  • Hi John London Calling Can’t Help Myself, I have loved you and your music a lifetime. U followed Elvis and the 50s rock n rollers by stepping in to Centrefield with Creedence and taking up the rock n Roll mantle. You remain one of the joys of my life. Rocking All Over The World, I consider myself a Fortunate Son to have seen you in concert on 7 tours, including The Celebration Tour at the 02, May 2023. Without A Shadow Of A Doubt, u rock John, and don’t the world know it. I have missed this article, so happy to see it again. The Old Man Down The Road sitting in that rocking chair, Mr Greed, he never could dance anyway. The Pendulum finally swung Up Around The Bend, to JCF. Traveling on that Mystic Highway with youJohn, way to go. Shout out to a Julie, Shane, Tyler, Kelsey and the Fogerty family. 🎼🎹🎶🎵🎸

  • OMG, is this real!? Is the great John back!!?? There has never been and will never be anyone like the great John Fogerty. Thanks from the deeps of our hearts for such a legacy. That musical legacy has been listened to and will continue to be listened to throughout the generations. That’s MUSIC, true music.

  • Hey, JOHN. Just you know, I learned bass, guitar, and drums while growing up on your music since 1968. Your music is still my when I need to hear good rock n roll. You are undoubtedly the best. I just watched Mystic Highway for the ?????? time. I have an affinity for old Dodge trucks also. I’ve been to several of your concerts. You, Sir, are the most influential musician in my lifetime. Thank you for all you’ve done for me. ROCK ON!!!!!

  • My new absolutely favorite music article, bar none. John, my brother was a Creedence fan when we were kids. I was more about Elvis, but we both loved one another’s music even though we would get into the “who is better” fueds. Kelly (my brother) died in an auto accident when we were young adults. Through the years, I followed your journey of brothers separated by choices fed by the record label where nobody wins. When Old Man Down The Road was released, it was like enjoying a space with Kelly once again. Thank you for that. I was hoping the same for you & was sad that didn’t happen. A song so familiar, yet brand new, after all of those tough years. Centerfield, along with the court affirmation of your artistic properties righted a wrong which should never have happened. Today’s article release is so apropos, sharing with us the place you find yourself today, thinking enough of us, those on the outside looking in, hope fulfilled through perseverance and integrity. Cheering you from here, you and your family. Thank you for staying true

  • Lately I begin to wonder How’s it all gonna end After all the flash and thunder Then it’s gone with the wind All the stars in the heavens They been there to light my way Without knowin’ where I’m going Probably get there anyway Mystic highway that I’m on Ooh ooh take me home Mystic highway that I ramble Ooh ooh take me home This old road has been my lifeline My companion and my friend Like a rope around the universe Ain’t no beginning, ain’t no end Out across the constellations There’s a place behind the sun Everything is connected Everything and everyone Mystic highway that I’m on Ooh ooh, take me home Mystic highway that I ramble Ooh ooh take me home Down by the river on Saturday night Everybody waitin’ for a good time Smooth city slickers and loaded dice Take your money in a pig’s eye Rain gonna fall, sun gonna shine Ain’t no worry in my mind Big wheel rollin’ cross the sky Ain’t no worry in my mind All the stars that I’m under Know the way I feel tonight All the miles I’ve been travellin’ Headin’ back to the light Mystic highway that I’m on Ooh ooh, take me home Mystic highway that I ramble Ooh ooh take me home Ooh ooh take me home Yeah

  • This Mistic Highway is beautiful, the beginning of the clip is beautiful with John loading his amplifiers onto a beat-up DODGE van and leaving to go play, being carried along by this mystical highway which is perhaps a paradigm. Those like me who have played like John since the 60s understand the fatigue and loneliness of that life, feelings and emotions that disappear as soon as you’re on stage. He is always out and about, with few breaks with real friends, always attentive to the various “Pigs” ready to exploit you. The image of freedom riding his motorbike is also beautiful! He practically narrated the salient points of his life with images and words. This is my favorite Artist, kind and good man with a lovely family, He manages to be loved all over the world!

  • I remember buying “Wrote a Song For Everyone” a few years back on CD just because I liked the Foo Fighters collab on Fortunate Son. When this song came on, I was blown away. I love being surprised by artists like that. Just goes to show you can’t stick to the greatest hits, gotta dive into the albums of these legendary songwriters.

  • Elvis, The Beatles and CCR are my favorites (CCR is John Fogerty with backup musicians). I have been listening to CCR radio, and came across a little gem called Porterville. And now this amazing song. Mystic highway is a road we’re all going to go down. With this song you make it feel like a road trip.

  • Bendiciones desde Lima Peru,John Fogerty uno de los artistas más honestos musicalmente hablando cada álbum es un camino de vivencia expresando sonidos únicos temas como rock and roll over the world, centerfield, eye the zombie, my too too y más éxitos ahora este tema nos traslada a una jornada de vivir en paz musicalmente Gracias John por siempre …….

  • That was great ! I love the 2nd part best! With family and friends😊those girls singing the bridge was sweet. That part of the article is the best…when you re all together playing and singing. This article is golden. Don’t get me wrong, the entire article and song are good. Seems like a re:imagining and a re arrangement. Great command decision. Correct me if I’m wrong

  • I see you’s having a bunch of tour dates coming up with another outstanding rocker named George Thorogood! but I don’t see any dates set for canada, you all don’t like touring canada? We love your music too! I’ve been listening to both of you’s since day one when you’s two came out a rocking! Have pity on us too!
