The “The Silence Has Been Broken” quest item, the jeweled amulet, is a valuable piece of jewelry given to the Dragonborn by Amaund Motierre during the Dark Brotherhood. It can be obtained as a reward for Kyne’s Sacred Trials or by killing or pickpocketing him. The amulet is identical to an enchanted version of an amulet.
Nordic Jewelry is a Creation that adds a new type of fine jewelry, including Nordic circlets, amulets, and rings, which can be crafted after completing related quests. In Skyrim, gold, silver, moonstone, and various gems found during travels can be easily crafted into jewelry at any standard forge. The jeweled amulet is a quest item received from Amaund Motierre during the quest, but it cannot be kept without using console commands.
To keep the necklace, you must not finish the Darkness Returns quest, which prevents you from completing the Thieves Guild quest line. This mod makes the Jeweled Amulet enchantable and adds it to Emperor Titus Mede II’s chest. The Jeweled Amulet from the Dark Brotherhood questline that you have to give to Delvin Malory is now obtainable and enchantable.
In summary, the “The Silence Has Been Broken” quest item, the “Amulet of the Elder Council”, and other unique jewelry items in Skyrim can be obtained through crafting at forges using the Smithing skill. However, the necklace cannot be kept without using console commands.

Here’s something that might help, because I’m surprised no else, not even this vid, is mentioning this. Pickpocketing the crown to and from hadvar/ralof doesn’t have to be a process of reloading a save every time the pickpocket fails. Both times I pickpocketed from hadvar I used an elixir of pickpocketing (keep in mind my pickpocketing was not even leveled up in any way). Maybe it was just my luck but both times the pickpockets were successful, no reloading saves were required. Elixir of pickpocketing is the way to go.
Just to Be perfectly clear, 1 you need to do the jagged crown quest with the side you have escaped from helgen, or the other side npc will be disabled (you can re enable with console commands tho) 2 pickpocketing “ragdoll” will work 100% of the time (in this case after the paralize worn off) 3 Only reverse pickpocketing hadvar or ralof will work during this quest, if you go to unsied ralof or hadvar and try it, will not work. 4 Hadvar and ralof will be disable if you “hand over” the crown to the other side, will be impossible to get it back. you can reenable with console comands tho. 5 works in the aniversary edition latest patch
For people who are confused… Reverse-Pickpocket Ralof or Hadvar leave the crown on their person and go and talk to Ulfric Or Tullius. Go to Riverwood’s Tavern where Ralof or Hadvar is staying and Pickpocket the crown from them… You will receive the crown and be able to do whatever you wish with it.
