Jupiter, the largest planet in our solar system, is considered the luckiest astrological placement, representing abundance, riches, and fortune. Astrologically, Jupiter is the “Greater Benefic” due to its generous and optimistic nature. Venus trine Jupiter, a birth chart, is one of the luckiest planetary aspects in astrology, as it can lessen hardships and bring love and joy into life.
In traditional astrology, two benefics were considered to be especially lucky and associated with positive happenings: Jupiter and Venus. Jupiter is considered the “more benefic” and can be responsible for lucky breaks, particularly if you often win at the casino or have a knack for making lucky connections. Jupiter’s ruling planet, Jupiter, is associated with growth, expansion, optimism, abundance, and understanding.
Jupiter and Venus in your natal chart determine how “lucky” you are. Sagittarius, the luckiest sign in the zodiac, is ruled by Jupiter, which is considered the luckiest planet of all. Benefic planets, especially Jupiter, Venus, and Moon, prominently positioned in auspicious houses, can contribute to a natural flow of positive energy.
Liberally speaking, Jupiter in 1H, 2H, 9H, and 11H suggests a lucky disposition. Moon in 5H or 11H is also quite fortunate, while Neptune in 12H is a cosmic cheerleader urging everyone to aim high and achieve success.
Every single person has a dose of luck in their chart because Jupiter and Venus are in everybody’s chart. Venus, also known as the goddess Aphrodite, is the ruler of love, beauty, and opportunity. Luck is in your nature because of your ruling planet, which brings opportunity and good fortune.

Which house represents luck in astrology?
Luck, derived from the Sanskrit word “Lakshmi”, is a Hindu deity associated with money and fortune. In a natal horoscope, the 9th house is considered relevant for fortune or luck, and propitiation of the deity represented by the 9th lord helps enhance it. Luck denotes anything that one gets by chance, with “good luck” or “bad luck” being synonymous with it. In Hindi, the equivalent word for Luck is “Bhagya”, while other equivalents may be fate and destiny. Luck is generally used as a matter of chance, such as winning in a lottery or a captain of a cricket team winning a toss.
There is an elaborate system of spiritual practices that people follow to seek Divine Grace, with luck being the second name of divine grace. Christianity and Islam believe in the will of a supreme being rather than luck as the primary influence in future events. The degrees of this Divine Providence vary greatly from person to person.
In Hinduism, every living being has a soul that never dies and reincarnates and takes rebirth. The soul indulges in good and bad karmas (deeds) while living in one birth, and the reincarnation of the soul in the subsequent birth is determined by the quality and load of karmas from the previous birth. In Mahabharata, man is the dispenser of his own destiny, and actions done in a former life produce fruits in the new life.
Which house is good for fortune?
A birth chart can be influenced by certain houses, which are associated with financial matters. The second house is related to personal finances, the sixth to work and employment, and the tenth to career success. The eleventh house signifies gains through social connections, while the ninth suggests financial growth through higher education or travel. The fifth house relates to financial opportunities through creativity and speculation, and the eighth house is tied to shared resources and inheritances.
However, some individuals may not have favorable birth charts. To attract wealth, some astrologists suggest several remedies. First, offer water to the sun by rising early and filling a copper vessel with water, chanting the mantra. Wearing a silver ring on the right-hand finger is also believed to attract wealth and prosperity. Finally, donating food to those in need is an effective remedy, as it helps remove financial obstacles and brings good fortune, prosperity, and financial stability into one’s life.
What is the lucky planet in astrology?
Jupiter, the planet of luck, represents wisdom, expansion, and spirituality. To honor this planet, one should chant the mantra “Om Brihaspataye Namaha” and wear pure food on Thursdays. Worship Lord Vishnu. Mars, a malefic planet, can bring severe challenges. Wear a Red Coral gemstone and observe fasts on Tuesdays. Saturn, the lord of karma, signifies responsibility, discipline, and structure. Practice philanthropy by donating food, clothing, and money to the less fortunate.
Mercury governs communication, intellect, and wit. Wear an emerald gemstone and enhance communication skills. Venus, the planet of love, presides over romance, pleasure, and luxury. Surround yourself with beauty, creativity, and romantic relationships. Wear a diamond to appease Venus. Rahu and Ketu, shadowy planets, can cause severe troubles in life. To please them, one should chant the mantras “Om Ram Rahave Namaha” and “Om Kem Ket Ketve Namaha” with gemstones like Hessonite and Lehsunia. Worship Maa Durga to appease Rahu and Lord Ganesha to placate Ketu. These practices are suggested by Vedic Astrology, but individual implementation depends on their perception.
What is the luckiest placement in astrology?
Jupiter trine Venus is considered the most auspicious pairing, as it signifies ease and support between planets. This placement is considered the trifecta of luck, as Jupiter is the luckiest planet, Venus is the second, and the trine is the luckiest aspect. Venus in Libra is a special pair, bringing harmony, creativity, and charm, especially for relationships. Venus Libras are dedicated to partnership, and Jupiter conjunct Pluto is known to bring great wealth.
This placement occurs around every 12 years, and when it does, it is expected to bring financial success and an abundance of riches overall. These placements are considered the trifecta of luck, bringing the best and most luck possible.
What is the planet of good luck?
Jupiter, the planet of luck and fortune, is the largest celestial body in our solar system, more than 11 times larger than our own. Its immense size and gravitational pull prevent millions of asteroids from crashing into our planet, bringing luck. Ancient astrologers referred to Jupiter as the “greater benefic” (the “greater benefic”), enforcing its association with expansion, good fortune, wisdom, and positivity. Named after the King of the Gods (Zeus in Greek mythology), Jupiter’s exuberant presence often signifies opportunities, luck, and a benevolent outlook, promoting overall well-being and optimism.
It also has a deep association with philosophy, higher learning, and long-distance travel, illuminating themes related to intellectual expansion. Understanding the ins and outs of Jupiter is crucial for optimizing your relationship with prosperity and abundance.
What is the fortune planet in astrology?
Your Part of Fortune is the intersection of your Sun, Moon, and Rising signs on your birth chart, representing areas where you find luck and success. It is calculated using the formula Ascendant – Sun + Moon for a day chart and Ascendant + Sun – Moon for a night chart. The “big three” (Sun, Moon, and Rising) represent your core principles and identity (Sun), emotional needs (Moon), and perspective on the world (Rising).
Combining these signs to find your Part of Fortune reveals a point where things are easier or have the most harmony, and it also shows how to use your strengths to navigate challenges or catch a lucky streak. The “lot of fortune” or Pars Fortuna is a concept that reflects your personality and where you will be successful in life.
Which planet is good for wealth?
Dhana yogas are astrological combinations or yogas for wealth and prosperity, which are more fruitful if both the lagna and its lord are strong and there are no Arista yogas present. Jupiter is one of the natural Dhana-karakas, providing lifelong prosperity and financial stability. According to the Parasari School of Hindu astrology, the lord of the 2nd house or bhava, counted from the lagna (birth ascendant), and the 11th bhava are concerned with earning and accumulation of wealth.
The other bhavas to be reckoned with are the 5th and the 9th bhavas, known as the abodes of Lakshmi, the Goddess of wealth. The inter-relationship of these wealth-giving bhavas and their respective lords ensures wealth and prosperity. Planets simultaneously owning two wealth-giving bhavas become the prime indicators of wealth. The strongest indicator is the one that owns both the 2nd and the 11th bhavas, followed by the ones who own the 5th or the 9th.
Dhana yogas depend on the lord of the 2nd who determines wealth, while the 11th is the house of gains. Dhana yogas arise when the lords of the 1st, 2nd, 5th, 9th, and 11th bhavas mutually associating, but only when the yogas happen to connect with the lagna that more significant results are seen.

Which planet is known for money?
Planets cannot be generalized to explain wealth inflow, as each planet can either be a wealth-giver or a wealth destroyer. Venus, the second house of wealth in the natural zodiac, represents wealth and money, and is associated with passions in life. Understanding where wealth will come depends on one’s passion and the placement of Venus and its connections with other planets in the horoscope. Mercury denotes business acumen and must be connected with wealth-giving houses to earn wealth through business.
If Saturn is more prominent than Mercury, it is advisable to stick to jobs, as wealth comes from providing service. Wealth-giving houses, such as the second (possession), sixth (effort), tenth (status), and eleventh (gains) houses, are also considered wealth-givers. Yogas involving these houses enhance the financial strength of a birth chart and elevate one’s financial status during activation. All billionaires have these combinations in their charts.
Which planet position gives wealth?
Astrology plays a significant role in understanding the impact of Jupiter and Venus on financial success. Jupiter, the planet of expansion and abundance, is associated with luck, growth, and prosperity. Its placement in the second house of personal wealth indicates a natural ability to attract money and resources, suggesting successful financial ventures if one maintains a positive outlook and takes calculated risks. If Jupiter is in the eighth house, which governs shared resources and investments, joint ventures or inheritances may play a significant role in financial growth.
Venus, the planet of beauty, harmony, and luxury, has a strong influence on wealth, particularly in relation to personal values and material comforts. When Venus is well-placed in your chart, it suggests a knack for attracting money through artistic endeavors, partnerships, or activities that bring pleasure and enjoyment. In the seventh house of partnerships, business collaborations or romantic relationships could significantly boost your financial standing.
Understanding the astrological houses related to finance is crucial for a comprehensive view of wealth in your birth chart. The second house, often referred to as the house of possessions, directly relates to personal income, savings, and material assets. The eighth house governs shared resources, taxes, debts, and investments, highlighting areas where you might gain wealth through external sources or transformative experiences. The eleventh house, associated with friendships, networks, and aspirations, can indicate financial gains through social connections and long-term goals.
To make the most of these planetary influences, consider the harmonious aspects of Jupiter and Venus with other planets, such as trines and sextiles, and the integration of Vaastu principles.

📹 Luck and Fortune of a planet in Vedic Astrology
This video is hosted by Kapiel Raaj. These videos are based on the ancient science of Vedic Astrology known as Jyotish in India.
I have Rahu in 9th house in ♓ revati. Jupiter in 8th in Purva Bhadrapada. Most of the time I have to travel to learn something useful. I acknowledge my first teacher being Kapiel 😇 He introduced me to astrology and now I am obsessed to learn and help everyone with good advice. I love telling people about each thing I learn and find interesting. It’s the first thing I actually love doing. Also, when I will have money, I will become Kapiel’s new student. Can’t wait 😊
Oh my goodness this is very new to me. I’ve made sketches and notes even though I need more practice here. I hv Rahu in Aquarius and you once said that generosity is key to my NN. I’ve been doing this. Giving on the street, helping family with money, and I keep getting increase so I give more. Thank you for your advice.
I’ve had crappy teachers and I’ve had great teachers who influenced me to work on my goals. Who do you think gave me better results the teacher that embarrassed me getting me to shut down and cut class . Nope the teacher that was smart enough to figure out how to relate to me and talk me through what I didn’t understand . I had to deal with embarrassment my whole life and all it breads is insecurities especially if you stick around taking the abuse . No thank you negativity never breeds success . Would you let someone embarrass your kids in order to teach them something . There are some people that get into teaching because it’s a last result and those are the worst kind of teachers. If you know anything about how ADHD is developed in kids you wouldn’t be saying that . Look into how kids develop ADD or ADHD it’s exactly what you just described an adult embarrassing them getting them to distract themselves from studies avoiding having to remember the feeling of insecurity. Thanks for your humble teachings though.

Saturn is in the 3rd house in Sagittarius and Ketu is in the 11th house in Leo. The lord of 11th house is Sun and Sun is placed around the 1st degree of Pisces.
Wow, this is nothing to do with astrology… even though your content is brilliant. I am interested in knowing what that smart board is. I would like to know about it. Please give me some deets so I can verify that for my personal use. Thanks 🙏. BTW, Happy New year 2022. Looking forward to your content.
For the very first time in a long time kapiel u have said something wrong…9th house is not the most important house….5th house is the most important House because it represents your soul while luck/9th house represents the journey of your soul but we Humans have a unique capacity to evolve if we wish so and that’s where 3rd house (maraka of vaggya) steps in…did you know that 3 Rd house represents exponential growth of human cells which means 3rd house can give u gifts of 100 lifetimes in one lifetime only if you can take it…..
