To fix the MSI Mystic Light issue, follow these steps:
- Update device drivers by using the Windows + X shortcut combination to launch the Quick Links menu and choose the Device Manager option. Look for a warning sign next to the device category in the Device Manager window and expand it.
- Update Dragon Center by minimizing third-party app interference.
- Reset RGB lighting settings by clicking “Utility” → “Mystic Light” and selecting the keyboard.
- Adjust the lighting effects in the section below using default templates and further adjust colors, speed, etc.
- Check your hardware connection by reinstalling Mystic Light completely, updating device drivers, and disabling anti-cheats. If the first step doesn’t work, restart your system and restart Mystic Light software.
- Try deleting the Mystic Light folder in the MSI Center folder in Program Files and reinstalling.
To enable DRAM control in Mystic Light, you need to install the latest iCUE release, latest MSI Center release, and latest Mystic Light feature set. If the button isn’t working, connect RGB devices directly to the motherboard and control lighting with Mystic Light.

Yeah I download the app and mystic light never shows up. Followed all the directions. No support from msi. No internet results. I really hate msi and it doesnt need to be this confusing. I will never buy another msi product. All I want is to control my rgb and they have it locked down with proprietary software bullshit
