Do Pvp Hidden Artifact Spells Function?

Artifact mods work well in PvP, but their effects may not be effective on players. In-game language refers to PvE enemies, and the wording for unlocking requires the artifact to be used directly. Hidden Artifact appearances can still be acquired, but they cannot be obtained directly due to different rewards. Legion is the only place where these appearances are useful, but it is unlikely that monks will use them in PvP.

In Legion, you need to upgrade your artifact to improve your weapon, as it’s the only one you can wield effectively in current-level content. Artifact weapons take a long time to reach max level and gain all their perks. The game mode fully utilizes your kit, especially spells rarely used in PvE. Choosing the right PvP and PvE talents is a prerequisite for proper performance in PvP. Freeing one grants you a little bit of free Artifact Power.

Each Artifact Weapon has a special hidden appearance, some are drops or require discovery of items, which unlock a unique Hidden Potential. If unlocked, the counter will work when you do dungeons, kills, or world quests. There are 24 appearances associated with each Artifact Weapon, and obtaining each artifact involves long quest chains, PvE and PvP activities, and customization at order halls. Artifacts can be powered up at order halls with artifact power, earned from adventuring, completing quests, beating dungeon bosses, and winning PvP.
