Which Chakra Is Connected To Dizziness?

Vertigo, derived from the Latin word vertõ, is a false sense of motion or imbalance that can result from various factors such as inner ear problems, physical injury, stroke, and tumo. An ear chakra blockage can manifest physically as ear infections, vertigo, or difficulty hearing. Mentally and emotionally, a deficiency in this chakra can lead to misinterpretation of words.

The root chakra, known in Sanskrit as muladhara, is the foundation of our body and deals with survival and security needs. It is represented by the color red and when out of balance, it can create inner imbalances and imbalances in the subtle energy system. The crown chakra, associated with the top region of the head, is associated with spiritual awakening and can cause sensations of dizziness or vertigo.

Vertigo is often caused by an imbalance in the ears, which are closely connected to the throat and third eye chakras. A lack of balance in the crown chakra can result in headaches, light sensitivity, confusion, and dizziness, and can even cause autoimmune and other health issues.

The third eye chakra (Ajna) is associated with headaches/migraines, eye issues, such as blindness, eye strain, blurred vision, dizziness, inability to focus, and other symptoms. Vertigo can be a sign of something off balance in our life or a nudge to help us grow spiritually.

Physical symptoms associated with the third eye chakra include headaches, dizziness, poor vision, seizures, and lack of concentration. To address these symptoms, it is best to see a doctor for a physical check-up.

Which dosha is vertigo?

Ayurveda is a traditional practice that offers natural solutions for various neural conditions, including Vertigo, a nervous disorder caused by an imbalance of Vata and Pitta dosha. Treatment aims to restore energy balance and improve overall well-being. When the body’s energy balance is in equilibrium, it leads to irregularities in organ and system functions, causing illness. Each Dosha has specific foods that can ease this imbalance.

To assess symptoms and determine treatment, consult a qualified Ayurveda doctor. After a detailed diagnosis, the doctor will instruct on lifestyle changes, diet, and other treatments, including herbal remedies, massage therapies, yoga practices, and Ayurvedic therapies. Food habits should be light, nutritious, and balanced, with few seasonings and spices. Green leafy vegetables and fruits are recommended, as patients should limit their salt intake and eat carefully. Meditation, yoga practice, and specific asanas also benefit the healing process.

Vertigo Ayurvedic treatment also involves the removal of toxins from the body using various treatments, such as herbs and medicated oils, and procedures like marma chikista, Shirodhara, and panchakarma. Swasthya Ayurveda and Wellness Centre offers Vertigo Ayurvedic Treatment, with an experienced team of skilled practitioners and massage therapists.

What triggers vertigo attacks?

Central vertigo is a sensation of motion or spinning, often described as dizziness. It can be caused by blood vessel disease, certain drugs, multiple sclerosis, seizures, stroke, tumors, and vestibular migraine. People with vertigo feel as though they are spinning or moving, or the world is spinning around them. Alternative names include peripheral vertigo, central vertigo, dizziness, and benign positional vertigo.

What are the crystals associated with vertigo?

BPPV causes otoconia, or canaliths, to detach from the utricle in the inner ear and move into the semicircular canals, triggering episodes of vertigo. The Epley maneuver involves tilting the head to the side causing vertigo, lying flat on the back with the head slightly off the edge of the examination table, gradually moving the head to the opposite side, rotating the body to align with the head, allowing the patient to remain on their side for a few moments, and sitting upright. It is crucial to keep the head down during the procedure, which takes about five to 10 minutes.

What is the deficiency of vertigo?

There is a correlation between hypovitaminosis D and the onset of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV). Vitamin D deficiency is identified as a risk factor for recurrent BPPV, and supplementation has been demonstrated to reduce the frequency of recurrences.

What is the root of vertigo?

Central vertigo is defined as a sensation of motion or spinning, often described as dizziness. The etiology of this condition is diverse, encompassing a range of potential causes. These include vascular disorders, certain pharmacologic agents, multiple sclerosis, seizures, cerebrovascular accidents, neoplastic processes, and vestibular migraine. There are two principal categories of vertigo: peripheral and central. Individuals afflicted with vertigo perceive themselves to be in a state of rotation or movement.

What is the gut connection of vertigo?

Depressed feelings after eating sugar or junk food can be due to gut-brain connection and certain food triggers. Episodic vertigo caused by vestibular migraine or Meniere’s disease may be influenced by these gut-brain connections. To avoid exacerbating your condition, it is recommended to learn about food triggers and avoid them. Eating a food that triggers a migraine episode or Meniere’s attack can set you back for days to weeks.

What am I lacking if I have vertigo?

Vertigo, a “feeling of turning” caused by vitamin deficiencies, is a common condition among patients. According to Yeditepe University Hospitals Otolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery Specialists, iron deficiency anemia, vitamin B12 and D deficiency are the main causes. Benign positional paroxysmal vertigo, also known as “dislodged crystals”, affects 10% of the population and 30% of those over 65 years old.

The disease is more common after the age of 65, as calcium carbonate crystals in the inner ear degenerate with age, causing a rotational feeling that lasts less than a minute and can be accompanied by nausea and vomiting.

Is vertigo a trauma response?

Vertigo is a common symptom in individuals who have experienced blunt trauma to the head, neck, and craniocervical junction. Injuries from motor vehicle accidents, falls, assault, and contact sports can cause vertigo. The severity of the condition varies depending on the injured anatomic structures. The most common vestibular pathologic condition associated with head trauma is benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV), which occurs in about 28 of individuals with head trauma.

Other common causes include falls and pedestrian trauma by motor vehicle. Other less common vestibular disorders resulting from head trauma include brainstem concussion, eighth nerve complex injury, posttraumatic Ménière syndrome, rupture of the round window membrane with perilymphatic fistula (PLF), and labyrinthine concussion. Proper diagnosis is crucial for successful management. This article focuses on peripheral neurotologic injury and excludes central causes of posttraumatic vertigo, such as postconcussion syndrome, whiplash injury syndrome, epileptic vertigo, diffuse axonal injury, posttraumatic migraine, and psychogenic vertigo.

  • This exercise is a miracle!!! I had been suffering from CONSTANT balance issues for over two years, ie all day every day. I had a sudden onset in November 2021 when the room started spinning and was hospitalized for several days first for uncontrollable vomiting and then the inability to walk. Although the violent symptoms resolved I’d been left with a constant feeling of being off balance which made it hard to walk “out in the open” or where the ground was uneven, eg in the yard, so my life became restricted to being in the house or only where I knew I could get a car park basically at the door. It also resulted in disabling fatigue. I’m only going through this history to emphasize what a miracle this exercise has been. After doing it for a day my symptoms completely disappeared. I felt something clear in my head after the first time. Within a few days I’d resumed normal activities, the fatigue lifted, I can walk with my legs closer together and the feeling of being off balance has disappeared. It is amazing to feel “normal” again and that I can restart my life. Thank you so much for this life changing article. 🤩🙏

  • Over the years I have seen two ENT’s for virtigo One gave me some Epley exercises that worked. Then years later I ended up in the hospital thinking I was having a stroke. After 13 hours in the ER I was instructed to see an ENT. I did and he referred me for a hearing test. The old exercises didn’t work so I got back on YouTube. This procedure has been working for me. I have to do it occasionally when I get dizzy. I still get dizzy in the shower and sometimes at the gym. But thankfully I found this article. Thank You…

  • Wow! This works! Thank you! I even had a dream last night in which I was trying to show this rather obstinate woman how, and where to do this. I did this last night and it worked. No vertigo the first time I woke up. I just woke up again, with nystagmus, so I did the first technique (behind the ear). It worked! It’s fast! And no Epley dizziness! I have a friend who currently has a long bout of vertigo. I’m going to share this with her. Thank you!

  • Doctor I want to thank you from India. I am grateful to you. My mother faced acute BPPV. After perusal your article, I applied this on her and now she is completely fine. She was hospitalized but her condition was not developed. She couldn’t sit, stand and walk alone. Now she is fine…. I request everyone at least apply one time this technique… You will realize how miracle this can occur.

  • The hardest part for me is that I just simply can’t tel if I’m anxious, dizzy, or light headed. I just get so tense and don’t have a radar to alert me if I am in danger. So, I interpret that as if I am always in danger. Therefore, I feel as if I am lightheaded or dizzy all the time. Like constantly lol. All docs appointments checked out, all psych appointments prove anxiety, panic, PTSD, and agoraphobia. It’s tough to just take these feelings and keep pushing forward and not just lay in bed.

  • 100 percent!! It really clears your head! I started experiencing dizziness (more like light-headedness, not really vertigo) and major grief fog after my mom died last month. I got my bloodwork, it’s excellent. Checked for allergies, none. I have to chalk it up to stress and grieving. But with acupressure (and CBD oil) and chiropractic care it helps everything get under control. I feel like I have my life back again.

  • My husband is suffering since last ten years with vertigo. I came accross this article today when he have this attack again. I made him do this and it worked on him. I appreciate your effort towards helping people out and it really works. Just not sure how many times a day he should follow on doing this?

  • i am new to this website, but very old in dealing with cervical vertigo. I had to learn it all by myself after being mistreated almost everywhere especially by the most expensive private practice doctors. I just watched a couple of articles evaluation is very positive just common sense put to work. In the end, a simple neck adjustment works fine when things get complicated. But to avoid reaching vertigo, which is ALMOST a life threatening condition, one must be aware of one s whole body to detect slight dizziness… and THEN start taking preventive measures.

  • I just started suffering from Vertigo and I really think that I have an inner ear thing going on since I fly often (one a week) for work. Last Sunday it hit me hard and I was bed ridden, couldn’t eat, couldn’t keep my eyes open and I finally went to Urgent care. They put me on Antivert and told me to do certain exercises to which I found this website. It’s been helping so thank you so much!

  • This has definitely worked for me – today! I’d watched this article last week, used the pressure, also worked then, but I was looking at a few articles and did different things. Using it today all by itself provided relief for the rest of the day. I’m expecting I’m going to have to make a habit of it until the day comes when I forget to use it because I’m all better. Hey thanks – super appreciative.

  • I had severe vertigo for an entire summer,it almost became debilitating. The first time it happened I thought I was dying, seriously! I had to grab a piece of furniture to hold onto while I spun! The only thing that ended it was me vomiting ! That relieved the spinning .I was tested and had an MRI to rule out tumors, etc. It was determined I had meiners disease, and there was no real cure ! I learned to live with it,thank God the bouts became less severe and less frequent . I have found that pushing in on the area just below the ear has been able to stop the Vertigo almost every time it starts up! I discovered this myself but I am glad you are suggesting this to people. For me,pulling downward hard on my ear lobe also helps .

  • Thank you for this tip. I’ve been suffering from Vertigo for the past 3 weeks now, the worst were the first 3 days where I was totally immobilized and spent the whole day sitting on a slight reclined position since any movement of my head, specially when I try to bow my head, and my world starts to spin. I literally had no meals on the 1st day of the attack since I feel nauseated and just drank water from time to time. I was only able to eat on the second day and it was also a struggle, even going to the toilet to relieve myself was a real struggle and inconvenience. Vertigo is such a nasty condition which I have to live with for the rest of my life. And this accupressure technique was a welcome relief. Wishing all of you with the same condition the best of health and stay safe always. Be well everyone.

  • Dr. Gerstin…I have been suffering from vertigo. At first Meniere’s popped into my head, but, since doing research, I realized how many different types of vertigo, there are. I have had cataract surgery, but using readers is THE PITS. I immediately called my optometrist, and ordered glasses, BECAUSE those ridiculous readers were making me dizzy. My glasses aren’t in yet, but my dizziness is. AND, yesterday I began to see double, but not all of the time. Thanks for the article. I am reading all material on this subject. Note…I had surgery for 4th nerve palsy a few years ago, and did very well, but I freaked out when my double vision popped back!!

  • Hello Doctor, Just stumbled on your article and thank God!🙏 Having experienced in the past week dizziness brought on by having an ear ache/infection which has resulted in inflammation in my left ear.Which in turn may have been brought on by listening to music on a high volume (i know!) on my phone using the earbuds. Have experienced nothing like this before. Dizziness, being disoriented it is even a task to walk to the local supermarket. It is an awful experience to go through and feel for everyone on your platform experiencing this as well.Have been prescribed eardrop antibiotics to clear the infection. Just tried your exercises and noticed a slight difference. Have now also subscribed to your wonderful website – it is practioners like you who genuinely make a difference in one’s life.God bless you sir and greetings from the UK 🇬🇧 😊

  • Thank you!! Had an ear infection a few mnths ago with hearing loss for 2 weeks. Since then I get Vertigo!. Often starts when I drive long distance &/or turning in bed. Epler helps but it takes abt 4 days of doing that. Doing the massaging every morning ( now that I found your article), hopefully this can help prevent, or at least minimise the problem. I am 59, so age is also a factor 😊. Many Thanks again!!

  • Have been suffering on & off for 25yrs with vertigo. Have used night mouth splints to reduce bite while sleeping but even they’re not working well now. Have told many professionals I get pain in my jaw, left side of the face & the bone behind my ear but no one has given me any useful answers. I also suffer with neck pain occasionally with degenerative discs so I now assume it’s part of the cause along with jaw clenching whilst sleeping. I’m hoping more than ever your advice helps me, it’ll be life changing if it does. My question is, how often per day should I do this acupressure treatment? Thank you I’ll definitely report back with the results 🤞

  • After 6 weeks of Covid just as I started to feel better the dizziness started and my taste and smell left. I have been going through this for months now. I figured it was all related to Covid and it would go away unfortunately it hasn’t. I am dizzy throughout the day no matter what I’m doing even in my sleep feel like I had too much to drink. I’m definitely going to try these techniques.

  • Hello doc. Thanks for your tips. Im a 35 yo man never experience any vertigo or head spin. Today at around 7am i lay down as usual without any headche or light headed or what so ever, as im in good health and everything. All if sudden i got vertigo and spin. I lost control while layin down and i see my living room spinin. I ask my wife to help me. Alhamdulillah only lest than 30 sec its gone. And im afraid it come back. Until this late evening theres no more vertigo. Only my head a little bit headache or slightly dizzy. Then i found your article and try your massage tips while relaxing. • Dealing with vertigos for 2 years now. It was a year ago I had severe vertigo with medication it went away. But 2 months ago I again had vertigo that lasted 2 days or so since then there’s always spinning when I lay down or try to sleep..on medication again.. it’s the worst feeling ever 😔😭 I hope I get cured from it your article helped me a lot

  • OMG. I’d been having on-and-off vertigo for over a week, since recovering from a bought of food poisoning. I even did the home test for BPPV several times, but neither left nor right gave any indication of extra vertigo. This evening I was looking around to see if anything else helped. At 2:44 in this article I was following along, and discovered that my NECK muscles at the base of my skull were extremely tight–literally rock hard. Just touching them caused a slight vertiginous feeling, but a gentle massage felt very good. After gradually increasing massage pressure for about 10 minutes, my neck felt much less stiff, and I realized the vertigo was nearly gone. I’ll see how it goes, but that’s an excellent start. I don’t have any muscle relaxant, but took some headache medicine to see if that helps.

  • I am suffering from vertigo / dizziness / off balance since last ten years, I have the episodes while sitting still perusal tv or working on computer or while looking up / down. I found your article today and have followed it . Hope it works for me too. Wanted to check whether there are any other acu pressure points for me as my episode seems to be different from others. Hope to get a reply asap.

  • I suffer from vertigo, and my symptoms are nausea, dizziness, ears ringing, ect. But what’s weird is not too long ago, 5 days ago to be exact, my hands were stiff and I was unable to move them. I also felt nauseous and dizzy, which made walking difficult. When we got to the hospital my chest started becoming heavy and I was almost unable to breath. When we got to the hospital room hours after sitting in the emergency room, they saw my pupils were dilated. I still don’t know the cause of all that except the fact that some of these symptoms was because I have vertigo. The rest they are thinking is serotonin syndrome. But the doctors and nurses still don’t know what I have. Thank you for reading, if anyone could give me an answer that would be very appreciated =) hi everyone, wow its been a year! i am feeling so much better now that i have been treated 🙂

  • I was suffering from dizziness more than 10 yrs ago after I gave birth to my son my dizziness couldn’t go away and it effect my every day life .. even a simple walk felt like I was going to fell down I don’t know if it’s vertigo or not .. but I want to get rid of this feeling so I can have a better life … I’m so devastated because of my condition I can’t work I can’t even go out side alone because I’m afraid to attack my dizziness

  • So I have dizziness due to having Covid. 2 weeks so far. I’m trying Everything I can to get rid of this dizziness including reflexology for dizziness and I did try these exercises you shared. I can’t say I notice any improvement yet. Can you possibly suggest something else that might work to get rid of this please? I’ve taken all vitamins suggested. Cleaned out my ears. Taken some supplements. Drank a lot of water. Tried different exercises. Been sleeping a ton but I cannot get rid of this.

  • I’m trying this now. I suffered a horrible positional vertigo episode years back. It scares me to think it might happen again. I’ve been getting a few dizzy episodes lately. And the feeling of dizziness or just plain being dizzy is triggering my anxiety and it’s horrible. I look behind me to talk to someone then when I go back to looking forward I have a moment of being dizzy. I don’t understand why. I’m in Texas and have no idea who to see. Any help would be great.

  • Hi I have vertigo since 2009 I have MS my neuro sent me to ent for tests on my vestibular system ent ruled out inner ear issues but I also have sinusitis now for 5 years which is just adding to the dizziness & balance issues I can’t walk with MS so I depend on driving but now I can’t do that either motion triggers of these episodes my life has become so restricted I can’t leave the house where i used to be fit in the gym 5 days a week now it takes courage to just get to bathroom I hope these exercises give me some relief.

  • My neurologist said I’m suffering from vertigo, but m I’m not experiencing a spinning sensation, what I’m feeling is like I’m suddenly falling and it scares me a lot. Is this a symptoms or characteristics of vertigo, Im also having this weired sensation that I am moving every time Im focused to much when I’m in front of the television. Please enlighten me on this

  • I’m going to try these . I’ve never suffered with dizziness until a car went into the back of me 3 months ago. Now I’m losing my balance. I don’t get spinning but it’s constantly and ruining my life . So debilitating I can’t sleep for it . Waiting on hospital referrals but covid situation not helping. Thankyou for your suggestions. I will try .

  • I’ve had vertigo twice from blowing my nose too hard and the third time I believe was a symptom of Covid. The first two instances I laid on my side and did facial excercises which worked pretty good, for some reason I let it go for a few weeks after Covid because it only happened when I got up or turned my head a certain way. Anyway, it’s gone now, if I ever get it again I will try this technique. Thanks!

  • I tried this method for the first time and felt instant relief. My symptoms started after returning home from a short break. The night I arrived home I was tired and went to bed. I laid on my left side as usual as my right ear was hurting when touched. It felt like I had gout in my ear, if that is possible. I got off to sleep quite quickly, but woke like normal for a pee a couple of hours later. On returning to bed I laid back down on my left side and immediately had a terrible bout of vertigo, holding onto the mattress as I felt like I was turning upside down. I quickly turned onto my back and raised my head to the right. The frightening episode began to improve, but left me worried. I could no longer sleep on my left side, so I laid on my back and eventually fell off to sleep on my right side. In the morning I felt unsteady on my feet and the dizzy spells began. They come on suddenly throughout the day, and bring me to the floor. This has been happening now for a week. Upon discovering this article and trying the two exercises, it brought relief for the first time. I feel more normal, but on bed I will still be too scared to try turning onto my left side. How often should I perform these exercises per day and for how long? Is there any further ones that could help take the vertigo away. Just to clarify, during the day my balance is impaired and when I get dizzy, it is not vertigo but just dizziness where I feel unsteady on my feet. I have had this before some years ago and thankfully it went away.

  • Wow been doing this to my mother (who has a specific vertigo, don’t know which one) for a while now without knowing and it’s interesting I’d love to do these things for other people but I fear my hiperhidrosis will get in the way for people. Just a thought but thanks for the explanation and demonstration.

  • The one on the base of the skull worked for me. It didn’t gwt rid of it completely but it was enough for me to have relief… I’ve had vertigo for 5 years now everyday and all I can do it take anxiety meds and deal with iit… im so desperate for a cure… my life has been taken from me due to BPPV and I hate it..

  • I am in so much distress. 3 months ago, I was an adult figure skater with superb balance on the ice, as you can imagine. Now, I have a phantom dizziness that my PT says is not BPPV. He suspects the dizziness is postural (extremely rounded shoulders and forward neck, and/or due to a concussion which I may have had after a fall on the ice without knowing it at the time. I am so depressed having had to quit my sport. I am already disabled with mental illness and skating was my lifeline.

  • Are you able to help me with a few questions I have ? One if I have vertigo due to a spine and neck issue and I want to see a doctor what doctor would help. I’m seeing a chiropractor now and seems to help a little bit. I also roll by back and I get instant relief but if always comes back. Can blurred vison also be a result from spine and neck

  • I was told I have Cervical Spinal Stenosis for the past 2 years every day during all my waking hours I am dizzy when standing or sitting without support of my head. The neurologist told me it was not stenosis causing my lightheadedness which at times I pass out. Please help me know what to do. I am a 79 year old women.

  • Weird. I have a right ear problem and noticed a position at the back of my head that painful. I used a massage ball – large tennis ball sized – and lay on my back with the ball under that painful place. On standing up I felt giddy and almost fell over ! After 10 minutes of laying down I was back to normal.

  • I’ve been dealing what I believe you be vertigo constantly (24/7) for the last two months, doctors thought it may have been an arachnoid cyst, but now are backpedaling that statement. I have constant dizziness / buzzing feeling in my head. It’s hard to drive or walk, I just want my life back, this is unbearable.

  • Good morning, i have vertigo, and whenever i try the acupressure points at the back of my neck, the 2 pressure points ache a lot. And after 30 to 60 seconds, i feel some kind of draining or unblocking happening on my left ear. Does that mean its working? If so, do i need to repeat the exercise 2 to 3 times a day. Will greatly appreciate your help Thank you

  • It didn’t help but I’m going to watch all your articles. I’ve had vertigo for a year with a few weeks break here and there. 5 months physical therapy didn’t fix it since it has been established that it is not BPPV and there is no one in my area to help… this sucks so bad 😢 They think it’s probably vestibular migraine. Any ideas would be so appreciated.. thank you 🙂

  • Hi Dr Gregg, I found your article this morning and have been trying it, no real improvement as yet but its only been a few minutes. I think my vertigo is caused by either a pinched blood vessel or a trapped nerve, i seem to get my vertigo shortly after i experience neck stiffness and pain. Should I continue using this method or is there something else I can try.

  • Vertigo and vomiting till I want to die. One cause was too much oral B-12, who knew? Too much caffeine. When I am physically taxed, or under extreme stress. If I am dehydrated and then drink water, I get vertigo and vomit. Sometimes I lay back and if head is canted in a certain way, vertigo comes on, then vomiting. Sometimes triggered by eye movement; I have pretty severe strabismus; and sometimes from sound like from headphone, and I am mostly deaf, partially due to doctors’ errors. ER doc stuck an ear scope in ear sans prophylactic cover and infected me with pseudomonas; then a dozen docs prescribed Rx without a lab sample to identify microbe. Went on for three years till I was suicidal from infection. Finally I had to tell doc to take a swab and send to lab. It was pseudomonas.

  • Hey doctor I’m suffering from the tinnitus and I had vertigo attack every 2 after 2 days and it lasts for 4 days and I’m vomiting as well is there any treatment for that I have been to the ENT team so many times and they said there is no treatment for that we doesn’t know why this is happening could you please help I’m only 22 years old and it effects my day to day life.

  • I’ve had vertigo for almost ten years. Ill feel it all day everyday during the winter, and summer it can but me down for a week and then it’s ‘”manageable.” I’ve spent my life savings visiting every doctor imaginable tell me “there’s nothing wrong with me” and have been to the emergency room probably 100 plus times in which all they do is give me klonopin and a vallium prescription to make me go away cause they don’t care which… yes… gets rid of it but knocks me out the rest of the day. Basically if it’s not the bppv type, then they have no idea how to fix it. I’ve felt everything to being broke from doctors visits, to anxious to suicidal. In fact there was one point it was so bad I was taking Valiums to keep myself asleep and sleeping for weeks at a time. It’s the most awful debilitating illness. I’m only 32 years old but don’t know how much longer I can endure it.

  • My dizziness and lightheadedness has gotten so bad I can’t go out to catch the bus and so I can’t go out anymore unless I can arrange for cheap or free transportation. My son and I had to call an Uber to get back home 4 times in the past couple weeks. If I didn’t have my son to grab hold of I would of probably fainted.

  • Not vertigo, but constant floating sensation… 😪😪was diagnosed with vestebular neuritis 2 years ago after suffering 2,5 years non stop (lost 2 jobs ) then was in betahistine and daily exercises for eyes, after full thyroidectomy-all symptoms went away, 2 weeks ago got sick with probably something viral and my floating sensation is back full on … it makes me so miserable. I have new job and I don’t want to loose it because I like it a lot, but this floating sensation and pain in my ear doesn’t leave me … my GP says it’s inflamed and red inside my ear … every night when I am turning in bed I have this floating as soon as I open my eyes, I did apley manoeuvre-but it doesn’t seems like it’s crystals because I am still having it . Also I have weird tinnitus and nystagmus when I move my eyes right side . 😭😭
