I may not agree with veganism but the time of my life i only ate chicken breast, everything else plant based, my heart felt better and i never got sick. Feel the best now overall in a mostly balanced diet now, 4 servings of vegetables, 2 servings of fruit, sardines, brown rice, 2 eggs, chicken breast, and regular milk everyday. My Asthma is going away. Probably gonna be plant based as i get older.
It’s highly processed manufactured food and microplastics that are in highly processed foods that causes not only lowered testosterone, but a plethora of other issues. You can’t go merely by studies because it is all tainted with agendas. You have to take it with a huge grain of salt. If you eat close to natural including as naturally raised animals as possible you will be good. Truly organic fruits and vegetables, pastured grassfed meat, etc you will be as healthy as possible. Highly manufactured products are the problem, which includes soy and fake dairy products. Just look at the ingredients in any of those products and it doesn’t even add in the industrial pesticides and contaminants from the industrial waste from the manufacturing process they have to use just to make it edible
