The Church of Satan, founded by Anton LaVey in 1966, is a group of religious, ideological, and philosophical beliefs based on Satan’s worship or veneration. The four lantern bearers associated with the cardinal direction, a mythic Satanic figure, and a color are West/Tiamat/Blue, North/Lilith/Green, East/Lucifer/Yellow, and South/Satan/Red. These groups were often accused of worshipping Satan in nocturnal rituals, engaging in incestuous sexual orgies, and sacrificed children. However, magic remains as important in the Church of Satan today.
The Satanic Temple uses their Satanism to gain attention in extreme ways, such as taking on Westboro Baptist in 2013. Satanists are free to employ any symbols they feel have resonance with, but the prime symbol is the red candle, which symbolizes lust and desire, white candles to represent curses, and the black horn.
The image of the devil developed gradually between the sixth and eleventh centuries and has long remained polymorphous and unstable. The “pentagram” is a symbol found in both White Witchcraft and Satanism. Most card-carrying Satanists do not worship Satan or any other form of the devil, but they are actually atheists. The symbol of the moon turning to face the opposite direction is primarily Satanic.

The “hellfire club ” It’s strange that they incorporated that into Stranger Things and made T-shirts that they sold to children, under the premise that the TV show it was just a “gaming club ” .. all these 12 YO walking around with these shirts advertising the devils clubs? it’s so weird and symbolism in my opinion
I hear most of the time. people who say they serve satan and believe in some of what satan teaches.. I am like are you a fool. never ever mess with satan.. you can get lost in a whirl wind of misery like nothing before.. its not be played with.. and all of these whom believe they just do what they want it.. are so terribly informed.. its not for anyone.!! it is unclean!!! and unholy!!!
A Catholic priest in America has to have a psychologist declare that the person is not suffering from a psychological disorder before performing an exorcism. Then also, evidence of possession in form of supernatural strength, speaking an unknown in language, knowledge of things they couldn’t know about (i.e., events at the priest’s house), levitation, aversion to hidden religious objects that they don’t know are present.
This documentary comes off really weak when you say crowley is considered the wickedest man in the world and there is never anything stated about him that is considered evil or wicked. The closest thing to an evil act that was mentioned was sacrificing a goat which just ranked him up there with my local grocery butcher.
Yes, evil demons exist, it matters not whether you believe in “that sort of thing” or not. I have had several encounters throughout my whole life, starting when I was just a toddler. That’s when I started getting prophetic dreams, and communicating with spirits who have guided and protected me my whole life. It’s only when I don’t listen that I find myself extremely difficult situations. Lately I’ve been attacked by a shadow man with glowing redish/orange eyes that look like burning coals in a fire. I’ve done my best banish him, and hasn’t attacked me for probably 3years. I’m a devout follower of our Lord Jeshua and call upon him, the Blessed Mother, the Angels and my benevolent family members who are in the spirit world, but I have to be careful because I have deceased family that I don’t care for and who never carved for me. Their voice sounds the same in the spirit world because they are still very much alive. Demons do exist, I have learned to not nourish them with my fear. I’m stubborn that way.
i havent seen much of the article yet, but many satanist dont believe in the devil. if you worthship the devil you are a devil worshipper not a satanist. also do you agree or disagree with these tenets: I One should strive to act with compassion and empathy toward all creatures in accordance with reason. II The struggle for justice is an ongoing and necessary pursuit that should prevail over laws and institutions. III One’s body is inviolable, subject to one’s own will alone. IV The freedoms of others should be respected, including the freedom to offend. To willfully and unjustly encroach upon the freedoms of another is to forgo one’s own. V Beliefs should conform to one’s best scientific understanding of the world. One should take care never to distort scientific facts to fit one’s beliefs. VI People are fallible. If one makes a mistake, one should do one’s best to rectify it and resolve any harm that might have been caused. VII Every tenet is a guiding principle designed to inspire nobility in action and thought. The spirit of compassion, wisdom, and justice should always prevail over the written or spoken word.
This is very funny to me as a satanist because of how scary it’s made out to be. I’m not a LeVayan satanist, I’m a member of TST (The Satanic Temple). It’s a seperate branch of satanism that follows a different set of teachings and stuff like that. B TST and CoS (Church of Satan / LeVayan satanism) are atheistic. We don’t believe in satan as use him as a symbol. Though I believe CoS believes in some forms of magick? I’m not fully sure since I know more about TST. We’re pretty chill imo
An entire “exploration” into Satanism, yet no content on the Church of Satan and the different doctrines therein; or the Satanic Bible and its author, Anton LeVay. Instead, they dedicate an entire section to the skepticism surrounding exorcisms, sensationalize Aleister Crowley (highlighting his history of bisexuality in parallel to dark rituals), and present “experts” who merely disparriage the movement and equate it to flights of fancy and debaucherous desires. This is a “documentary” catered to a Western audience who romanticizes Satanism.
De’ja’Vu Lili The three lives lived of mortal man, each with a different view The feeling that you felt today, so strong and not misplaced You know that person, you know that place, you’ve felt the De’ja’Vu You also know that if approached, a blank stare on their face Would leave you asking if you’re sane, you turn your head away You know you’re sane, you know the scene, confusion is at play. – The more you think the more you’re lost but it’s all a part of fate It’s then you need hypnosis deep, the magick Mandrake root The Peyote and the incantations will bring your past life back You may not like what you may find, Black forbidden fruit Or past loves that you still love, revenge left lost and black If knowing is your only goal, the truth is absolute. – But if you want to immerse your soul in joining once again The people and the places lost you risk your present life You’ve only three and they won’t mix, you’ll only bring the pain The cards of life will not be shuffled thus, complications rife De’ja’Vu’s a two edged sword you’ll avoid if you accept The pleasures in the knowing and all it does contain. – But what of when you are approached, told by strangers to your side That you were part of their past life, Oh so long ago? The circle turns, you can’t recall, they are sure, they know that you have died You see the questions within their minds, you were called a different name A riddle to be pondered as you follow life’s slow flow. Blessed be.
🌹Anton Lavey was a brilliant philosopher, artist, musician, and REAL warlock. He lives on through his art and his brilliant written work such as “The Satanic Bible” and “The Satanic Witch”. I’m a life long Laveyan Satanist and I’m very grateful to be one. Satanism is for those who are responsible, life affirming, strong willed and have a desire to enjoy and get the most out of life while advancing humanity. Satanists are people who are their own masters and have no use for mythologies/philosophies that run counter to logic and our NATURAL instincts. Life is to be lived and loved. AVE SATANAS !!!🦚
“The greatest trick the Devil(evil) ever pulled was convincing the world he didn’t exist.” of course satanists/luciferians/gnostics/pagans/occult/witchcraft-wiccans will tell you they dont do black magic, contact demons or do blood rituals and sacrifices because if they did and the general population realized then they will have to go even more underground cause people will start hunting them for the horrific crimes they commit against the most pure and innocent …children. Their cult/religion is all about egoism, decieving, hiding ect so of course they wont tell you the truth on your face lol
As someone whose parents were both highest-degree members of HFC, I can say that some of this is true. What they are not doing, however, is having a little British fellow lead your down catacombs for a guided tour LOL I left the fellowship in my teens, but as an honorary lifetime member, I still love a lot of the active members and participate in their rites and rituals and deeds from time to time.
Well idk about Satanism, it can’t be much worse than organized religion. I’m just glad in 2024 it’s no longer taboo be apart of the paranormal community, to be curious about the afterlife and spirits. Paranormal community just on this platform is huge, most people are there because they have already had experiences for themselves. You wouldn’t really know if a person is a satanist, but you usually know if they’re religious, they’ll pray for ya. lol
I’m so glad I started perusal this — I’ve been laughing since the beginning 😂😂 it’s not a real religion and it’s not a church and there’s literally no sacrifice… it’s not about sxe or blood it’s literally.. ugh. 😂😂😂😂 witchcraft isn’t evil but cannibalism and drinking blood each Sunday would be okay for Christian’s. I’m laughing 😂😂😂
Richard Felix, the guy with the cross necklace was so arrogant and egotistical. “There are no such things as demons, trust me” What a ridiculous thing to say. I also noticed that all of the criticism to their view of Christianity is from the Catholic Church. Catholicism is not the only denomination of Christianity so to paint all Christianity with that brush is ignorant.
I love how they’re projecting everything on to us, Satanists! Everything they think we do they do and do, do. We do, do somethings out of the will of the bible and christianity but as long as it doesn’t hurt anyone or anything! Sacrificing goats is anti-christ? What about Abraham? Who almost sacrificed hos son but sacrificed a ram? Is Christianity Satanic?
If you read the Bible especially the stories about Jesus and the Apostles casting out demons, it’s not a dramatic event. What I mean is there are no theatrics. When Jesus cast out the demons and into the pigs he simply spoke it. Then when Jesus was in the synagogue and the man had the unclean spirit Jesus simply spoke. It’s the same for the Apostles. I’m sure Hollyweird is the blame for all the “excitement”.
WHY..have you chosen to combine photos and clips of Wiccan ritual and labeling them as Satanic. Wicca/Witchcraft is completely separate. All you have done, is continued the age old affiliation of the two, as one. SHAME ON YOU!!! This is a disgrace and a slap in the face to those who practice a Federally sanctioned and acknowledged religion not only in the US, but across the world.
Happened to be 3rd witness its humiliation disguting distroying distraction of knowledge purity enocence and humanity ..of tree of knowledge brath of life tree of Life 🙏 the devil’s makars from human to non humen and the journey in between life and death and snatching of humanity soul body mind shadow trapping eating painting perasites 🙏
A lot of the way this is presented is sensationalistic. Also, in the case of Aleister Crowley, I think “innocent until proven guilty” should be applied; Crowley was a highly intelligent man, far ahead of most Victorians, and a lot of what he did and said was satire directed at most Victorians and Edwardians for their foolish superstitions and misapprehensions of the Bible.
