In a little over 1 minute, I discuss how to craft a hunter broadhead quiver for fire or chaos DOT bow attacks in Path of Exile.
It’s better to use an ilvl 86 quiver to get t1 dmg with bow skills. The chance to get chaos dot multi is 2 in 9 – so it’s not very high. If you really need the chaos or fire dot multi, you should get an ilvl 86 hunter influenced quiver then roll with with harvest chaos rerolls until you hit chaos dot multi + dot multi with an open suffix and do the same thing that you did prior to using the hunter’s orb. At the end you can simply get 12% attack speed on the bench.
