Good Omens, a popular fantasy comedy television series, has been renewed for a third and final season by BBC Studios Productions, Amazon MGM Studios, the Blank Corporation, and Narrativia. The show, which was produced by Neil Gaiman and Terry Pratchett, will feature multi-award-winning actors Michael Sheen and David Tennant. The new instalment of Good Omens premiered on July 28 and all episodes are now available to stream on Prime Video. Co-creator Neil Gaiman is set to continue his role as executive producer, writer, and showrunner.
The show’s production is still a BBC Studios co-production, so it is likely to be on BBC iPlayer soon. In December, Good Omens was renewed for a third and final season, with Gaiman continuing to serve as executive producer, writer, and showrunner. The series follows a fussy Angel and a loose-living Demon who form an unlikely alliance to stop Armageddon.
However, the show was never put back on BBC, as it was a co-production between Amazon Prime and the BBC. As a result, there is no source material for this season, no sprawling narrative, no awesome guest stars, and no order for the global fan-favorite series Good Omens for a third and final season.
