To start a Fire Magic grill, follow the instructions provided and turn on the gas according to your specific grill. Place the meat on the grate above the infrared burner, which will heat up quickly in just one to two minutes. Then, place the grill on the base of the grill or remove any cover from the burner(s) to be lit. Turn all gas control knobs to their OFF position and turn on the gas at its source.
