What foods stop hair falling?

Hair fall is a common issue among women, as it occurs due to the natural process of hair growth, transition, and shedding. About 25 to 100 hairs fall off daily, but it becomes a concern when more than this number is lost. Hair fall can be caused by various factors, including lifestyle, diet, stress, and hormonal changes. However, unless the cause is medical or genetic, it is possible to give hair the inherent strength it needs to control hair fall. A balanced diet can ensure hair is strong from its roots and stays that way due to nutritional fortification.

One of the best foods to prevent hair fall is eggs. Eggs are a great source of protein and biotin, which promote hair strength. Protein is the building block of hair, and the lack of it has always been associated with hair fall. Biotin is essential for producing keratin, a type of hair protein. Eggs can be eaten in various ways, such as boiled, scrambled, or curried. By incorporating these foods into your diet, you can help prevent hair fall and maintain healthy hair.

Vitamin B6 and Vitamin E are essential for reducing unwanted facial hair growth. Vitamin B6 helps lower testosterone levels in women and inhibits prolactin hormone production, which can lead to prolactinoma, a condition causing thick facial hair. It can be obtained through oral supplements or natural food sources like milk, beef, poultry, soybeans, bananas, and non-citrus fruits. Vitamin E supplements are beneficial for hair care maintenance and limiting facial hair growth by controlling androgen hormone effects and reducing testosterone production.

They also have antioxidant properties, helping repair hair tissues and prevent gray hair color changes. Vitamin E-rich foods like nuts, green vegetables, avocados, vegetable oils, and seeds can be beneficial. Spearmint extract from the Mentha spicata plant is also an effective facial hair removal supplement, with anti-androgen properties and the ability to reduce male hormone levels that trigger excess facial hair growth. Drinking spearmint tea twice a day can help women eliminate facial hair.

  • Ive struggled with committing to men for yrs & all this time I thought I was just crazy.😢 I was diagnosed with pcos & its completely destroyed my life💔💔💔💔 most days I want to die. I’ve gained more than 100 lbs in a yr.. people shouldn’t brush this illness off & should actually research this & be supportive of the women that are affected by it. I still want to die but I have God. Everything will be ok in the end

  • Pcos doesnt always include ovarian cysts . Cysts can be a driving factor for pcos but a lot of the time it isnt. Chronic stress or insulin resistance can be the driving factor. All of these three drive testosterone, inflammation and hormone dysregulation. There are also nstural suppliments, diet, therapy and exercise that can help . Most women find Metformin creates too many issues . I personally found Metformin was not an option for me as it made me house bound with severe vertigo and feeling drowsy and drunk ehich apparently are uncommon symptoms. Common symptoms are Abdominal or stomach discomfort cough or hoarseness decreased appetite diarrhea fast or shallow breathing fever or chills general feeling of discomfort lower back or side pain muscle pain or cramping painful or difficult urination sleepiness There are better options to help with symptoms such as myo and d chiro 40-1 this helps with period regularity, fertility and mood. Berberine helps with blood sugar and Tumeric and Curcumin suppliments decreases inflammation helping with period pain, achy joints, psoriasis and arthritis . Take a good multi vitamin or more specifically magnesium, vitamin d3 and viramin b complex . Obviously you want to slso get a low impact exercise routine such as pikates, barre, yoga, walking low impact hiit and weight lifting which helps with blood sugar, inflammation and mood. And eat only whole foods and centre your meals on high protein 30g a meal and lots of vegetables

  • Let me explain the commitment issue. If you have pcos its like a switch when it hits. You tell yourself i wanna please my man tonight but your body says hell no . Youll be dry and wont even fathom the thought of sex. Affection will probably get on your nerves, foreplay will not work no matter how hard yall try like it really sucks. You know you love someone and you want to show them you just cant mentally
