Which Chakra Elevates Your Mental State?

The seven chakras, each associated with a specific chakra, are the foundation of our energy system and represent our connection to the earth. The root chakra, also known as the Muladhara, is the most important of the major chakras, representing our connection to the earth and providing our mind with intelligence. When these chakras are balanced, energy flows freely, creating a harmonious connection between our body, mind, and spirit.

The most important of the major chakras are the root chakra (Muladhara) and the crown chakra (Sahasrara). Kundalini, the term given to potent cosmic energy, symbolizes a coiled cylinder. Chakras are energy points in your body that impact your health and well-being. Blocked chakras can affect your health and what you can do.

The Ajna or Agya or Brow, or third eye chakra, is responsible for intelligence and self-realization when the yogi’s kundalini energy is completely lifted to the spiritual eye, the 6th chakra. This chakra is associated with the brain and when in balance, you can exhibit extraordinary clarity of thought, combining logical reasoning.

The Manipura or solar plexus chakra relates to confidence and the ability to act with some control over your life. The crown chakra, linked to every other chakra and organ in this system, affects not just all of those organs but also our brain.

In summary, the seven chakras are essential for our overall well-being and can be balanced through yoga to enhance our awareness, intuition, and perception. By understanding and balancing these chakras, we can create a more harmonious and balanced life.

The crown chakra, linked to every other chakra and organ in the system, affects the brain and nervous system, affecting our connection to life’s purpose and spirituality. It is considered the chakra of enlightenment and represents our connection to our life’s purpose and spirituality. Blocked crown chakras may lead to narrow-mindedness, skepticism, or stubbornness. Open crown chakras help keep all other chakras open, bringing bliss and enlightenment.

Chakra patterns have specific terms and recommended treatments. If you’re interested in chakras, information about chakra balancing and realignment can be found, which can involve yoga, meditation, chakra cleansing, bodywork, and music. This subtle body network is believed to be reachable, awake-able, and important for an individual’s body-mind health and how one relates to others in their life.

Esoteric traditions in Hinduism mention numerous numbers and arrangements of chakras, with a classical system of six-plus-one, the last being the Sahasrara. Hindu Tantra associates six Yoginis with six places in the subtle body, corresponding to the six chakras of the six-plus-one system.

  • This is clearly an ancient episode because I don’t remember the last time Joe kept his stupid mouth shut and let the guest speak without interrupting for 4 minutes and 22 seconds straight nor could I imagine such a thing happening anymore. Which is why that podcast is garbage now: Joe talking instead of listening.

  • Sam is one of the best communicators of the English language I’ve ever heard. Some people have big vocabularies but use words in a showy excessive way, and some people use words well but have an intense off-putting energy. Sam has a huge vocabulary, but uses words precisely as they should be and uses simple language with that’s more appropriate, and communicates it all in this effortlessly cool, calm, collected way. Listening to Sam actually makes me feel like my life is more manageable.

  • This will offend many but: In m opinion its not the mind. Its not the constant thought. What sucks is the backlash of negative feelings which arises when you think about something. It triggers supressed emotions wich want to arise. But you judge them and stuff them down unconsciously. Imagin a scenario where you just think positive and empowering thoughts. You would frankly enjoy it. And so what to do? Every thought which beings up tension and feelings inside of you is a blessing. Its your mlment to catch that supressed feeling which is hounting you for a long time. Catch it. Feel how you feel about it. Feel whats behind it. Feel and feel and feel. And then its gone. And then you repeat the process. You repeat it thousand times. You have to because you stuffed down your whole life. You cant just enjoy life if your house is hounted by thousand ghosts. You gotta release them all. And guess what. You will feel blessed. But you have to go through all that. And its fire. Not the good fire, the hellfire

  • I didnt know you have ADHD, I do too, my son also. I think this makes us spiritual, our brains are different, we thing and see things differently to others. My 15 year old son said, Mum I can see a light all around you, I told him thats my aura, he was very impressed, I was too that he could see it easily. I know he has the same ability as me, but its starting to show up now. He saw spirit when he ws younger, he was never scared, he just told me about the people he saw. I was always relaxed with him and asked him questions like they were living people. Im so glad he had this ability too, it makes us sensitive and aware of others, her on earth and those on the other side!! Thank you for all of your shows, love all of them, love you and all your guests, much love Lesley

  • What I love about your shows is that non-celebrities are interviewed and these people offer so much to humanity at this cirtical time. They are truly remarkable individuals. They are able to help us bring the gap between our true Ancient Home and the physical world. To me they are the real celebrities. Thank you Michael!

  • Fell over the guard rail after my second open heart surgery, wanted water so bad i was willed to fall over the bed rail on my left frontal lobe. I survived that and the stroke that came days later. The amount of time spent in medically induced coma’s and surgeries, i can tell you consciousness is an effect of a thought filled mind. The though’s never end even in a coma

  • Michael, this was just perfect, Ellen Tadd, wow I’ve never heard of her, she is right! I love the questions you ask, very good. Ellen’s story in the beginning was also my story somewhat, the faces in the dark, wow. I see faces when I close my eyes to meditate, alot of faces. Often they are moving their mouths as if speaking, but I can’t hear words, I feel the love and its like they are encouraging me. Often I can here conversations taking place but it’s multiple conversations at once and I am able to somehow understand them all at the same time. We truly are multi dimensional beings. I love the part about meditation being to stop thinking, that’s when the magic happens, that has been my experience for sure. All that mind clutter and logic reasoning is like matter lol (grey matter) can’t change matter, Keep up the good work my friend, blessings after blessings, sincerely, Dave!

  • O.k. Michael what makes these interviews so engaging and exciting is your questions. You just know the right questions to ask to bring out the best in your guest and keep it on a level we can understand and build on. It is keeping it simple and that is not easy with a very complex and profound subject. Thank you! Always experience change after listening to one of your shows. Thank you and your crew so very very much!!!

  • I astral travelled as a kid. In trauma situations. I Described areas layouts in later years as we neared them. Pa used to go mad and tell me I couldn’t know as none of us had ever been there. We would continue journeys and my excited descriptions would turn out to be perfect. Right down to the finer details, like gargoyles on churches and things not seen from the road we travelled on….. I also felt energy of people and always avoided those that made me feel bad, this caused many punishments. my mom often said (much) later, I should have listened to you… . By then I had closed off whatever was available to me…..

  • I am amazed at how I am learning about tapping into our third eye, on my journey to learn to connect with my spirit guides. My guides have been helping me to learn from your shows featuring various mediums and individuals with knowledge too share how to ask my guides for their help. Thankyou Michael for being a light to everyone who is ready to learn. Have a Great Day!

  • Michael, the story you told about when you and your wife in the gym and what drew your attention in those words… Was so significant I think she missed the significance of that experience… And how it related to what she was teaching. It was big to me. Those are the synchronicities that interests me in life and that tells us we are spiritual beings.

  • Did anyone else just start sobbing following along with the TADD technique? My sensitivity and anxiety usually has the best of me so things like being late usually fry me into worthlessness and open the door to my shame hell. By simply thinking of being late through the third eye I JUST SOBBED. I think you just sold some of her books Michael and possibly freed me from the hell I’m often lost in. Also half way through AWE.. Even if you are a devout listener on this podcast it is STILL WORTH IT I LOVE IT very well done Michael. Wishing you and Jessica a beautiful home for Christmas.

  • I was blessed to have met a very special person who had her third eye opened. It wasn’t just a spiritual eye. She had an invisible eye in located in her forehead which actually could see things. It’s extremely rare. I found only 2 people on the internet with such gift. She could see through things, walls, she could see in the dark, spirits and even extraterrestrials. She proved to me she indeed had this ability. I wonder if everybody had such gift. We used to have spiritual gifts but they were taken from us by those who wanted us dumb in a distant past.

  • It’s easier to put it here. Today 11/11/21 at 12:33pm I was looking at a photo a friend posted on Facebook at 5:55pm yesterday. It is titled AWE❤️. The photo is showing the years my sister has been friends with her friend which is 12yrs. She posted 111 photos, 11 likes and 5 comments. This is why I called it synchronized overload. Lol!!

  • The Dream aspect was my grandmother’s gift. It was not believed by family ( her kids/ spouse) v much. I feel I ve got high sensitivity, websiteed that into career, psychology, w kids, brain injured clients, with the Not easy people life brings. I didn’t get support to grow spiritual skills …just no 1 around w that knowledge. My grandmother didn’t speak English as1st language..her love was evident in all she did. Before she passed, she said she wdnt see me again( I lived in another part of Canada) and was going home. I got her gardening joy. I played piano and sang w Groups casually..cuz the family is about Practical career focus, security. Also, began bellydance ..another soul expression w movement. Sometimes feel I am not understood, but have met some ppl who know we can expand our life and they encourage me to express what is Not commonly talked about.

  • Love your interviews and guided meditations. Love Ellen’s explanation about meditating. Open the door, Affirmation, Thought, No Thought. I’ve been doing Qigong for years and am just now challenging myself to just SIT and BE STILL. I do this when doing distance Reiki on my Mom and am now trying to develop the discipline to do it for ME! I open my crown chakra with a little spiraling Qigong move…. just another option. I’m learning so much from your website. Thank you, thank you, thank you! If you had a morning Mystic group I’d be all in. <3 <3 <3 I have so many questions, but there's one I'm wondering if you've ever addressed. When talking to Archangels and such, is Reiki attunement or the drawing of sacred symbols even necessary? How do the two differ, how are they the same? I was recently attuned to the symbols with an online Reiki II course and am amazed by what is coming through. I'm learning from you to comingle the two but had miraculous results without symbols when praying with Jesus, AA Michael, AA Rahael, AA Muriel and lately, Saint Germain.

  • All your interviews and podcasts are awesome. Would appreciate if you could make 5 or 10 minutes short clips in which you actually answer the question that is mentioned in the title. You have mentioned here- how to open your third eye? But I don’t see that question being answered in most of the article even though listening to her biography was very interesting…. But at the end of the day I should not feel like I wasted my time time trying to figure out how to open my third eye by listening to this article. This has happened for me with many of your articles. I have seen 10 minute articles in which such questions have been answered to Greater detail than your 1 hour articles. I hope you will understand my point. Thank you for doing such great work. 🌷🌷❄❄🌷🌷

  • About Birth: look into Lotus birth, which is when the cord is not cut from the placenta, allowing the detachment to happen slowly. Along with breastfeeding, it creates the conditions for bounding and taking things slowly. Moving the baby and the placenta has to be done with extra care, slowness and focus. The cord will detached itself after a few days.

  • Oh Wow Incredible Experiences😇 I Was The Same Yet Had No One Like Me & No One to Talk. To about what happened to me From Age 5 to 17 yrs . & Slept with a light on Always After That I lost all those abilities & Suffered & Was So Abused in Slavery. Later as an Adult I have been trying to re-Awaken. ThankYou 🙏😇 for Incredible Journey 🥰💗🤗

  • 🤯 My mind is blown! Me and this lady are similar with the faces and fear of the dark, I just had a twin to look at and say ummmmm did you see that BS and he was like YUP 👍🏽. Sometimes we could see stuff my parents couldn’t see OFTEN. I think having a partner in the WTF helped. I honestly never thought about talking to it, but I have the palm thing too🤔. I need to get this book! I swear I thought that kids just saw spirits, fairies, dragons, ect.. I didn’t know that this was not “normal” until elementary school 🤣.

  • Thank-You- SO much for this!! This is exactly what I needed at this time, as well as it is for many others Im sure! Rather they know it or not. Id like to pass this on & have others pass it on to others. 1 person at a time, just maybe we all can shift this world into more of a beautiful place!! Wha-HOOOooo-!!!!

  • Great show once again Michael. Im wondering why so many people caution you about opening your third eye. They say terrible things can happen and it needs to be done very carefully by a trained person. Ellen is the only person who Ive heard talk about opening the third eye casually and without warnings. As if its completely safe and anyone can and should do it. So I’m a bit confused. Id love to do it but have been very hesitant bc of all the warnings about demons, etc. Can someone please help me to understand if these warnings are just people trying to scare us into thinking its dangerous or is there any danger to it at all? Id love to hear from people who have actually done it if possible . Thanks so much in advance. I really enjoyed this show. Ive meditated for over 30 years beginning when i studied Tibetan buddhism and still meditate daily.

  • Michael Sandler I have watched your programmes for some time now. I love perusal them. You give me so much of what I need through the people on your show as well as how you come through. I want to say God bless you but I know you are a blessed soul. All I can say is thank you. I loved Ellen Tadd. Her meditation is an answer to my prayer. In spite of being on my path for about 50 years this is a meditation I shall do for the rest of my life. My deep gratitude to her & my love to you both.

  • Thousands of years before Christ In Ancient India till now Rishis, Munis Swamis know the method to open the 3rd EYE, Using their 3rd Eyes These Ancient SAGES of India acquired Wisdom about the CREATOR and The CREATION. They wrote Books on COSMOLOGY, ASTROLOGY, ASTRONOMY, AYURVEDA, HUMAN ANATOMY, GYNECOLOGY, YOGA, MATHS,SCIENCE, YUGAS, and the list goes on and on. Once the 3rd EYE is Open One has access to Divine Powers . MEDITATION the MOST SOPHISTICATED TECHNOLOGY OF ALL TIME . It’s the Divine gift showered over the Great ENLIGHTENED SAGES of all time.

  • ~when the two brain lobes are at level and calm with itself then the only thing in direction is the third eye~in which is the light or lamp of the SOUL*~the two brain lobes consist of left side which is logic, judgment and reasoning in which the majority of the population use and are to me seem content or suppressed with and the right side which is the spiritual side~when the two merge so does the third eye completing the trinity within~ ~I believe the purpose in coming here is to see the origin of your SOUL* that is always here~but due to suppression and being taught the world that is filled with causes to condition we leave that first step of going into the world which is filled with a higher consciousness and wisdom~it starts to degrade when we are finally pollueted by our parents, friends and peers at the age of 7 which now the brain is being developed in the wrong direction~the subconsciousness tied to the DNA developed patterns and habits that it does not need at all~but I guess a process in learning has to be formed from that reincarnated SOUL* once again~

  • 57:06 before you meditate, open the crown chakra. It’s the door to spirit. Trust, devotion or inspiration. Inspiration is the easiest. 1) Think of something that inspires you, like a happy memory, concept or person. 2) affirmation.” I’m spirit, infinite spirit.” (Pause) Elongate the pauses…. ( Quiet the brain chatter.) Consistent practice is important. 15-20 minutes.

  • Do not attempt to open your 3rd eye as in the attempt’ proves that you are in nowhere prepared for even a tiny bit of the outcome! 3rd eye opening comes naturally from the top-down – it is not a bottom-up process: it is very highly unlikely that the bottom-up process would open your 3rd eye anyhow! Entering and having to deal with the astral, bhuddic and mental levels will probably drive the uninitiated and unprepared out of their mind. You have to be ‘called’ for this work – it’s not like opening a book!

  • Feeling the energy is Feedback has been my thing in recent years. And Focus on the FEELING is a creative energy, for better or for worse, so to learn to use it wisely. To understand so we do not USE our minds or creative energy against us, and learn what to focus on for better creation of our lives individually and as a collective.

  • Thank you both I’m very interested into all of this I’m just opening to all of it I’m trying to get my third eye to be open and stay open I’m trying to just stay true to the thought is that again I ordered I ordered her book because I have a brand new grandchild she is a year and a half I want her mother and I to read it and see if we can change the way we raise her we are all racer

  • Hay as someone who had this happen by sheer accident I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT UNLESS U ARE ONE MENTALLY STRONG INDIVIDUAL….I GET THE FUNAND ALL THAT CUZ IT MOSTLY IS NEAT THROUGHOUT LOFE BUT THERE ARE MANY SETTINGS WHERE WE DO NOT CARE TO SEE THE ENTIRE PIC….ONE SHOULD BE QUITE ADVANCED EMOTIONALLY IFTHEY SEEK NOT TO HAVE ILL EFFECTS MENTALLY WITH AN OPEN 3RD EYE…PLZ LETTHIS BE PART OF YOUR EDUCATION!!!!!!!!!

  • Auto play Lol There was i getting ready to do some other things Had just watched a vid and this started up while i was getting ready and i got listening to it well it’s just finished lol My 3rd eye said yeah we can do things later Glad it did Sorry never heard of either of you But know who you are now Ellen sure knows her stuff and All though i already practice what she preach i found this a fascinating and very enjoyable interview Great interviewer allow the guest to speak and also ask sensible good questions Shall be checking out both of you from now

  • We need to atleast consider idea that there is no purpose to the question why. The human mind wants order, structure and for things to make sense. That does not mean the rest of true reality works in the same framework. Its possible that good vs bad is only a human concept and these higher reality find that contrasting mindset irrelevant. In my meditations, once I was finally able to see things – I was shocked by how much chaos & movement was at work. If you look into it, this chaos has a distinct function that always leads to creativity and change. When you have ideas circling in your mind as to why there is suffering, why people die, why children are abused….ask yourself who is asking the question. Its likely the ego/human asking that question and we know what happens to the human…it dies. Anything that dies never truly exist in first place. Take a zoomed out view instead of zeroing into to short sighted faults of our situations. There is a oneness at work and it doesn’t seem overly concerned about what is working or not working on human level. Once you pivot to this point of view you realize the chase for answers are over because there is no answer to the question. Rather life is be lived with all of its ebbs and flows that are simply byproducts of chaos/change that I believe is core foundation of true reality.

  • Ouchie! Yeah obviously you haven’t got a clue. I’ve been doing this for decades now and even I can not handle the overwhelming spiritual bliss. It’s fun to dream about it and imagine yes?, but actually living it is hell and everyone of you would fail in fear alone because it is going to knock you off of your boots.

  • Hmmm. Into the schools. Hmmm. Red flag. Just a red 🚩 Don’t be offended, but correct me if I’m taking this wrongly; I definitely do not think teaching any kind of metaphysics in public school. This philosophy is beyond philosophy and it’s clearly metaphysical practice. So I am questioning a lot. That’s all.
