Rite Aid has announced that it will be offering walk-in COVID-19 vaccines in all of its stores across the country. The company has stated that while scheduling appointments in advance is recommended to reduce wait time and guarantee vaccine availability, Rite Aid is now also accommodating walk-in vaccines on a limited basis. Starting today, eligible customers can walk in immediately or schedule an appointment at www.riteaid.com/pharmacy/scheduler. Flu and other vaccines are also available in-store and can be scheduled online.
Rite Aid’s upcoming After Work Wednesday event offers families the flexibility of a walk-in clinic, allowing them to conveniently receive routine immunizations. To provide a more personalized digital experience, Rite Aid does share some information with third parties, who may have a secondary use of this information. As an urgent care center, Rite Aid Pharmacy is first and foremost a walk-in clinic. Patients should be able to arrive unannounced during their normal business hours.
Walk-in clinics are welcome, and patients can book online using Solv. They also offer labs and work directly with a Rite Aid clinic coordinator who will help them figure out all the details. Schedule an on-site clinic or request vouchers redeemable at any Rite Aid pharmacy. The walk-in clinics will take place on two Thursdays, Aug. 26 and Sept. 16, from 10 am to 6 pm in CSUDH’s Extended Education building.
