  • Beautiful! Thank You!! When I began this practice I was feeling reluctant and like I had to drag myself to the mat. About 10 minutes in, I almost stopped, saying “that was enough; I want to get on with my day.” But I knew this reasonable sounding voice was trying to rationalize something I felt would be wrong. I stuck through to the end of the article and by the end I knew that my resistance to this yoga gift was because of how much I needed it. Thank you again! All light and all love!

It’s great to see folks like you in our community showing up and creating a safe space for us, as well as great content 🌈 Just one thing I would like to say as an advice, and it’s just that I believe that bc of a couple of words that you wrote on the description of the article (such as s3xual and stuff like that) that yt is asking me to verify my age, which I think it can slightly impact the views of this article. I just wanna see you grow, girl representation is so important! and I love your vibes and the content you create ❤️

  • Hello Niko. I cannot do a cactus arm if my knees are perfectly stacked, but if I let my upper knee slide back a bit, I can do the cactus arm on the other side. Is that normal? Are we supposed to have our knees stacked. It looks like your top knee also slides a bit. Thank you for these Chakra articles. I’m doing a 7 week challenge going through each chakra article each week from root to crown. Love it!
