To note Mars is a natal yogakara, so I can’t say this is a clear indication. I am not sure if the yogakara status in the natal becomes relevant in the Tajaka. When I look at D-10, Scorpio lagna, Mars in lagna – good, but retro Saturn in Lagna as well – not good. Tenth lord Sun is in 12th and in neech rasi – not good. In the Paryayini dasa, On Nov 3, 2020 (election day), he is running Venus dasa. Venus is in Taurus with 2nd lord Sun. That does look good for him. In the tithi pravesh chart for 2020, 10th lord Venus in Taurus with lagna lord Sun – good. In D-10, Saggi lagna, Guru is in 9th with Mars, both in shatru rasis but tenth lord Sun in Leo – good. That also looks positive for him. If he runs again, he could win. So what could prevent him from running? It’s the shani bhukti and the transit of Saturn and Guru into Makar, his 6th house. The dual aspect on his 12th where Saturn sits can force him to resign.
