I found really the secret to be always happy and in the moment. It is to silent your mind, but not slways with meditation. That doesn’t work. You have to have a balance in life. Do just the right ammount. Not too much not too little. Mostly u know and feel it anyway. Sometimes its good to use the mind, but then it needs to go rest. Mind always needs breaks so it can reset. If you use it alot one day give it a break or reset for 2 days or so. Then the mind is fully functional again. If u dont let it rest you get a burnout. Its like using a machine. U also cant let it on all the time. U must know how to use it and give it a break so it doesn’t overheat. And with the body its the same. If u do too little u get lost in thought. This is awesome. I wondered about my psychic ability. I’m a life long skeptic. A few years ago I began something you could call an awakening process, despite myself. Certain profound things started happening. It would be way too much to write out here but unless I experienced some of the most intense coincidences possible in this universe I feel that I truly experienced some degree of clairvoyance. I certainly can’t do it willingly, But to put it simply messages came to me. Really exact and nuanced messages. There were certain things that I simply knew and there was no reason why I should know them. I did not trust these messages I tried to ignore them I tried to talk myself out of them I tried to fight it. But they kept proving to be true and I kept knowing that I knew the whole time. I don’t really know what to make of it. I’m not about to buy a crystal ball and start telling fortunes, but I do feel like I glimpsed some kind of truth. It’s difficult to wrap my head around.
It’s impossible to randomly stop breathing for a day or three or even more than a half hour and randomly begin again lol! That’s hilarious! When I awoke I had all kinds of unexplained stuff happen. I had visions, I heard a bunch of prayers raising up once. I would know stuff before it happened to where I was actually worried I was causing these things to happen. I later decided I was just very receptive. I’m not there now. I stepped down. I felt it was unfair for me to live in bliss till I was done so I stepped down until everyone can step up with me.

I’ve been able to connect with people who’ve died since I can remember. I thought everyone saw spirits of deceased and could communicate with them. I stopped talking about it pretty early on because it was so frowned upon and people looked at me like I had 2 heads. For me, its kind of like answering a phone. Sometimes the message is crystal clear. I get names and how they died, things that were important to them, things that only people who knew them well would know and when I pass the message along, it’s very helpful, comforting and meaningful. Other times it’s very garbled, it doesn’t come through very clear. On a few occasions, I’ve helped people who have died cross over. I accompanied my mom and my dad when they died. There is always a barrier I can’t pass. I had 2 NDE’s and was shown that I agreed to this life and part of the agreement was helping out in this way. I was to help out quietly, in the background, almost invisible.

I used to hear garbled voices in my ear as a teenager and saw forms from other dimensions, especially through windows. I was afraid and told i was crazy and bad and pushed into the direction of mental illness for which I spent 12 years on heavy medication. I have heard my name being called since being off the medication and realising I wasn’t mad at all but made to feel that way by a mother who didn’t believe in any of it and was scared which naturally got transferred on to me. I experienced that as well. In the beginning of my spiritual journey shortly after my awakening I felt attracted to websiteing a lot. It was my ego attracted to the things, trying to make sense out of all of it and finding validation of my experiences somewhere. It helped a lot and guided me to the point when I learned websiteing by myself. At some point I lost interest in websiteing. I stopped websiteing and didn’t feel attracted much to other websiteings. This was a necessary step in my own development, cause this way I could get in tough with my own inner wisdom and experience more who I really are. So it’s true, that you shouldn’t give your power away to some websiteed entity and rather find the wisdom inside of you. But to be fair websiteing can also be a nice permissionslip talking to your own Higherself.
I have experienced this so often. I happens automatically when I m writing, so very often. Or just when i lay in bed at night, relaxed. So much information incoming. Information flows effortlessly, information that I wasnt even aware of “having” but there is a knowing and a remembrance that flows through that, it’s fascinating to observe that. There is a stream that is always there, you have to align with it, and whatever question i m asked or asking myself, there is this flow of wisdom…endless deep wisdom, but as soon as you try to grab it or get ego into the equation, there is an energy of chaos that intermixes and pollutes that state of being. …. but very fascinating process. I first head that “voice” when I was around 12… i m sure i heard it way earlier, but really loudly perceived it within myself when i was around that age. And the wisdom that came from it was nothing that i could have possibly known at that age.

I lost myself in it when I realized my psychic gift, wanting all the answers, ignoring my own wisdom, relying on it to give me guidance to heal absolutely everything I have ever been through and to help me to become enlightened or atleast free of all that was “wrong with me”/ wounds etc… I attracted a negative entity which pretended to be my guide and I believed for several months that I was going through a spiritual awakening. Eventually it’s control got too much and I sought help from another psychic & medium, it was obvious it was not a good intentioned entity. Several months since realizing this and it is still there but can’t control me anymore. It interferes with my thoughts etc. I think the lesson in it was exactly what you have said, Eckhart, not to loose yourself in it and turn away from your own wisdom. So this happened to me : I was very close to my Dad who died in 2004. My 2 children married in 2010 and gave us 3 grandchildren : Brian, Edward, Nora. I did not realize the importance of these names until my daughter gave me a necklace with the first letter of each grandchild: BEN. I then realized that these spelled my Dad’s name. This was not planned – everyone was shocked.
I think musicians frequently website spirits, often without knowing. Happens in songwriting sometimes. I’m not talking about humming some wordless melodies while working on a new composition, which is standard, more or less. I’m talking about having a complete message come through – hard to explain the difference. I just posted a song where that happened to me in dramatic fashion: “Rosetta West – Anymore.” I was just strumming a single chord repeatedly in the dark and an entire message seemed to come through. It is one. But what is that one? And what games does it play with us? We’ve been told we’re here to learn, but who or what is really learning, experiencing, if on the other side (in the spirit/soul realm) we know everything anyway? Channeling is true and I have seen enough proof of that to support my conclusion. What brings validation to the message is the purity of the instrument that receive the message. That giving your power away to an intermediary totally happened to me. I frequently sought help at a clairvoyant person and got entagled in it. His insight was wise and true, but to a large extent useless, because I had given my power away (and some personal dynamics on his side also made it not very healthy). When you give up your own poer you lose much of your ability to act and create, no matter how good the advice from that authority might be. It is definitely dangerous. So I am new to websiteing and I won’t be using it again. It was an interesting experience but quite frankly, I don’t need it. I find the journey of self is quite beautiful. The thing that put me off is that the reiki master who I went to was calling other people who were supposedly frauds “c-*nts” and seemed to have an aggressive approach to anyone who upset her or those closest to her. I believe in the consciousness of love and compassion, so I find it very difficult to judge or not love people full stop. I’m not a doormat, I just know everyone is on a journey. Prior to this experience, I was dating someone who was very much into the empath / medium world and she was on drugs, lethargic, unhappy, no exercise, eating terribly and generally operating from low vibrations. Her decisions lay firmly with her best friend who suggested she was a medium. And that reinforced my wish to continue with the journey of self.
At the beginning when I met her, she had 20 years and was so skinny, her teeth came out, and behave like a man. We became close friends. After some time she came to live to my house. We were happy. It can be seen at the pictures. I saw a potential in her, and with me she transformed for good. Maria came 6 months after that. Cause trouble in my house even when I feed her and gave her a roof over her head. That ungrateful they are. My woman became so beautiful and I became so sick. I woke up in the middle of night screaming. I now what pain is. I now what it feels to lay down all night long (all night, haha) with insomnia, that’s for years. What I’m going to share next does not deny our inherent spiritual nature and everything that is unseen, but warns not to mix the mental and spiritual realms for it can be dangerous. “People think if they are intuitive and have psychic experiences that this is spiritual in nature, but that is not true. For those who have absolutely no spiritual awareness or foundation can learn to exercise great skill in the mental environment. They can read and interpret the thoughts of others, and they can cast an influence on the environment so that others over time will come to think the way they want them to think. There are many people in the world today who feel they have had spiritual contact when in fact they are in contact with those in the Greater Community. It is not difficult for the world’s visitors to utilize the spiritual superstitions and imagery that are present today to make contact and to gain influence. In fact, in the world today there is great effort amongst your visitors to gain access to those who are spiritually sensitive, who are mentally sensitive and to cast an influence upon them. Here the emphasis is to align these individuals with the source of the message, to pacify them and to put them in a state of pliant receptivity. This has tragic consequences, for the persons who are affected over time will lose their personal will. They will lose their self-determination. They will lose their ability to discriminate and to discern. They will be encouraged to be constantly open to whatever is given to them, and over time they will not be able to discern whether what is being given to them is correct or not.
But now I see and understand things I couldn’t imagine. I think pain opened my mind for entities to come inside. This article helps me a lot. I have said goodbye to many of then. It’s like the movie “Split”, and a boy with 23 personalities. And like Jesus said, “Does the fountain send from the same outlet sweet and bitter water?” A palace cannot be the same home for demons and angels. Pain forced me to look for meditation and searching. But in these 3 months some different reactions, emotions, expressions have come out of me, sometimes saying I’m Live and death and using, understanding and perusal the Ying Yang Simbol everywhere.
I do not believe it’s a realm into which we should venture. I’ve been highly attuned to people my whole life (Empath) and sincerely believe we’re all susceptible to manipulation by people and entities that we’ve absolutely no idea from which they’ve come or to where they go. We are surrounded at all times by the Spirit world, and it’s become increasingly difficult for the authorities to deny the presence of “others” in and around the planet Extra Terrestrial, Inter/Intra Dimensional etc… .That said Humans are Spiritual creations and should only seek communion with the source of all, G-d. There are truly connected and gifted people among us, Eckhart certainly qualifies, unfortunately too many are simply self-servers and exploiters, of the gullible and vulnerable, (great many Clergy). Humans need no help in reaching the higher realm, though it can speed the experience, it also may leave the person at risk of exploitation. Prayer and meditation can, does and will lead the practitioner to higher levels of confidence, peace and understanding. Which at the end of the day or life is all that truly matters.
most people have been affected by spirits at some point in their lives or for a big part/most of their lives, but are not aware of it, because their sixth sense is limited. entities attach way easier than we think, especially dark ones. and it can seem completely normal, because they’re not acting out in dramatic ways, they’re just adding traits to our personality/mind that we think come from us. our ignorance about this comes from the fact that we as society believe everything is either physical or psychological and completely ignore the third and most influential dimension, the spiritual one. our ancestors knew about these things, but we lost the knowledge in time.
I hear a lot of entities. I would never recommend being a website to anyone or listening to a website. My discernment has grown over the past two decades and I would say most of it has been rubbish and manipulation by lower beings with their own agenda which I have overcome. I have heard some useful stuff but very rarely. This experience of hearing other realms for me has been a negative experience and made me aware of so much I won’t speak of here but the positive is that my divine presence has been activated through the horrendous onslaught of information. Now all my wisdom rises from the silence within not the entities that try to interfere. And it is exceptional wisdom that has saved my life and helps others. Eckhart is correct. My question to Eckhart would be why are these entities prowling around humans and affecting their thoughts because it is happening to everyone whether they consciously hear them or not? I have my own understandings but would love to hear his perspective.
I have a question which I am still awaiting clarity, this wisdom reminds me of it. We connect directly to consciousness, but why then do we have guiding masters and gurus, such as Jesus and Sikh Gurus. I know the answer is on periphery of my understanding but I haven’t accessed it fully. I wish I could ask Eckhart Tolle I know he’d answer. I ask consciousness directly, but haven’t heard/ understood answer fully yet.

Not sure about “dead” people however I pick up on others energies and then project it back out at them in another aspect, that could be considered as “channeling” however I don’t see it as a “demons” or hearing “voices” or being “possessed” however it can “feel” as if I am at times but I am aware of what is happening and can alter or choose what kind of reaction I want to have to it most of the time. I don’t see any of this as being outside of me however a “mirrors” or different aspects of me.
It’s true that the course of miracles isn’t suitable for everyone as it revolves around Christianity? God is referred to He etc. But a good friend of mine suggested I read it and just change the words that didn’t suit me, reject what didn’t work for me, and take in what did. So I did that with an open mind and then I actually enjoyed reading the daily messages and found them as a useful guide during the day.

On the spirtual journey wouldn’t we all be able to communicate with spirits since we are one consciousness? I never had these “insightful gifts” until after my spirtual awakening. I figured, as you release the mind, higher consciousness comes through and with that comes others that have passed over, no ego, higher consciousness. I don’t think I’m gifted, I just presume it comes when you release the mind. So also presume, it comes for everyone that releases the mind.

I’ve only found two websiteer that like amounts the thousands that are websiteing: Abraham-hicks, which is stuff we all know if we are familiar with law of attraction, however the websiteed messages are such inspiring reminders of what we already know to be true. And second is Daniel Scranton. He brings fourth an extremely high vibrational teachings from the Arcturians. His websiteings have been life changing for me.

Glaring problem: A Course In Miracles makes many people psychologically unstable. It’s not recommended by any of the therapists.I worked with (hospital mental health). I also find his dismissiveness about spirits surprising. He’s ignoring our 200,000 years of shamanism, which is all about working with spirit entities. Yes, all spirits are projections of Source. State to see if I wanted to Retire there but the Man I was with became a total diff. Guy. He was picking fights and Disappeared for days. I knew he was seeing somebody else. So Alone, PayingnAll the Bills and Responsible for the Rent I finally Confronted Himsnd he just fed me a pack of More Lies..One.night I had a Dream that my diseased Mother and Brother led me into a dream of moving back to my rented out Condo. I had this Overwhelming Peace that I could leave and it would be okay and than 2 days later, early morning, b4 I woke up I heard an Audible Voice in my left ear.that sounded like a Man and said “There is Nothing to Fear” I woke up and realized I no longer wanted nor liked being there with only His Family around so I Paid the Final Rent, sent a letter to Mngmnt and Drove Home to my Condo in Mich .I Know that I Know it Was the Holy Spirit and God Himself telling me it was okay and time to leave the Guy behind snd and Life has been Blessed Ever Since..Trust your Spirit and Daddy bc They’ll never Lie nor Forsake You and Life now is Beautiful.. Need help and would love to know that when I lock eyes with a human what I feel comes thru and to me it is that person soul. I speak many different old languages. These are attachments to the soul coming out. After I do this full websiteing of ones soul. Sometimes people come through that may also be attached. I wonder if someone has some insight please,I’ve meditated for over 30 years,seen,heard spirits particularly Australian Aboriginal ones partly because it’s part of my lineage,since I was a child..Also have a connection to Elves or land spirits.A couple of times lately while meditating a sudden burst of beast like energy come flowing up and out for a second or two,growing and barking,before my mind gained control .I didn’t let it flow out continually.Has anyone any idea what this may be?
Lets deal with facts not superstition. 1) Humans are able to see 4% of the visible universe. The rest is composed of dark/matter /dark energy. 2) All human beings have a genetic coding independent of dark matter/dark energy. The two premises follow a sound, discernible conclusion indicating the Supernatural Realm is that which exists in the 96% of the world we cannot see. The coding of supernatural beings exist in a frequency which is based on a sequence and density pertaining to the dilution within that frame of existence. Thus, supernatural beings can come into our world but we cannot go into theirs.
After long perusal and experiencing these entirely life experiences, I realized something that we are all just part of Artificial Intelligent who are exist in this earth for learning and collecting experiences in this 3d world. Eckhart I have been perusal Lee Carroll for many years and his website Kryon, feels very real to me. Have you ever seen him? Its very benevolent and free on his website on YouTube. No commercials. And Kryon teaches that the wisdom is totally within he just offers some help in certain areas such as affirmations, and talking to ones inner self to help heal based upon the idea that earth is now exposed to new energies that permit humans greater control over the inert that controls cellular growth. It is truly amazing and helpful and what he knows about Jesus etc. is incredible..
This kind of stuff complicates awakening. A lot of people hear stuff like this and think awakening is related to this, part of a path to this. This stuff could be real. But, it’s not awakening. It gets into the religious/faith realm. Awakening always seems to become overburdened this way. There’s websites that endlessly parse what awakening is/isn’t. Or, ancient languages about buddhism, and what words mean. I think that stuff stands in the way of people experiencing their self without thought. It turns into more than that and people focus on that instead.
If you don’t want a religion Eckhart does not do any religion in his teaching. As I have a good experience of Eckhart and Helen and Mooji, any further teachers are not that much needed to get a healthy mental outlook. This is my opinion only. All available to listen to for mainly free articles. All three here agree that a DEVELOPED EGO can be a lock or a block to progress.
The highest vibing entities in the universe don’t care about what you call them. And have no interest in making sure you know what race, title, etc they are or have. They care only whether or not you are suitable for getting the message out. On top of that; they encourage you to look within yourself, and into your infinite depth, which goes beyond them. They point at the source of power being your conscious self, (as Eckhart said) not them as intermediaries. God can be communed with directly, and any entity that is quick to inform you of their title or seeks to keep you dependent on them is not vibing high at all.
In 2008 I met a woman who did Reiki she named my grandmother who died in France and she could not have imagined that perticular name. Recently she named my Dad and deceased brother again she didn’t know who they were and very French names as well. I will only believe someone who has that capacity and the others are just fakes. By the way the lady is Scottish!

This man says very attractive things, obviously enjoyes tremendously the art of speaking in public, or speaking for an audience, but I cannot ignore his husky / rusty voice and his stuttering or somehow clumpsy way of speaking…. I am just pointing at an aapect that many may say, it’s not significative or important. In my case, I listen to his words but that aspect greatly interferes and difficult my attention. He says him self here, that we should not depend on another conscience but our own to know truth or to reach wisdom… I don’t know…there is something very annoying about him although I am indeed interested in what he has to say. Same happens to me when I listen to other individuals, like Dolores Canon, Rupert Spira or Sam Harris…

If there were such a thing as universal consciousness, I would know about it. Do you have any proof for this theory? Maybe you know more than I do.
