Crit strike multi and global crit strike multi are the same, applying to all spells and attacks unless specified otherwise. Critical chance on weapons only applies to that weapon, and there are several passive skills that grant either 1: x increased critical strike chance or 2: x increased critical strike chance for spells. Global crit chance works with everything you do, attacks, and spells, increasing your chance to crit with it as long as you hit.
Critical strike chance usually refers to weapon-specific nodes or a local mod on a weapon, such as Tora’s crit. An exhaustive list of base critical strike chances for spells and other skills with damage components is provided, but it does not propagate to allies, party members, or minions. It is distinct from local modifiers that make it only apply to that weapon (and hence attacks with that).
A critical strike is a skill or default attack dealing increased damage and possibly inflicting elemental ailments. When a player or monster uses a skill, they have a chance to increase their critical strike chance by 15 -> this is global, the bonus critical chance applies to all (weapon, attack skill, magic spells). Critical strike multipliers do not affect the critical strike multiplier on ailments, including global critical strike modifiers.
Basic Passives affecting Critical Strike for Spells are 2 x Cast Speed and Spell Critical Strike Chance (3 increased Cast Speed, 15 increased Critical Strike Chance). Each spell starts at 5 base crit chance. “Crit Chance” applies to spells, but “spell crit chance” doesn’t apply to melee. All critical strike chances are additive, and there is also global critical strike chances all over as well.
