The Hellfire Amulet is a coveted item in Diablo 3 Season 32 that can be crafted from demon organs obtained after defeating a series of Uber bosses. To craft one, one needs 50 thousand gold, 10 forgotten souls, and one of each unique material from the Uber bosses, including the Uber Diablo fight. To craft a Hellfire Amulet, one must have all the same materials as those for the level 70 Hellfire Ring (10,000 gold, Heart of Evil, Vial of Putridness, Idol). Forgotten Souls are relatively easy to obtain, and the requirements to craft one include 50 thousand gold, 10 forgotten souls, and one of each unique material from the Uber bosses.

For those with D3:RoS, the 2 mil Amulet Design is not needed and is a waste of gold. Instead, only the 5 mil Amulet Design and the 5 mil Ring Design are needed. To obtain the Old Hellfire Amulet, players must defeat essential employers with the Infernal Device event.
