Bob Chapek announced that Disneyland park will likely open by late April, with the California theme expected to open soon. MagicMobile is a contactless way to access MagicBand features using your smartphone, allowing you to set up, use, and share your pass for park entry, photos, virtual queue, and more. The official app offers Disney Genie+, Play Disney, and other exclusive features.
However, MagicMobile is currently only available at Disney World. MagicBand+ features color-changing customizable light patterns, haptic vibrations, and gesture recognition to provide new experiences in the park. Each guest in a Disney Hotel + Ticket Package booking receives a MagicPass with their name on it, which can be added to the Wallet app and used to enter participating Disney theme parks.
In summary, MagicBand+ and MagicMobile are contactless ways to access Disneyland Resort’s attractions, but they are currently only available at Disney World.

So glad I found you because I did not know how convenient the Apple Watch would be. My question, though is….I have set up the myDisneyExperience app on my phone and then I “shared” his pass with him by texting it to him. So, should he set up the App on his iPhone and then can he just pull in the mobile pass I texted him? Is that even needed? He already pulled it into his AppleWallet. Thank you!!
If i connect my credit card to my magic band but don’t want it charged to the room is that possible. My scenario is that I’m going with my parents we share a room and it’s in my moms name so I want to pay for things with the band but charged to my card not my moms since hers is connected to the room. Hope that makes sense
