Fire Magic grills are a popular choice for outdoor cooking, with built-in options like the E660i, E790i, and E1060i. The Echelon Diamond Series Manuals provide detailed installation instructions and owner’s manuals for each grill type. The E660i features a push-to-light ignition system, which requires 110V electricity to light. To activate the hot surface, simply push in the control knob, turn up the gas, and light the grill.
The Aurora A790i is a built-in outdoor gas grill that can be found on the FireMagic website. To shut off the unit, depress each valve control knob and turn it clockwise to the OFF position. Clean all surfaces with Fire Magic® foaming grill cleaner. For stainless steel restoration and finish maintenance, refer to the instructions enclosed with Fire Magic products.
The Hot Surface Ignition System is the most advanced and reliable lighting system available. Simply push in the control knob to activate the hot surface, turn up the gas, and light the grill. If the burner doesn’t light within five seconds of turning the control knob, depress the knob and turn the valve to OFF.
For a good burn, open the propane valve, light a match, open one burner to ignite or high, and drop the match in as soon as you open the burner. The Fire Magic® infrared searing burner (optional) cooks with powerful radiant heat. Follow the lighting instructions in the manual for proper operation.
