any blockages or leaks in the sacral chakra.

The heart chakra, or heart chakra, is considered the center of emotions like love and grief. Rage is often associated with the 1st chakra, located near the heart. Hypoactive or blocked chakras function insufficiently or reduce, while hyperactive chakras have too much energy.

Sexual trauma and abuse can impact our chakras, particularly in women. While some may view their chakras as open to receiving, believing, and being OK with the unknowing, others may experience destabilized perceptions of reality, leading to confusion and negative effects on their well-being.

What happens if someone runs out of chakra?

Chakra, a form of life energy, has been widely spread by Hagoromo, the Sage of Six Paths. It is produced within and manipulated by organs like the heart, and circulates throughout the body in a network called the Chakra Pathway System. Groups like shinobi have learned to generate more chakra and release it outside their bodies through pressure points called tenketsu for jutsu. Chakra is created when two primal energies, known as “stamina”, are combined.

Physical energy is collected from each body cell and can be increased through training, stimulants, and exercise, while spiritual energy is derived from the mind’s consciousness and can be increased through studying, meditation, and experience. As these energies become more powerful, the created chakra becomes more powerful. Repeated practice builds up experience, increasing spiritual energy, and allowing more chakra to be created. Some individuals have substantial potential that allows them to exponentially increase their chakra reserves in a relatively short amount of time.

Which chakra should be unblocked first?

The root chakra is considered the grounding foundation of the chakra system, and imbalances in this chakra can affect other body chakras. Chakra work can help individuals feel safe, secure, and grounded in their body and the world. Although there is no scientific evidence supporting the existence of the root chakra, it can be beneficial for those new to chakra work. Victoria Stokes, a writer from the UK, shares her experiences with the root chakra and her favorite things, including coffee, cocktails, and the color pink.

How to Unblock the Throat Chakra. For many people, a blocked throat chakra is caused by trauma, including being surrounded by gossip, arguments with loved ones, or childhood experiences that resulted in closing off communication. Examples of such childhood experiences could include being yelled at by a parent, or physical or emotional abuse.

For trauma-based throat chakra blockages, the best remedy is to get to the root cause of the issue. Once we have an understanding of why the blockage came to be, we are empowered to do the energetic healing work.

There are a number of additional practices that can help open up the throat chakra, allowing us to have healthy communication with ourselves and others.

What is chakra manipulation?

Chakra points, lotus-shaped internal wells of esoteric energy, are believed to connect with supernatural essences and have specific effects on health conditions and emotions. According to Hindu and Buddhist beliefs, these vortices, starting at the base of the spine and ending above the head, have varying numbers of energy centers in the body. Most people are familiar with a seven-chakra system, with the highest number listed being 114. Techniques like aura, chi, life-force, Kundalini, and spiritual force manipulation are also used.

What is the rarest chakra release?

Wind Release is a rare nature transformation that allows users to cut through anything. It can be channeled into Chakra Blades, exhaled from the user’s mouth, or generated with the user’s hands for precision strikes. It can be further enhanced by compressing or layering different wind streams together. Wind Release can launch particles into the air, creating dust clouds or sand storms. Naruto Uzumaki adds Wind Release to the Rasengan for throwing it.

Temari generates wind by waving her Giant Folding Fan, which Kamatari rides towards opponents. Wind Release is naturally strong against Lightning Release and weak against Fire Release. When combined with Water Release, it increases the damage and coverage area of the water. When combined with other natures, certain kekkei genkai are produced, such as Ice Release, Scorch Release, Magnet Release, and Dust Release. Despite its rarity, the wind nature is common in Sunagakure ninja forces, with fans being a common trait among their forces.

What does chakra do for a person?

Chakras are believed to provide subtle energy that aids organs, mind, and intellect in functioning at their best. Although not extensively studied in medical studies, they can help individuals understand their mind and body like any religion or belief. Chakra beliefs have been present in Hindu and Buddhist spiritual traditions for at least 1, 000 years, with some suggesting they date back to 1500 BCE or more. Chakras are mentioned in ancient Hindu spiritual books like the Vedas and Yoga Upanishads, suggesting people likely believed in them before the information was recorded.

The root chakra, linked to the adrenal medulla, is involved in the fight-or-flight response. Feeling unsafe or in fear can shut down this chakra, blocking energy movement. Eastern traditions believe there is an interconnection between emotional and physical health and the seven chakras. However, research on chakras and their role in anxiety development or management is limited. Chakras are wheel-like energy centers in the body that affect physiological and emotional functions, and emotions, lifestyle choices, and thoughts are also believed to affect chakra function. Excessive anxiety can interfere with navigating the world and relationships.

In an ideal world, all chakras are balanced, but in the fast-paced world, imbalances can lead to feelings of unsafeness, unsupport, disconnectedness, loneliness, and low self-esteem. Symptoms of blocked energy in each chakra include the Muladhara chakra, the root chakra, which represents security, trust, and self-care. Physical symptoms of root chakra imbalances can be found in the legs, feet, rectum, tailbone, and immune system, while emotional imbalances affect basic survival needs like money, shelter, and food. Physical symptoms can include degenerative arthritis, knee pain, sciatica, eating disorders, and constipation.

  • That sad moment when you learn what you thought was an empath and it’s actually PTSD. I always felt sensitive to others emotions. If they were angry, sad, nervous etc…the reality is I have ptsd from my childhood and when people are mad, sad, anxious it makes me on edge. Just something to think about

  • I’ve always felt a deep-seated desire to contribute to humanity’s grand undertakings, striving to wield influence, unlock the secrets of optimal well-being, and ensure protection. This enduring need for recognition is not driven by vanity or excess but by a profound sense of purpose and identity. Within me, there is an insatiable curiosity to delve into the complexities of human understanding, seeking knowledge that is often reserved for the select few. My aspiration is to embody the wisdom our ancestors fervently wished for us to attain.

  • I’m an empath and always been a people pleaser. Thinking it was good to be this way. I’m now 55 and after going through an extremely painful divorce and seeing who is and isn’t there for you. Opening my eyes to what I’ve always attracted and was still attracting I shut the show down completely. I made a decision to start self care and healing. At that moment one by one all the toxic people started falling away. Some I’d had for over 30 years. It was time. Over the past two years my life has changed. I’m joyfully happy inside and out. I have a sense of peace I’ve never had before. Setting boundaries which is huge!!! I’d never done that before. Boundaries are extremely important. My mother is toxic and learning to deal with this has been tricky. My time with her is limited. She is giving but with conditions. I love her but I now love myself so learning to not feel guilt is hard still. I’ll continue this work till this life ends. I wish this peace for all people. It’s wonderful. ❤

  • My mom did physically leave when I was 14 and moved to another state after divorcing my stepdad and remarrying 3 months later. The abandonment issues I’ve had are high-level, and I am now 40 years old; divorced from a controlling narcissist and alcoholic. Luckily I was able to get out of that relationship, however, I have no trust now. I can read people quite easily and almost see a color around them, and their energy can easily change mine from 0-100 in less than a second. I also trust my gut, that has gotten me out of a few possibly dangerous situations.

  • Being an empath is great because we can really see and understand people on a deep level but it’s also a nightmare because we feel so much pain in humanity. It’s wonderful being able to help society but we’re also very susceptible to being abused by people with ulterior motives like narcissists. It’s a blessing and a curse for us. Learning how to protect ourselves is a must.

  • I’m empathic, intuitive..I can read people immediately and I know if they’re good or not and whether I can vibe with them or know to avoid them, people with low energy I have to stay away from cause I can feel that heaviness, people with high adhd kind of energy i also avoid if possible cause it makes me feel like I drank a triple expresso and I hate that antsy feeling, it really is a gift and a curse but it kind of gives me an advantage being able to predict certain people and situations

  • You are describing my last relationship to an absolute T! Took me 8 years, but one day I packed a bag, changed the tire he slashed the night before so I wouldn’t leave, and left. I’ve NEVER looked back. I spent 18 months focused on falling in love with myself and getting comfortable putting myself first. When I put myself back out there I attracted the most supportive, loving, kind partner. I learned and grew from my ex and now I’m living the life of my dreams. I’m extremely grateful to my ex for the opportunity to finally learn how to choose me. My boyfriend had narcissistic girlfriends, so we are a couple givers who are learning how to receive and give in a balanced way. It’s BEAUTIFUL 😁

  • This is SO true than anytime you have all your energy set on the other person (specially partnerwise) then the other person stops finding you attractive…and whenever you set back the energy to you, then the other person feels attracted to you again… I’ve noticed this so much and I can understand why it’s always important we never lose the focus on ourselves, what we like to do..out goals what we are passionate about… spending time alone, etc.

  • This is so good Aaron! Omgosh my mum was the still face, angry, narcissist and my dad wasn’t there. It was a very scary, unstable, tbh frightening childhood in so many ways and I grew up with no sense of self, a complete empath, people pleaser, insecure, looking for love from emotionally unavailable guys who treated me like shit, with absolutely no trust in life, myself, God, and a deep rooted fear. I’m working through all of this but it has and is a journey. I love your articles. Thanks for the resources, I appreciate you very much 🙏❤️

  • I had a still face moment. It’s crazy because it stuck with me through the years and I was immediately taken back there when listening to you. My mom and I used to go to movies when I was a child. When we would go to the movies, during a funny moment, we would both look at each other and laugh. When I started becoming a teenager my mom and I would get into fights. After those fights started she stopped looking back at me and meeting my eyes to laugh during movies. This is just a small example and symbolizes the decline of our relationship. It definitely hurts. I promise I will always meet my daughter’s eyes and share a laugh.

  • Yes this is exactly it. I can remember the moment of disconnect with my mother when I was standing in a crib and didn’t smile back at her when she smiled at me for no reason – I just didn’t feel good about it. Her face dropped and I remember she said I probably need to rest and then went away. But I didn’t need to rest, I just needed to be seen and held and accepted as I was without having to smile all the time. So I was left there alone in the crib anxious and afraid and when she came back I smiled at her like I never smiled before. Her face was not receptive anymore, but I felt I had no other choice but to keep smiling so that she would not leave me again. She eventually took me up and held me hesitantly and didn’t became “normal” until 2-3 days. That was the time when I started to believe I wasn’t good enough as I was, I wasn’t safe in my environment and I had to do stuff or be different than I am in order to be loved and safe.

  • As a life coach and inner child facilitator, you nailed it. The mother lives in us, as does our father, but the mother is stronger. We need to bring in the light mother to replace the dark mother with the unconditional loving light mother and self-regulate our inner child with unconditional love for ourselves as we learn to forgive ourselves. We forgive our dark mother as she did not know what she had done, and when we can do that we can be free from her grip and control on us

  • You talked about why Empaths are attracted to Narcissts . Im a strong Empath and thought maaany years about that issue. Finally i got what it was . An Empath cannot FEEL the Narcisst. They feel like a kind of “safe harbor”.. a person we dont get “signals ” from . First we think : Oh yes ..thats a person i can calm down with.. But thats basicly a trap . And when their mask is falling, its basicly to late. We get stuck in shitty relationships . So ..i learned now : If i cannot FEEL a person – RUN… During last years i met more and more REAL Empaths. I learned, my safe harbor will NEVER be a person i cannot feel. Maybe at beginning another Empath around you can feel overwhelming. But …. with personal space for each to “reset”, it will be “magic ” ..like never before . They are our safe harbors .. Dont step into next trap. You cannot feel them, stay on distance. And NEVER ever think you could “fix ” them. Thats a biiig mistake. They will never understand what is going on in you. In friendships its ok, as long you protect yourself and you are able to say “no ” if you have to. But in relationships, they turn into “Energy pirates “, They soak out your energy until almost nothing is left of you . Take care all ..

  • I personally do not give to get and do not spread kindness with expectations of getting something back in return. I have learned rather recently … You cannot always expect what you give to be returned to you… Just because you are kind and patient with others, does not mean they will reciprocate the same respect back to you. Healing is real and I agree is very important for the sake of our own health and also for the sake of the relationships on our lives. Don’t be walked all over. Say No when you need to, stand up for yourself when you need to and people pleasing is not a healthy way to live. Thank you for sharing all your articles!!

  • We were living in New Zealand and had to leave when our visa expired. We had a green screen studio and had to tear down the green screen at the end of our lease, before we moved back to Canada. Our contractor quit on us without notice (he got a higher paying project), and he left us in the lurch without even telling us. I was so angry, I was seething mad. And I was ranting to my husband about it at our studio. Our son, who lived about 15 miles away, texted me when I was ranting and said “Are you okay?” He knew, he felt it, and he responded to it. More recently, I coughed (due to it being allergy season) and my husband said he felt my cough in his own throat. I believe him. That super ability is your ability to join your energy field with another’s energy field…and feel their feelings. Today, I had to tell my brother and his girlfriend that the distribution from our inheritance would be delayed from late May this year to July 4 this year. I could feel the cold and darkness when they read my email. I had to get a blanket it was so cold. And I felt sick and weak. This lasted about an hour. Then it subsided. Those energetic flows that come from others are like energy packets that you play within your own energy field. And you experience that other person’s feelings. It’s quite amazing. Thanks for this article, it helps me understand all of this more.

  • I just got out of a 15 year narcissistic relationship after something so traumatic that happened to me. I didn’t know anything about spiritual awakening anything. It’s like someone spoke to me said get up i then told myself I choose my life. I went silent started studying him everything he has ever done said to me his actions. I had to dig deep down within myself reframe my whole mindset it was painful and long process but it was all so worth it like huge weight lifted. I DID THAT. 🙌🏽

  • This man has helped me so much with my curse/gift. It really can be a gift if you can control your own emotions, learn your own self worth and value and create a space for yourself to get away. Identifying how I became an empath was eye opening. I think I was born with so much compassion and sensitivity but my childhood made it so I could read people instantly for my protection and self defense. It saved us I believe being an empath was a necessary super power that is a survival skill and am grateful for it.

  • Superpower and a curse is the TRUTH and yes it seems I do attract narcissist and I just broke off a serious 3 year relationship with one this morning that I loved so much that it drained the life from me. They are energy vampires. I am glad I came across this article this morning. I needed this message.

  • You left my track when you drew the conclusion that people pleasers give to get. Sure, sometimes. But that’s not always the case. Sometimes they give to soley appease. Sometimes they give for no other reason than to avoid the negative energy that saying no gives them. Sometimes there is no expected return. Sometimes you simply oblige and endure.

  • It took a lot for me not to train myself not to care, but my best friend, who is an empath, taught me to do it. It is so peaceful, and it allows me to really use my gift where it’s needed, rather than on being a people-pleaser. I’ve come such a long way, but I’m thankful for every bit of it, because I can possibly help others, including my children if any of them are empaths.

  • In my experience, my intuition and their energy I’ve been able to read for other people has never not once been wrong. Never. The more I dressed my past to overcome it, excepted it, and let it go and created new habits in new coping skills and learned how to regulate my emotions and also meditation the stronger my abilities got! Search within yourself for the power that you’re looking for, meditation is the only way I’ve been able to get to where I am and self-development work ! ❤

  • I’m an empath and this article really explained, right on point, my life so far and all the challenges I’ve faced. I’ve tried to heal my inner child for 4 years now, and I think my biggest challenge is that I don’t quite know if I’m really REALLY living my ‘true self’ due to that low sense of ‘self’…… sometimes I wished I could just stop connecting and sensing all the vibes out there so I can be like ‘ oh so this is how my own vibe feels like’ 😂

  • I have been working for about 2 years on my spiritual awakening/journey. About 5 years ago, I left a very toxic relationship and started to find myself, while being single. I flat out refused to be in a relationship. Well, 5 years later, we’ll more like 4 1/2 years later… I met a man who was so kind and sweet and we hit it off immediately, he was almost too good to be true. Well… he’s toxic… which made no sense and I was so confused. I thought I worked through those issues, but I didn’t. I watched this article and of course, you always make sense. I’m an empath and I always have this thing even in life where I people please… I will literally take myself broke and put myself in debt to please everyone and make them happy, but not even just the money thing… I will run myself into the ground and make myself uncomfortable to make others happy. I finally realized my problem.

  • I only felt someone else’s energy clearly once. My dog will panic if there is thunder and she runs to me so I hold her. One time I was holding her close to my chest. I felt all this anxiety and fear come through my chest. I could feel it like it was my own but also I knew in my mind I wasn’t afraid of anything since we’ve done this countless times. I could only feel those emotions in my chest. I didn’t believe in being empathic until that happened to me. Now I think emotions, the human brain, chakras and so on is much more complex than we’ve been lead to believe and even animals must have some kind of chakra system. It’s easy to ignore if you’ve never felt it

  • I feel like I resonate with this! Large crowds are hard on me too! I am almost 6 years single because I also attract narcissists. I’m also very intuitive and the world is scary. Since I started my journey almost 6 years ago I use to shut myself in like a hermit crab at first, I am learning to feel more comfortable as myself in this world. Anyhow, I hate being a people pleaser but love helping people. Sorry my comment is everywhere…

  • Wow! Just Wow! Hi Aaron. Came across this article out of the many and thought I’d watch it. Really glad I did. I am an empath. To the point I see shadows & hear whispers around certain people. It can make me feel sick at times but I’m learning to ground and dig deeper to why I feel it this way. Not easy, confronting, but I’m feeling more in myself. I grew up being a people pleaser and came from a rough and broken home. I was often alone and always craving that motherly warmth. Generational trauma etc. Still digging but feeling more ME than I’ve ever felt. I realised if I didn’t look back and find, face what was at the root, I’d never feel free…. This article just re-affirmed that. Thank you!

  • Yes we definitely leave an “imprint” On our children bc they are closely perusal us to learn and interact and bond and sometimes we learn the wrong way to get our love. Once we are aware of that I think it’s half the battle .. the awareness is where it’s an opening to learn and grow out of that habitual behavior

  • I came across this article yesterday, I followed up with the meditation after this article. It already has changed my life already. I can’t thank you enough for this. You don’t know how many times I’ve tried these exercises and they never worked. So much healing has happened in less than 24 hours. Everything you say in this article is exact on. People tell me oh I’m such a good person for doing all the things I do. I’m like no I’m really not. I only do it because I’m selfish and it makes me feel good. Another example is I’d rather deal with someone else’s problems and pain than my own. I can’t ( couldn’t, now I can after yesterday!) take my own advice but I have the audacity to give it to everyone else regardless my inability to apply it. Being empathetic means I know best. A know it all. To compound this I’m a problem solver. I tell people things that they don’t want to hear because I don’t want to feel their suffering. This is so refreshing. You literally have saved my little me. I’m going through a tough time, I lost my mother at age 7. No relationship with my dad but suddenly I was moving in with him across the USA. Every one disregarded what I wanted and felt after her death and I took on the responsibility to heal everyone else. Well fast forward I became a mother, fast forward I’m in a position where I have to represent myself in court and I’ve failed to properly represent myself over and over and over. I literally couldn’t do it because of the inability to self soothe validate or regulate.

  • I am so happy and happy that I am no longer crazy lost person because I am well educated for what happened against them. I felt more confident . I got myself back together in one place. Before I was out of the place being a “lost” person. I know myself, love myself, forgave myself, and focus what I love to do.

  • This is sooooo true. I realised late in life I’m an empath, and this realisation came at the same time as realising my partner was a narcissist. Both terms were new to me, and I left my partner because of how toxic our relationship had become. Fast forward 18 months, after massive work on myself and ‘researching’ narcissists, I realised for me, they’re everywhere. I ended up back with my narc, and our relationship has never been better, because I’m different! I can now see his little narc tricks, testing my boundaries allll the time. And it feels so good for me to be strong and know my boundaries and self worth. I’m finally happy within myself and feel calm and grounded.

  • Arron! I just had you come up in my you tube feed. I saw the one where you were still transitioning to a you tuber. How your family made fun of you. I hope they see your light now 🙏🏼 I usually search for answers or a teaching. You are one of the most real energy I have felt through a article. I am so glad you stuck with your want in life. You make me proud as a mother. You are a dynamic human being and I look forward to learning more from you. Thank you for all you are doing. You are making a difference. I am on my way! ❤ keep up the good energy because I know it’s not work anymore, you are in flow. 😊😊😊

  • 7:57 Bravo!! Learning to say “no” was one of the hardest things I’ve had to learn. One of the things that I have learned in the process is that we actually give others opportunity for growth when we have healthy boundaries For me, if something is asked of me, and it is not a good idea I will feel nauseous in my stomach, that’s how I know the answer is “no” It applies to something I may do or say or think I just found you on YouTube and I think I’m really digging you ! Thank you for your work! ❤️❤️❤️🙏🙏🙏

  • I really appreciate you and your articles. They put into words for me of how I grew up and still do now at 57. I’ve always felt like I never really grew up. I work 7 days a week and when I’m tired I just stop working and I’m not hard on myself. I have been treating myself kindly lately. Self care and treat myself to massages and nice meals etc. I do enjoy my own company.

  • 8:20 Absolutely, when the answer is “no”, that is all you need to say, none of us have to explain our position at all. Those who love us and acceptance is for who we are, will take “no” as an answer, those who try to push the envelope, who try to bully you or manipulate you do not have your best interest at heart Another hard lesson learned for me, but a joyous and victorious lesson, I have my power back! 🙂🙂🙂💪💪💪

  • I LOVE it how you’re in your divine masculine power, not afraid to vocalise show your boundaries. Being in your divine masculine power and vocalising it, it’s to be respected and admired. It’s good that you’re not a push over and that you will stand up to that kind of energy. Also when you said “JUST LET IT BE BABY” My heart and soul melted, my nervous system completely blissed out like heaven when you spoke like that! Haha. That’s an extremely rare effect on me. That was powerful too haha! 😄♾️🚀🚀🌌💞🙌🏻 It also inspired me too because you’re right! I do get uptight and impatient sometimes so I do need to let it be, trust the process, the universe, so I thank your soul for saying that ❤

  • I know you’re not gonna read this but I have to put it out there anyway. I have a narcissist daughter and I have an empath daughter. This article touched homes so much and explained a lot. They’re in their 40s and now they don’t even talk. But a year ago I had to let go of my narcissist daughter, which is a shame because I can’t see the grandkids now. But your explanation helped a lot. Thank you.

  • I had an experience back in 2016 Tears of joy and happiness ran down my face as a member in the rehab group shared, I could feel the genuineness from them sharing, the 3rd person started sharing and the tears stopped flowing. After 5 mins he got up and left the rehab, he was hooked on meth and suboxone. We all sat back in the group to finish and the tears came back. I was the last person and when they got to me I had nothing to share, “I’m just happy to be here and I feel all of you” Never have I been able to recreate that day again. I’ve tried and tried but I find the more I try the further away it gets.

  • I find it very hard to not instantly call people out for what i can feel from them. When i know they have a negative feeling about me for things i believe is for unjust and ignorant reasons. When i do this they always get very uncomfortable snd deny what i read from them. I wonder alot if maybe with alot of people these days they are not even fully concious of how or why they feel certain ways. Or it has somwthing to do with people just not being capable of having conversations any longer. Its like the way people acted even 10 years ago now is too overwheleming for the public now. And i still communicate and react on the previous program so i terrify people. Maybe it is me who has just been left behind and instead of what appears to be degenerate to me, people today have ascended to a higher level.. somehow i really doubt it tho…

  • Wow there you are !! Ive been perusal you since you first started on YouTube, with your short hair just starting out on this YT journey to share your knowledge with thr world! You disappeared from my YT for a little while and now your back! I believe there is a reason you’re back on my feed again and it would make sense with the changes I’m currently going through! Congratulations on your success and nice to see your face again ! 🙏🏻

  • Aaron, you helped me through some rough Awakenings. Things that used to take me years to heal from. I am now getting to a higher frequency within 1 week now. I still am working, not in 💯 but I am getting there. I notice the more I heal, myself surroundings change for the better. My children seem to have raised their frequencies as well.

  • This is crazy!! I’ve been doing this for the last few years intuitively after being in a narcissistic relationship, and I often do energy checks with myself before going into certain situations. I realized how being an untrained empath can be manipulative because you are only showing others a version of yourself that they will like to see – since you know how each person is energetically tuned. And you don’t attract those who truly vibrate at your wavelength when you keep vibrating at other people’s wavelengths. I study psychology and I find a lot of this stuff isn’t taught in modern psych unfortunately – but the field is definitely evolving!

  • there are 2 types of people I see Ones that fell into being an “empath” worrying about other peoples emotions/being in tune. Then the others who let it slide off like water. I’m both depending on how warmed up I am. It takes some serious self care to get out of my shell everyday. It’s crazy how some people dont have a shell. I think i like my shell too much so i go back at the end of everyday lol

  • This was genuinely profound. I’ve always attracted “friends” who were narcissists. I had read a lot of info about how people that are empaths tend to attract narcissists and how to remove them from your life. But to hear you say that empaths can be just as conniving… it made me feel bad about myself… but also… I couldn’t deny it. I think back on my life and I know that there were times that I’ve done just that…. I feel like a piece of shit…

  • Over many years i have slowly learned that other peoples feelings aren’t my responsibility. I still can become very emotionally distressed in situations with people who want to hear their own words from you, but remind myself that I want to care because i genuinly do, and not because of guilt or expectations. Your feelings are yours, not mine.

  • I’m really glad I came across you! Your article just showed up without searching anything. My parents worked 6 days a week, 11+ hours. I only saw them for a few hours on Saturday mornings. My sister raised me. She’s my mom. It wasnt until very recent that I’ve realized that not having my parents in my life as a child really screwed me up. I keep my feelings bottled up and idk how to communicate with the father of my kids. I’ve been taking it day by day and making sure Im there for my 2 girls 6&1 year old. I dont want to screw them up either but its really hard to be there emotionally for them. Your article helped me realize its up to me to hive myself the nurture I never had.

  • Wow. Thank you. All the build up is always worth it with you. I’ve been perusal for a long time..Since you hated your stepmother even, but I realize now I too need my divine mother and father, having that security net has already made me feel a load of better. I am loved no matter what by creative upcycling mother Giah and stillness calm God. Thank you Aaron

  • I thought everyone could feel other people energy. I feel a unique energy from other people and can even miss their presence or NOT. 🙂 I mentioned this to my Dad once. I said “You know how you can feel people’s energy when they are around or even when they aren’t around (such a when they have passed over or are far away)?” He looked at me like I lost my mind and said and emphatic “No”. That was a clue to me that this was a bit different than other’s experiences. So I started asking close friends if they could feel this too and everyone told me “No”.Thanks for sharing this.

  • I am so happy I found you because I have put myself through these types of situations for years even in relationships and friendships I could not say no… Finally after a Decade, I can finally say NO 😂💯 and I was with a Narcissist for almost 11 years… I was so burnt out… Now I am enhancing the gifts that I was given since the day I was born … 🤜🤛👊💥

  • It’s really amazing to me how I can sense my children’s emotions and it’s like a peaceful happy love. And then I feel my husbands and it feels angry, edgy, suffocating and make me on edge, like I can’t relax. Or just BE. It’s not even said, it’s just energy. I can tell when he is going to be mean and I can tel when he is going to be kind. Before a word is uttered. It is so difficult to be around him in his hatred mode because it is literally like pins and needles to my ears when he is talking to me.

  • Yup, been able to do that for over 40 years. These days I can feel their fear, their insecurities, and I am so good at it that they know, that i know. then comes the hate, the envy, the contempt. I used to try to help them, however at my age and experience, I see human nature is selfish and jealous. This experiment is over, lest you have another scapegoat to offer up when I am used up? Maybe you Aaron,?yes I offer you up. You are gonna love it, next level.

  • I have been perusal for years and I know I’m an empath and I believe a lot of what he says is truth, I mean I live out lot of the stuff he says so it’s undeniable. But I also put my faith, hope and trust in the Creator God, the Trinity God: YAH the Father, Yeshua (Jesus) Christ the Son and the Holy Spirit. I think putting all of it together gives you a lot more clariry of the physical and spiritual worlds and how to properly live a holy and peaceful life in them.

  • Yesssss I keep attracting female narcissists (thanks abusive alcoholic abusive Mom for the download of my lack of self worth lol) and I am finally working as an assistant to one and I’ve recognized her attributes are for her sense of “power” so I choose to treat her differently than others I’ve encountered… keeping my energetic boundaries with her and she doesn’t respond the way she usually does to others. it’s awesome!

  • Simply focus on your own energy so much so that everyone else’s energy fades out of your Awareness. Continue to live in this Focus full-time and you will feel great around people who are having energetic experiences that reflect otherwise. This is living Unfazed from your Highest Self. That’s Empowerment👑

  • I believe this is exactly what happened in my foster family. Dad is the narcissist and mom the empath. I had 4 sisters too and I began to notice what dad was doing and I decided to goto battle with him for my family at an early age. My dad won until I said F it and went homeless bc anything was better than being trapped by a narcissist. I struggled for years. That’s a strong demon. I have CPTSD now but I waited most of my life for a new family and finally got one that loves me endlessly. Yeah, I’m a bit beat up but I made it alone through some of the hardest times in life. God really went big for me and I don’t regret anything now. I understand it, I’m fine!

  • Aaron I feel other people’s so much that I think it’s mine and it’s never mine. It is a lot to deal with. My friend Reagan noticed it about me & she said omg Amanda do you know you have a gift you are very in tune &:aware of others energies & know things & I said I know 😢.. Thanks for this article & Aaron your hair has gotten very long, looks nice. Keep up the good work. Hugs 🫂🤗

  • I do get feelings that has changed as I’ve gotten older. Alone is the safest best way to live right now. I have had years of therapy that has gave me a long psych file. I can see this in this article and that’s ok. People take on a bible at this time in life and I’ve chosen to visit my own. I am a very good reader to the point it hurts now. This new changes of lights, sounds worldy events are painful. My time I sleep is when I vision out what I might be able to do the next. Lack of sleep as you all know adds way to much to everything, everything.

  • I have a gift of knowing when people are tapping in to my energy or attempting to read my energy and I can also block them from reading or feeling my energy or even manipulate the energy they are trying to feed off of giving them something other than a bargain for anytime I want once I’m aware that they are able to with others

  • my father died when I was 3. my mother abandoned me to the wolves of the state at age 7. I am 45, and just coming out of almost decade and a half of isolation. I thought I hated people, it is opposite. I love people even if they hurt me, as they know not what they do. I have to help them, but I couldn’t before. as I my sensories were too overloaded from my past, and their pain, which is also my pain. I can feel the pain of the planet and everyone on it. I thought this was a curse. I am starting to believe it is a gift I am mastering so I can help others more effectively.

  • I read beyond the surface. It hurts. I knew my sister in law was going to law just by her emotions. Even though she was smiling on the outside I felt her pain. I knew something was wrong …. but in this secular world I told myself it would be ok. But she drowned herself…. the night I felt her soul was leaving. I can’t explain it….. but God gifts us if we are willing to listen to him.

  • Hello new here, and u really make sense and that as a kid I watch and kept quiet around ALOT of family and other people And as and adult as well. I do feel other people’s energy and didn’t learn that until just recently and I’m 51 years old.. I felt that same way with my parents like i felt like the only one standing alone with my parents . My older brother always got his way with my dad and my younger sister was mom’s favorite .. I’m the middle child and felt alone, felt like im the black sheep of the family, now parents aren’t alive and now my oldest brother and younger sister still to this day treat me like im the outsider, i dont matter . Howerever u want to put it … .❤🙏

  • Hey Aaron. I just want to add nuance to something I’ve heard you say frequently. I have heard you say that one can only experience that which they are the vibration of. Strictly speaking, that is true. However, due to the time illusion, it seems to people that karma brings that vibration back to them a period of time later. So what we actually experience from the perspective of the time illusion is that our vibration does not sync up with what we’re experiencing. This is actually what allows karma to act as a teacher, because we would not learn if we were not able to have a relatively high state of consciousness whilst seeming to experience “negative” events, such as having anger directed at us. .

  • A lot of this resonates. Ive been broken by narcissistic partners and father. Like i am building myself back up from the foundation after having been hoovered for 8 years. I feel deeply and his well being was always something i took as my responsibility. Even going back to when i was a kid. Still, Im reluctant to call myself an empath, the term is thrown around far too lightly. Most people are not empaths, but are Highly Sensitive people. It is very similar and more common than an “empath”. A true empath usually doesnt think they are an empath.

  • i got tired of saying yes, only to not cause ripples. so i started looking at the things i would do to “please” as a transaction. the more i did it, the more rational my transactions became, the better the trades i made. it felt like i was embracing my inner villain but really i was just giving what i had to offer a value, that had to be payed for in turn. i’m still able to lend it for free. but i learned to negotiate the terms on behalf of my own interests.

  • Yea this happened to me in primary school. I had no friends and nobody wanted to talk to me, play with me or pick me for anything. I also was disliked by my half siblings (only my sister liked me) I was the youngest and I am such an empath and a people pleaser and honestly it drains the F out of me! Sometimes I wish I could tell people the truth without always fearing rejection and abandonment. I’m perusal this article but I’m not hearing how we resolve it!

  • Total empath to the point of, within seconds of meeting someone I can’t describe them, but I know them. So I used to mirror the person, long before I knew that it would flatter them and put them in a comfortable place, ( just like two people who feel an attraction will mirror each other’s actions? ) and I would then have to be the saviour, to the point where I took a homeless guy in of the street, and I was offended when he left in my clothes- he was skinny – the next morning! I could never understand why my boundaries weren’t respected, when I was always willing to help if asked… I couldn’t take a compliment, let alone receive love or respect. I didn’t know myself. I couldn’t. I didn’t trust it. Self Care and self love are not the same, I had to learn that

  • Been this way my whole life. Im 61 now and just want to stay away from everyone now. Everyone love my dad too. My mother was what would have been called bi-polar back in the 70’s. He left us alot. She gave us 4 to foster care while keeping my sister, who wasnt his. I dont have abandonment issues, but I just have never felt i belonged anywhere.

  • 1.23 min in. Hi Aaron, I’ve been workong on, getting familar with this side of life since 1987, and I’m now 72. I xame across you for the first time just a few moments ago. I stared at your chosen photo of yourself at the start, as it comes up whrm browsing through Youtube. And I have to say that to me – you look like a fantastic, higly successful comedian: hair, face facisl expression, clothes, abd the way you use the stage. Keep on with all the spiritual though, as well. Sonecof us ate just starting out re spirituality and otherds of us need reminders thst cone in from a slightly different angle. You’ve absolutely got the ability to get your spiritual teachings across using humour.

  • The most truly effective way to stop digging around in other people’s energy is to live in your Unique Energetic Signature (alignment) and then reel in your psychic octopus tentacles. It’s not about building walls against the energy of the world, which is impossible and an energy sap, but about being in your own energy, which is easy once you learn to identify it. HyPerceptives, highly sensitive people (empaths), can actually choose a different approach!!! Learning how has changed my life forever.

  • 。✧*.。A life lesson。✧*.。: I’ve stopped listening to music that have toxic context; which have improved my life fr. Ppl don’t really think about how much things we see and watch actually impact our thoughts and mood. Majority of the lyrics are negative and toxic (same goes with many TV-series/shows and movies). I hope this helps someone who’s stuck with toxic content. Toxic contents are good in the way that it can open our eyes and ears about what actually is toxic/bad/wrong – so we therefore can distance ourselves from toxicity. So observe, learn and act. Toxic things/people are just distractions… toxicity prevents us from being productive and growing as persons, so we need to replace these toxic patterns with healthy patterns: We need to respond and act the opposite of toxic (we need to respond and act with KINDNESS). Our purpose in life is to live and learn from our mistakes and therefore make this world better and SAFER. Peace and love.

  • Wow… I’m an empath as well 😢… physical empath too, which really has sucked at times in my life because I never know when it’s going to hit me, and no one ever helped me with it. I physically experienced my husband’s death, as well as other’s even strangers. I can’t watch certain shows because if I am lucid, and tuned into someone? I can feel what happened to them. Example: crime shows. I cringe and try immediately to get it out of my head. When I’ve brought it up, I got shut down immediately or made fun of, or into a joke. Clairvoyance has been a part of my life, but I never really had myself analyzed to see where I fit in… for me? It’s been nowhere… all my life. I’ve felt like a stranger who doesn’t belong. I try and research, but always hit dead ends. I used humor a lot to cope. I’m crying as I type this, because I don’t think I’ve ever said this out loud before this way. The 1st 2 minutes of this article felt like a bomb exploded. I can really relate to this. Thank you Aaron, I’ve been with you from the beginning, but tuned out for a while. I need to seriously get back to meditation- it’s truly the only thing that has ever helped me. I went to reiki and started excessively crying. So much emotion was pouring out of me, but I couldn’t afford it anymore. I did drugs for a long time as an escape and to feel closer to God. It sounds crazy, but that’s a long time ago now. Anyhow, thank you for this article. It’s helping… ❤

  • It is so exhausting. At times I have Heard the Thought a person has. It freaks them out so bad. Some have asked if they said it out loud because they were absolutely thinking it. ..and exactly what I told them that I thought I heard them say. Reading energy is huge when you are born into a violent Home

  • Damn you just explained me in a nutshell well us a lot of us thank you for this insightful article brother it’s helped me put things into perspective for myself and i have clarity knowing that I’m not the only one and my thoughts feelings and actions are justified not saying they were right but i meant well by them and by myself

  • I feel energy of everything like : if I smell a letter in envelope, I know inside is a good news, bad news . If I go to second hand shop : I know that bag had lots of money, or credit cards, belongs to rich person or poor person . If I talk to someone : I onow before talking to me whom they talked, and what tbey said . If I walk by a abandoned home, I can right away feel the good memory or bad memory or if I feel chill on my back, I know horrible things happened there like murder, bad experiments.

  • So um this is not something I say often or like ever but you are beautiful inside and out. I don’t even find actors or singers attractive. I couldn’t name one because they seem so empty. But you are so very full of light. I can’t explain it to make it make sense. Though your outside is very beautiful it’s the inside that is amazing. I don’t have words to tell you what exactly I mean cause I don’t understand it myself. 🤣 Just wanted to share that and maybe make you smile today.

  • Thank you so much for all this new approach I can have with my self, being an empath, I now realize how to deal with the indifference I got from my parents, will have to work a lot, but only have one memory left, very clear and scary, I must have sunk the other ones deep inside. Will have to remember, to work on them. Your meditation made me comunicate with the frightened little boy that got lost in a big garden, and when found, was faced with total indifference, when still wiping my tears of fear and loneliness, in front of my mother. That was one of many, but how can I surface the other memories? Will they start showing themselves up? God bless you, Aaron 🙏

  • Wow, I didn’t know what it was called but I’m definitely a empath. But I DON’T LIKE people that don’t care about others. And I’m sick of people taking advantage of me!! Large crowds completely drain me of energy (even if I thought I didn’t have any to begin with) I’m to the point where I feel like my soul is exhausted And now I know why!

  • Everything the new age teaches us is just a counterfeit to the gospel (you get the same thing but the REAL thing when you go back to Jesus.) I promise. I learned it the hard way after delving very deep into all these practices. Having a “spiritual awakening” in 2012 like you did. Practicing yoga, meditating my butt off, being empath, dealing with all these issues and still do but the difference is I have the truth and now know exactly how to deal with it. (Prayer, fasting, deliverance) After years of searching for the ultimate truth, I finally found it in the Bible. Full circle man. Also- check out the book of Enoch. It will help you make sense of things I’m sure you know. It pointed me back to the Bible. 👍🏼👍🏼❤️❤️

  • 11:25 I don’t give to get anything in return, so you’re wrong there. That is the biggest problem with some people is they don’t help just to help or give just to give, or without telling the world or for “good karma” So I disagree with you on that, as “being empathic is manipulation/manipulative” I am empathic and feel how others feel and their energy and have no control over that. Unfortunately, LOL. I also know how it feels to not have anyone care about my feelings and constantly deal with narcissistic abuse and emotional abuse, or be made to feel less than, or my existence is a burden, so in turn I care too much about other’s feelings and even more so, care more about other’s feelings and needs over my own feelings or needs…I wish I could control that too, and not care or “give af” like most people. It’s so easy for most people it seems. I agree on everything else you said though!

  • Incredible. I’m an empath. I attract narcissists because I have no sense of self other than to give. I left my last narcissist boyfriend because I’d had enough. He crossed a line. Even though I loved him, and it hurt, I walked. Within a year, he was dying. What did I learn? Death awaits us all. If I hurt another human being, I have to make amends in order to go forward. I am an empath. I work as a school teacher. What I think I teach is hope and how to be.

  • I started reading a bit of Autobiography of a yogi 2 years ago and stopped cause it wasn’t resonating. Now that i hear there’s of theme of divine mothering in it, feel like i will def be finishing it. Universe has a way of bringing back books to me at a later time when the time is right (I’m doing more inner child work on the mothering side now)

  • II have been an empath sense the age of 5. One of my aunts use to get freaked out because I would walk into my grandma house and then look at her and say, what’s wrong. She would always say nothing. After I got older she confided to me that there was always something wrong. I live in Europe now and I can feel the pain of those at home from the states. I can walk into a conference room and know who is talking about me, just by the air in the room.

  • I attract a lot of Narcissitic people in my life since.. Why? Bcoz my father himself is narcisstic and I am a deep empath.. Yes, its start from Childhood that i always tune up myself if my father is in goodmood or not. Ive been a people pleaser too.. But when I found my sense of self. I told my Self, and always pray that May God take out them from my life… Therefore I end up alone.. But i am satisfied and happy with myself. Now, I know how to say NO. God, move things in his own ways. And help me.. Coz I cannot do it myself alone.. I always thanks God for the spiritual protection. Bcoz Narcissistic people are Souless and they cannot destroy me with that.. 💪🙏🙏🙏🧿

  • I’m at the still face results part of article. Can I just say that I feel this also connects to MOM not getting needs met and this can pull her energy from baby. We have a society that doesn’t support the mother. Mothers who don’t work are condemned as lazy. Mothers who do work are condemned as selfish. We no longer have a village that checks in amd cares for mom and baby. We no longer have a built in tribe of elder women. We no longer have men who are willing to commit. (Just swipe on thru) we have no 4th trimester of healing and bonding. This is not just generational MOM passing on trauma this is a society illness.

  • Both people pleasers (oral type) and narcissist ( anal type) are unconsciously trying to repair their unmet needs. This is biological. Like a wound try’s to heal so doesn’t an unmet need. Both are driven by repressed pain ( anxiety). In another way of looking at it both are trying to get the love ( unconditional ) that their caregivers didn’t give. Both will be using self talk as a soothing mechanism. This will never work. The oral type has great capacity to change but the narcissist has tremendous trouble changing. Both carry the shadow part of the other.Orals have disowned their anger and anals their empathy. Both are wearing survival fake masks and many don’t realise it.

  • 😅 There is a somewhat distressing, but honest dynamic that exists. An “Empath” parent, who is self aware will probably always face an aspect of this oft spoken\tof “cycle breaking” when their child are into adulthood. When we are young adults, especially if we are seeking self understanding, usually become aware of their trauma and childhood wounds. And of course every generation these self aware folks sincerely are determined to break the cycle, vowing to never do anything to contribute to any type of emotional wound and their own children, the matter fact they usually vow to prevent any wound. But if a person has self insight, and is on a spiritual path, there comes a time they must see and accept, that they were part of their own children’s childhood trauma and wounds. We then must, in order to grow, understand that we may have broken some or most of the cycle, but we never go without passing some of it down, both generational and actual. All introspective parents, loving their kids as parents do, will face a time of regret and self blame about their child’s wounds. This is not because most parents intentionally don’t care about or abuse their children at all, it’s mostly about the nature of wisdom requires mistakes and growth. The loving parent with an introspective nature, who is an empath, will inevitably feel deeply what their adult kids experienced. With such a powerful bond, how could they not? Asking for a friend, of course

  • People have told me I have a transparent aura. I have never fully grasped the “why” but at times I feel that I (either through mannerism, hobby, or personhood) feel “alien”. Yet I can recognize that this is how I am interpreted. I then base my social interaction on the best ways to act as a tuning fork to reflect what I feel so I can mingle properly. It gets a bit confusing when my gut keeps screaming that “the tone isn’t set.” Where things don’t match. When I’m actively doing so, I can blend in better. I am not sure what else to do to alleviate this sensational alien-like atmosphere.

  • Finally I don’t feel like a weirdo for thinking like this! I ve also felt this was my super power but I’m really just a normal person that’s aware of my surroundings! Been lifelong battle though! Trying to be a normal person has been a life long battle! Now I’m early 40s and playing it low key cause because what I can see out there! It’s hard folks basic jobs and shit! I’ve been through a lot I don’t like to brag about stuff! I give everyone the benefit of the doubt! I don’t judge people’s views based on age or anything! This been a battle that’s like held me back in life! Fuuuuuuuu—————_————-k!

  • In addition to these toxic trauma related traits I have actually experienced ‘hearing’ the actual thoughts of the people in the room as well as their energy… Having been sensitive to energy for as long as I can remember I adopted coping mechanisms when I was younger to help me deal with it as well as ways to use it to my advantage in a sense but these were purely ways of coping at that point as I had no idea what it was or that others felt this. Only as I got older and learned more about what I was experiencing was I able to really understand how fortunate I was to have been given that for it absolutely saved me from many potentially harmful situations… I say all that to say it really is all connected and builds up on itself to bring one where their meant to be, sometimes even when you don’t know or aren’t looking for anything else…

  • Aaron Happy Sag birthday month lol. Keep up the great work ❤. Thank you. When Covid lockdown in Australia hit in ’19 ’20, thanks to you I really worked on emphatic nature. Guess what I told my ex narcissistic,I told him to get lost and he did. Now I’m stronger and have lovely friends ❤ Thank you Aaron. Stay well .mp I
