Which Spells Should Be Used For Allicance Distribution?

The Alliance Discipline Priest in World of Warcraft — The War Within (Season 1) is a powerful and versatile class that can be optimized for various types of damage. Gnomes provide a 5 and percnt maximum mana increase with Expansive Mind, while Humans offer a 3 and percnt increase with The Human Spirit. These racials offer a solid stat and can be used to optimize the rotation of your Discipline Priest.

Haste Rating is particularly useful for AoE healing and situational when tank healing. Critical Strike provides a chance to double the damage and healing done by your spells, while Haste reduces the cooldown of certain spells. The Priest is considered the all-around best Healing class in World of Warcraft, but it lacks crowd control and mobility.

In this guide, we will discuss the best Discipline Priest gems, flasks, potions, and enchants for the Priest in The War Within. The Priest is often considered the all-around best Healing class in World of Warcraft, but it lacks crowd control and mobility.

The Priest alliance spells include Raccoo, Brohg, Augur, Clarisa, Augur Sindaiann, Augur Repthor, and Augur. Spells resolve from left-to-right as they appear in the middle of the board, known as the “stack”. Level 2 wizards can learn two spells from their faction lore list, but they may not function or give an error message if they are not part of an alliance.

Alias rings were technological rings that could project a small rectangular image onto the board. To increase player participation, it is recommended to add a new roster for players to choose from and double their spell count.

  • Wanda has access to unlimited knowledge from the Darkhold, which makes her even stronger from her reality warping chaos magic. This amplifies her already powerful magic together with the piece of the mind stone inside of her. The Scarlet Witch is literally a nexus being capable of rewriting reality on a universal scale, access to multiple dimensions, manipulate probability to her favour, use telepathy, telekinesis, mind control, transmute matter including Thor’s lightning etc. Her chaos magic exceeds that of even the Sorcerer Supreme. It is prophesied that the Scarlet Witch is destined to rule or destroy the cosmos. Current comic book Wanda also absorbed the Darkhold, making her in control of the Chaos Elder God Chthon and his abilities which grants her immense powers (aka God of Chaos Wanda).

  • Wanda Maximoff with the power to warp reality would be more than capable of singlehandedly either handling or killing Thanos without the rest of the Avengers. If she can create a reality with fictional children while married to an android, lose her sh!t and kill the high-powered Avengers because of a psychological break that is not someone Thanos (or anyone else) should be messing with. Love the ease at which she kills Thanos, probably closer to how the last two Avengers movies should have gone than long drawn-out fights

  • I’m really curious about how much of Wanda in MoM is from the darkhold. Both her power and actions really, how much is her being wayyyy more powerful in MoM down to just learning and unleashing her potential as the Scarlet Witch and how much is using the much more powerful magic of the darkhold? How much of her horrific actions was done of her own free will and how much was the darkhold’s influence?

  • This could be a good episode for What If. Imagine Wanda didn’t get dusted, the WandaVision thing happened, Captain America or Hawkeye will help her and then Endgame happens. But the plot twist is that after Wanda defeats Thanos, the Darkhold’s influence would corrupt her to take the stones, whispering that she can bring back Vision, her kids and even Pietro with a single snap. And Wanda vs. the entire Avengers would happen 🙂 Cool to see Wanda fighting strong Avengers like Captain Marvel and Doctor Strange like in MoM.

  • It’s something, I was thinking to myself if Scarlett Witch from the MoM was in the endgame, she would’ve easily laid waste to thanos as well as his armies. Wanda was already too much for thanos in the actual endgame movie so imagine the damage she could have done in the endgame movie as the Scarlett Witch from MoM!

  • If Wanda had survived the snap this scene probably would’ve happened and played out a lot like this. WandaVision would’ve happened but since Monica Rambeau would’ve still been snapped away, Wanda would’ve never had that little bit of positive impact that kept her from being inherently evil in that show.

  • I was just thinking that even though Wanda’s powers came from the mind stone (until they retconned that) her abilities are more like the reality stone. Like the way she makes that one guys mouth disappear and turns the other guy into noodles and also is red Edit: okay, so we’ve learned that no one knows what a retcon is, nor do they know how to use google.

  • Alternate timeline headcanon: Right after she kills Thanos she turns to the rest of the Avengers and starts attacking them. Realizing that Wanda has turned after suffering the immense loss of Vision, they attack her. At first they try to be defensive, trying in vain to convince Wanda to return to the light. But as she starts killing people brutally (some heroes get killed) they bombard her with all they have. Wanda, despite her great power, realizes she will lose this fight and falls back. With her powers she rewrites reality and brings Vision back, leading into “WandaVision”

  • He’d get wrecked so bad it’d be comical. article is pretty accurate, since she’d still be p*ssed. Funny thing is she could end the fight even faster if she wanted to… throw up a hex and reality warp Thanos’ entire army into a clown circus and the Mad Titan himself into Barnie the Purple Dinosaur all in a matter of moments. He seriously lucked out that he fought pre-Scarlet Witch Wanda, lol

  • Her expression when she looks at the sword 😳 that’s some scary stuff n M.o.M when she talked about her patience, it was such good acting, she’s also really good in wind river as a f.b.i agent with Jeremy renner and in love n death with the axe n the court case. Elizabeth Olsen has range, I’m defo here for it! 🖤

  • I just started on console yesterday and I was so overwhelmed with the amount of choices I actually decided the game was to much for me I work 50 to 70 hours a week so I may only get an hour or 2 at best per day to play, butttt..after perusal this article it really helped me understand what to do and how to do it lol. Nevertheless, thank you so much you definitely won me over this game looks like so much fun I just wish I had more time to play!

  • Just picked up the game about a week ago and have spent most my time wondering around killing mudcrabs. This guide was so informative and I enjoyed listening to it even thought it took me three days to finish lol. I’m totally going to be scouring your website looking for more guides. Thanks a ton for the help!

  • Yes, I went through this entire article, and it helped me to improve my skills on my toons, some things that I did not know were possible, and how to better play the game. Keep it up, you did a way cool article and explained things in a very easy way to understand. I have been playing ESO for a long time, I started with the old champion point system. And again thank you for the article.

  • Brand new player here. I have just over 300 hours in the game. I am always lost and frustrated. I have started over twice. lol – I am also over 60 and somewhat challenged by the MMO aspect but love the game. I came and almost didn’t watch because of the length of the article. I am so glad I stayed. This is the most informative article I have watched. Most jump to so many words that mean something to everyone else without explanation. Like AOE and DOT… I get lost and leave. You started at the beginning and just kept going. Thank you soooo much. I have saved this and subscribed. I watched every minute and I am sure I will be back to watch parts again. I intend to watch all the linked articles too!! ~LoriAnne

  • I just started playing again after a long hiatus and I have never really looked up a build or guide. I always just play and see what happens. I’m now following a build but wanted to make sure I knew all of the mechanics. I watched this entire thing from start to finish. I can honestly say I don’t feel the need to look up anything else other than your article on Skrying after perusal this article. Fantastic guide man!!

  • I was literally listening to your 2023 guide (not for the first time) yesterday while training my scrying levels. Absolutely going to binge this one now too (even though I’m absolutely not a new player). Your guides are incredible and your personality shines through. Anyways, it’s 7.45pm here, so if I want to get any sleep by 11pm since this obviously needs binging in one sitting, I better get started. Thank you for all you provide the ESO community Lucky, and Merry Christmas to you and your family!

  • i have almost 1000 hours of gameplay, but in this article i discovered few things i didn’t know, thanks for the very useful tutorial. I love TESO and I have “all” the dlc’s, why “all” well, I bought the dlc’s but to have access to all the content of the game I need to pay a monthly subscription and that I will never do, maybe I would buy if at the end of the subscription we could get some content from ESO+, in SWTOR I only paid for a month’s subscription because at the end of the subscription you got some things in your account but in TESO it’s not like that and as such I will never ever pay for it, besides this business model in a perfect world would never succeed, I started playing article games in the 80s and when you bought the games you bought the complete games but nowadays you buy a game with little content and then these corporations release dozens and dozens of dlc’s and in the end you pay for the same game several times, that’s why in the last 3 years I gave up buying games from some corporations and started to support small indie companies with 1, 2 or even 3 developers and to this day indies have never disappointed me unlike the corporations. I remember perfectly when I started playing article games it was a fantastic moment and feeling unfortunately the world of article games in the last 20 years or more has become something I hate but the guilt It’s also the gamers, well, it’s all the gamers’ fault because by buying subscriptions/microtransactions/other stuff they’re allowing companies to continue with their business model that in the perfect world would be illegal, and my opinion is the opinion of many gamers like me who started playing article games in the 80’s or even in the early 90’s.

  • This person has done an awesome job of putting this article together. I have been playing ESO for a while and I still listen to articles like this in the background. Never too late to learn something new. The survivability tip for a tank is spot on. In a lot of random groups you will find out that you have DPS posing as healers. I will try to block someone’s whole account for doing this. And when he made the comment about guilds with taxes and fees. There are plenty of free guilds that need help. Guilds are a dime a dozen so do not stress taxes and fees or getting kicked. I seen a guild with a 600 Gold a week fee, why should I support their moon sugar habit?

  • I just got back into the game about 2 weeks ago since I quit in 2018. A lot of the game feels foreign and these new mechanics are a bit overwhelming sometimes. I was perusal your 2023 guide to help me get back into things but now this one came out so I’ll be perusal this as I grind some of the newer skill lines. Thanks for the hard work.

  • Thanks for this awesome/brilliant/stunning guide @Lucky !!! (and the amount of time you dedicated to it). I have played TESO on console since years (+1000 lvl) and recently decided to restart the adventure on PC. I watched the full guide and still I learned new things that I didn’t know. Thanks a bunch Bro for sharing that 😉

  • Appreciate this article alot, looking for a new mmo to play since taking a break from New World due to lack of content. Bought the base game and made a Breton Mag Warden, not sure if I’ll play healer or dps but will decide when hit max level. Needed a guide to help me understand the game’s current state and your article was SUPER HELPFUL. Feeling like ESO might be my new main now but will see after a few months of playing, just wanted to say thanks for the helpful article.

  • Hey Console player that played a few years and then returned, but to PC in April! Not sure how your vid ended up in my feed, but I’m glad it did as I learned a few things still.. (yes, did make it all the way to the end!) Key to what I’m doing right now.. that others fishing the same fishing spot will slightly increase the incidence of legendary fish (not ideal for what I’m doing) How the game decides how large your damage is as a DPS among others! Looking forward to some of the other content linked in the notes! Thank you!

  • I started eso when the morrowind expansion came out, but set it down after deciding I wanted to hammwr down on morrowind the game(started with oblivion). I just finished it and now Im headed back in with an immense appreciation for the voice acting lol really, thank you for all of the tips, I had no idea this was a REAL MMO and not only a great scrolls game, really lovin it

  • Returning player to day so listening to this, playing and trying to get back in after a loooong brake . This is one of the best guides i have heard in a long time . Nice work and looking forward to keep listening to this over and over as well as look for more of your content . Got one more subsribed to you for sure 🙂

  • I made it, I’m just starting the game. I am struggling with my class/race choice so I made the three combos I was most interested in. I hear you respond to comments, so I was hoping to have your opinion. Duo/Solo with my friend playing a supporter/healer. Equal mix pve/pvp achievement chasing… Khajiit DK Magicka, Wood Elf Warden Stam, or Orc Sorc Stam. Thanks for the guides I’ve been consuming them during my commute waiting for my first day off 😅

  • I played a long time ago and am coming back. I am gonna get the ESO+ and spending money for extra content is not an issue for me. I want to make a bow build. Initially, I have made a wood elf nightblade but I’ve seen a lot of people using the Warden. What do you recommend for a bow build as far as race and class?

  • When I played, it dropped me into a cell. I had to follow this person to the room you’re describing @9:56, but when I got there, I was forced to pick Bleakrock Isle as my location; all the other rooms that had artwork on them were chained in an X pattern. Ebonheart Pact alliance, Dark Elf starting race.

  • Not sure if its relevant to your guide, but I purchased the game on Steam. After spending the day waiting for 120 gb to download, and launching, I was then prompted to install the ESO launcher, and download another 90 gb. Not sure if this is normal, but it doesn’t seem like downloading through steam is the best choice for new players? Just wanted to share my experience for others. Thanks for putting the guide together. Look forward to perusal and using it.

  • I just bought eso unfortunately on the console so no mini map addon 🙁 this guide is so far helping me grasp at this massive game and planting roots into it! im having trouble finding the guide on what quests or dlcs i should do to get the early perks before truly setting off if anyone has an idea or know which guide it is that would be Awesome, and thank you lucky you’ve earned yourself a sub!

  • You should absolutely do the game in order in my opinion if not your just all over the place and the story of the game is great. When i first started years ago i didnt known what to do and watched a article about in order and i dont regret it gets you familiar with the game you start in a easy zone smaller. Just makes most sense but like he said whatever you want just think its best

  • Thank you very much for this behemoth of a article! I’m currently downloading the game to start again coming weekend after a very long brake. I’ve been playing ESO quite active from the Beta untill a couple of month after the release of the Morrowind expansion. So a lot of the information in this article are very helpfull to get back into ESO but I still do have a couple of questions. – Does the Curated Loot system only track items that you get dropped after its implemenation or will it already contain all of the sets I got dropped years ago? – Does change your build at the Armory cost any gold or is it free to swap at any time as often as you’re pleased? – Since I do have a pre-Steam-era-account: Do you get a key when you buy an expansion on Steam that I can link with my ESO account, thinking of possible future sales on Steam, or is it required to have bought ESO on Steam for that matter? Thanks in advance for any answer to those questions. E: typo

  • Got back into this game after I played the beta and initial release all those years ago! I mostly always play Rainbow Six Siege but I had a recent motorbike accident so can’t keep up with the fast paced play of the game 😂 jumping back in to ESO i was like WTF, this article really helped, TY caped here 😇🤜 Edit: I’m actually playing it on console rn and I did notice what a difference in menu configuration! I wish it could be arranged more and with the mini map, the add-ons would be great if they allowed mods for it like Skyrim console mods.

  • Idk. I’m sceptical and I’m not gonna bob tha knob here. I’ve tried ESO a few different times over the years and it doesn’t compare to FF or BG. It’s really janky and hard to understand. However, I watched this and have a lil more faith in experiencing it maybe one more time. Thanks for the vid yo, regardless of what I think there’s ppl who love this

  • Im not quite a beginner, but i do like perusal these to see if there is a fundamental that i have missed. That said i do have a question and here is as good a place to ask as any, what do players think of off meta characters in normal dungeons, I know you say it doesn’t matter much but what about other players, say i run a one bar HA nord magwarden, if i queue for a normal dungeon do people not care and think “it doesn’t matter, its only a normal dungeon” or are they silently cursing me the whole time either thinking im a noob, or that I’m holding the group back because all they want is to go as fast as they can?

  • Pfeew man… That was a long article 🙂 awesome job with the guide. Did make it to the end… But still have one question that I may have missed. Why do I want to use light armor if any class can wear any type of armor? Why isn’t everyone running around in heavy armor? Just starting the game, so… Sorry for the stupid question 🙂

  • I am a new player with a new install. I have 9 races, 9 character slots, and 7 classes. I’m used to playing a broad range of race class combos and I aim to become familiar with all the races and all the classes in ESO. I now have 7 toons created but am undecided which class to give the wood elf and the redguard. I would welcome advice. I did the best I could trying to match race with class for the following 7, but I don’t mind recreating any of them with a different class since they are only Level 1…… 1. Nepenthe = Breton – Necromancer 2. Mokara = Orc – Arcanist 3. Ayshe = High Elf – Sorcerer 4. Nefer = Khajiit – Nightblade 5. Duskrose = Dark Elf – Templar 6. Valkyrie = Nord – Dragonknight 7. Sezlek = Argonian – Warden 8. Wood Elf – ? 9. Redguard – ?

  • If you are new player reading this, pick dark elf as your race it’s good on everything. Gear don’t matter until CP160 so don’t buy any of those. Do the main storyline and some other quests too. Practice combat and go explore the map, once you feel like you know how to play the game and know the map well, make a new character and watch a tutorial how to make a good build and just grind it until you made it.

  • this is just a comment about a certain section of the article, but Guild Wars 2 has insane custumisation and skins and the use a tradingpost instead of guildtraders so much easier to get any gear… played it for about 12 years but i am realy enjoying eso but it would be nice if these MMO devs take inspiration from other games and it would make all of them so much nicer

  • hi lucky, you talked about how you should possibly get a bunch of skills from different regions without doing the main quests so it’ll make your journey easier. you said that the article/guide for that is linked. which article should i be looking at when i’m trying to unlock skill lines and then continue w/ the main story?

  • Hey Lucky, I got a question. I’ve been hung up on character creation for a few days now, making a character and playing them for a few hours then deleting them. I’m mostly hung up on races atm, because I make either a DK, Templar, or Sorc but just with a different race each time. I’d just like to know what your toons races are, because you don’t really cover it in your articles. I want to know how much you care about meta when making a toon, because It’s preventing me from just picking one and going with it. In the past 3-4 days I’ve made like 6 toons, 2 high elves (1 sorc 1 templar), 1 dark elf DK, 1 Khajiit DK, and 2 Breton Templars. I think you can see my problem just off of that. I’m either overthinking race choices, or I’m just getting bored of them quickly. It’s not even like I don’t like the classes, I really like the classes, but I want to pick a new race often for some reason. Do you have any advice for me? Thanks!

  • I have not played in a long time, I am a tank main and tanking is so simplistic in this game. All I had to do was use my two taunts and I had aggro 100% of the time. It was boring as hell being a tank in this game which is why I played it for only a year before I quit when my average MMO playtime was close to six years.

  • Wondering about the Law of Julianos set. I was looking to get this, because something I read said this was what I needed for some build I was thinking about. But, I had a friend make one piece of this armor(Jacket) for me. But it’s not in my list of armor/weapons sets. Can you tell me why? I have a nord warden, all attribute points in magicka. I was thinking magicka DPS.

  • I am really sad that Trails/Raids always get put on the backburner. I love ES. I never really stuck with ESO for whatever reason but would love to start playing more “Seriously”. But I am a lore geek and would love to experience the stortlines etc. Usually a end of an expansion or such is done by killing the main baddie. Where do you kill him. Raids. And who in the right mind does the first few raids of the game after 10 years, just about no one. This is a big downer for me cuz there is no MMO that I know of which really lets you experience that raid again since it requires so many people with practically no reward. If I am for some reason wrong about this I beg you to call me out and tell me what I can do not to miss this kind of content.

  • Hey I recently bought this game and got the base game + Necrom expansion. So why is the class Necromancer not included? Isn’t the base game includes past expansions? Because I got Warden class and not necro? If I’m going to buy it on the store which one is it? Like just the class and not another expansion thank you.

  • FREE bag slots… Backpack default = 60 slots. You can upgrade to 140 slots in increments of 10 slots at the cost of gold or crowns. The first upgrade to 70 slots is 400 gold or 1000 crowns. But take note, that first upgrade to 70 slots is FREE as automatic reward for reaching Game Level 12, but only if you do not purchase upgrade until after Level 12. My first toon did not get the free upgrade. I discovered the freebie with my second toon because I did not upgrade her backpack before she reached Level 12.

  • Soo watched the whole article, got hyped for the game, put it day before to install on ps4, came home to play it and imagne my disappointment when i saw i need to pay for it because it was on ps plus a few months/years ago for free and it was like awsome i can try it and then see if i want to buy everything or not, got more disappointed then the day i was born, but anyway, i installed Dragon Age: Inqusion, gonna play that until Easter when i guess it will be on sale and love the article, very good information and love that its not pay to win, thats the best thing, was looking for something thats similar to WOW but is more like skyrim and the best thing this is skyrim basically

  • I’m a returning player, I started and stopped playing at High Rock, and reached CP 160, and I’m completely lost. This article really helped me out, however could you point me out where I could find a Necromancer guide? I’m asking because the website you linked seems to be outdated, some skills it recommends aren’t even available anymore.

  • Take this as advice, or suggestion: when it comes to monetizing your website, pick something that isn’t the same thing as you are providing, but compliments it. For example, since you are providing a gaming guide, why not advertise some popular food or beverage? It’d be better than telling people to play some other game, especially a phone game, that is most likely shit or fraud.

  • Started ESO three days ago Im level 48 and after perusal this through i realized my race pick is wrong I have a tank race on a mag dps toon (nightblade) i really like to solo but idk if I should go Breton(effectively better) or Khajiit (style) if anyone sees this and wishes to drop a dime of knowledge my way it would be appreciated. 🙏🏼

  • Only unconditional/holy love/spirit from the subconscious/truth is just enough to judge (always right), whom the conscious are not The religious (Jew) and the gentile (ignorant) are dead to the truth (heart), who is idolatry The mind’s con-science perception is the projection of the unchanging subconscious believe system, the son (truth) that comes from the father (subconscious) because the truth (constant) of the subconscious (heart) is unconditional (perfect/holy/good/true: constant) man’s wisdom (heart/love/truth) is the con-science (variable) whose perception is conditional (variable): (constant variable) I.e. the father of lies Because this heart: faith: subconscious: believe system: truth is empty: lacking love/truth/life/wisdom/imagination/understanding whose way/truth/life is love (agape in the subconscious) i.e (unconditional/true (holy) love/life (spirit); “the lord (subconscious) of hosts” (the conscious) For this reason, “Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire” Any man who lives by the hypocrisy of the conscience perception for fear in the subconscious truth will be removed from the book of life (the subconscious/father truth/son because our first love is the subconscious truth; the second being the conscience) Because fear is the logical initial conclusion because the conscious flesh is the first conscience perception and the second conscious understanding, who is conditional love/truth that comes by conscience perception (deception: your own understanding) Hence, our first (true constant) love is/was the subconscious/father truth/son, whose spirit of unconditional/holy love/truth leads the conscience to unlimited consciousness; infinite imagination/reasoning, who is love (God), this is not immediately apparent because it is apart from the conscience conscious deceptive projection by the enslavement of conscience living, the father of lies (progenitor of constant variable) Because to live by the deception of the outer appearance is the fear that comes by faith in the constant variable of conscious living (fear/religion); the false life (dead/blind – believe system: heart/truth) because this reasoning is apart from the subconscious (father) truth (son), who is the unconditional (Holy) love (Spirit) I.

  • A bog mistake newcomers do is worry too much about playing the game right. Which strips the fun out of the game. If you truly wanna enjoy the game go in semi blind doing quests. That’s the whole fun of MMO games. Is to get lost in the lore rich large world it’s set in. There’s nothing wrong with getting a few tips in the beginning to learn which course you should take. But trust me just go into the game follow the path that is recommended by most veteran players and get lost in Tamriel. You’ll thank me later. Edit: Oh and… Don’t buy crown crates unless you already have absolutely everything you’d want from the crown store. Or better yet, don’t buy them at all lol. 9 times out of 10 you won’t get what you’d want. Absolute waste of money.

  • Half a year to max a mount…? This shit is exactly why ESO is failing or has failed. I like the game for the most part but there’s so many of these little B’s mechanics that ruin the game. They need to fix the crafting system. Fix the transmog system. Make it wear you unlock the look when you pick up. They need to fix the Menu UI because its so ugly and quite unorganized. The whole game is just trash but you know I’ma try to enjoy it.

  • Don’t those around terminology of the game without explaining what that is, for example: “dailys”. A complete beginner doesn’t know what a daily quest is. Even if it’s completely obvious to you. You assuming that everyone know every basic concept is a big mistake. It would be okay if this wasn’t a BEGINNER guide.

  • ESO’s default UI is just @#!? terrible. Even the chat can’t be moved, it can’t be scrolled. There is even a bug where you get locked out from being able to attack or block, and the only fix is to send “/reloadui” without quotes in the chat box. There is also no way to properly quit the game if you’re not logged in to the world with your character. Oh, and the first character you make is also bugged, it shows you your character but no UI to interact with. So Alt-F4 to fix that shit. This game is also woke, the first quest I run into, I have to return a keg of brew some @#!? gaybo. I haven’t looked at all the store content, but having to pay for additional pve content when you already bought a pack is bull shit. Stay away from this shit.
