For Legendary Status, How Many Mystic Coints Are Required?

The crafting of legendary weapons and backpacks in Guild Wars 2 requires approximately 231 Mystic Coins, while second-generation weapons and legendary trinkets require around 481. The amount depends on the legendary you’re crafting and other in-game activities. Some legendaries require 250 coins+77 clovers, which means you’ll need about 400 coins. To obtain more Mystic Coins, players must log in every 28 days, receive 20 from the first day of every week, and create the Mystic Tribute for Conflux (and other trinkets) in addition to the 77 Mystic Clovers.

For one Gift of Fortune or Mystic Tribute, you will need 11,550, 154, 154, and 154 for the required Mystic Clovers, if clovers are exclusively purchased from the fractal. Gen 3 legendaries require half as many clovers, where you’ll need at least 150 coins. The Mystic Clovers needed for a set of legendary armor require approximately 273 Mystic Coins to craft.

In total, players can earn 20 Mystic Coins every 28 days by just logging in. Daily Mystic Forger is sometimes available, but there is no way to farm or acquire them in another way. It is acceptable if 250 are needed for a 1st Generation Legendary, which takes about a year. Second-gen legendary weapons require 77 Mystic Clovers and an entire stack of 250 MC on top of that.
