There are seven main chakras that align the spine, starting from the base of the spine through to the crown of the head. To visualize a chakra in the body, imagine a swirling wheel of energy where matter and energy interact. Meditation techniques can help balance the chakras, and the Sanskrit word “Chakra” refers to wheels of energy throughout the body.
The practice of chakrabalancing, which involves exhaling desire, inner land jewels, nadis, mirrors to the soul, purification eyes of the soul, and sahaswara, can help maintain wellness and balance. In yoga, meditation, and Ayurveda, the term “Chakra” refers to wheels of energy throughout the mind-body system.
Incorporating the Law of Intention and Desire into meditation practices can help enliven the manipura chakra and promote wellness. Chakra Balancing is a key tool for maintaining wellness and balance, as it helps remove blockages in the chakra system.

Why did Deepak Chopra leave Maharishi?
Chopra left the Transcendental Meditation (TM) movement in January 1993 due to the perceived stress and hindrance to his success. Mahesh Yogi claimed Chopra had competed for the Maharishi’s position as guru, but Chopra denied this. The Maharishi was concerned that rival systems were being taught at lower prices and that Chopra’s association with the TM movement might prevent Ayurvedic medicine from being accepted as legitimate. Chopra also expressed discomfort with the “cultish atmosphere” around Maharishi.
In 1995, Chopra was not licensed to practice medicine in California, where he had a clinic. In 2004, he received his California medical license and is affiliated with Scripps Memorial Hospital in La Jolla, California. He is the owner and supervisor of the Mind-Body Medical Group within the Chopra Center, offering personalized advice about nutrition, sleep-wake cycles, and stress management based on mainstream medicine and Ayurveda. Chopra is a fellow of the American College of Physicians and member of the American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists.
In 1993, Chopra’s book Ageless Body, Timeless Mind: The Quantum Alternative to Growing Old was published, and his friendship with Michael Jackson gained him an interview on Oprah. Chopra’s book and friendship with Michael Jackson led to an interview on Oprah, where he sold 137, 000 copies and 400, 000 copies within 24 hours. Four days later, the Maharishi National Council of the Age of Enlightenment instructed TM centers in the United States not to promote Chopra, and his name and books were removed from the movement’s literature and health centers.

While doing a read on where does Jesus come from, I came to this article wanting to know more about Chakaras. Previously, I had been reading an article about space photography some of which, revealed outlines of people, symbols and artifacs at different points of the world, that is beleived are: energy points and messages imprinted by God to confirm to us, his truth of existence, influence on earth and our creation etc. For eg. In Arabia it appears in a mountainous area; an outline of Moses. These imprinted releifs you could say, beleived to be put purposely by God himself, have been or are described as “Charaka”. This lead me to realise the importance of knowing our personal bodily Charaka, and to spiritually manage ourselves for God being our creator. It was kind of a revelation to me in that how our body is connected to our Earth and the energy in the universe. So overall, it Lead me to think that we should be taking this all very seriously and certainly taking care and tuning in with our Chakaras.
Your Chakras are real in an etherial manner, yet you can discover they have physiological presence to physical body through meditative practice, or prayer practice, even in deep contemplative devotional practice, or like reading relative to spiritual concepts. Its about discovering something about yourself that is hidden from the view of your daily life choices, that either let you see them as apart of you, or your choices keep them hidden from you. If you are not in harmony with the idea of Love, and Christ minded principals, it’s best you ignore Chakras as mumbo jumbo. As for wealth, He writes lots of books and does seminars, so he earns money and works at that. He does not threaten people with fear, belittle them, segregate people, he helps them find something about themselves they may not have known about.

I am a longtime passionate supporter of Deepak Chopra and I am deeply grateful for the knowledge and wisdom he has shared over the years. However, I am most disappointed to say that this meditation was interrupted not once, but twice with ads. That is a sad reflection on the Chopra brand. It started with the best intention but has come down to ego and money.
