Debuff (Combat Speed, AOE) is a spell that reduces the target’s combat speed, making it less effective in melee combat. This “Area of Effect” (AOE) spell can affect multiple targets in its radius. Enchanters are the only casters in the realm of Hibernia who summon citizens of the “Underhill” to assist them in battle and research magic methods. They have AoE Mezz and AoE Root, Mind spec allows Charm pets, Mezz, regen Power, and Matter Spec has DoTs but is usually ignored because it is counter.
Piercing Magic (Pet ONLY) is a spell with two levels, each adding 10 to either pet’s CHANCE to hit mobs/players higher level than the target. Damage (PBAOE) is a spell where the target takes damage of the spell’s given damage type, affecting everyone in the immediate radius of the caster. The best bet would be a Minstrel In Albion with Mana and power Regen, speed, ablative, etc. or a Paladin with chants/resists.
All spells in the Color Flux line now share the same timer, except for fire AOE one a timer, ice, and magic. DOT stacks when they are different frequencies and damage types. The falloff rate from the center point of an AoE is different for the duration of spells versus their damage. Durations are reduced to half of the spell’s duration.
Mesmerize (AOE) hypnotizes the target and cannot move or take any other action for the duration of the spell. Spells cast by friendly players, resistances to, and other effects are also available.

I will wait and start a few weeks after the launch. In the beginning there will be a run on every mob again. Also all the nolifers will be there. Need to avoid this human sewage. After the run is over i will relaxed level a farmer first, to get some money and push the needed professions, and then level my beloved SB.. 🙂 Looking forward to that. Group or zerg i dont need.
This is a Great Starter list, but I would Label Necro A Rank at least and the Tanks of Armsmen Hero and Warrior a B. They bring good stuff to the table like a CC Breaker shout, metal guard, climbing walls but that’s more for the heck of it, but the resists and health they have, especially hero with Ignore Pain of any rank is wild. Magic resists really help especially when fighting hib. If no one has heard of the dreaded term “Stun Debuff and Nuke” You will. Forever burned into my mind over 20 years later. Hib casters will Purge Check the low RR enemies on an attempt to get basically free RP to kill you before the stun wears off. Should be wild at release but other than that a lot is solid overall on the list. Thurg could be A rank it’s pretty insane if played right 🙂 Sorry for rambling, I will most likely play Necromancer in honor of my character that use to be on Mordred PvP Server a long time ago.
