Skill-Capped has released a guide detailing how to use OmniBar to gain an advantage over opponents in arenas. The guide is aimed at new players in Shadowlands PvP, who have not played since 2013. The guide discusses the importance of tracking spells with OmniBar, a lightweight addon that tracks enemy cooldowns in World of Warcraft. Users can customize the bars, icons, profiles, and visual tweaks to suit their preferences.
One user noticed that OmniBar doesn’t track Priest’s Premoniton (Death) and tried adding the spell ID manually. They also mentioned that they cannot get spells other than interrupts to show up in arenas. To fix this issue, users can have two omnibar profiles, one for interrupts and another for cooldowns. This is useful for healers, especially.
Omnibar can be set to grow in the right direction by adding a spell ID manually and scrolling down to “Priest – disc” to validate it. To set Omnibar spells to grow in the right direction, users can edit the widely known addon http://mods.curse.com/addons/wow/omnibar to make its ability icon fade out only when it’s on a cooldown.
