The heel mask is also a great way to achieve soft heels without having to do a full foot treatment. It helps transform rough, calloused heels by exfoliating away the rough outer layer, using powerful ingredients like Glycolic Acid, Salicylic Acid, and natural ingredients. The booties are placed around each foot and secured with attached tape. The liquid is then poured into each shoe and waits approximately 1-1.5 hours for the liquid to absorb.
To use the product, place dry feet into the peeling shoes and tie at the ankles. After 1~2 hours, take off the shoes and wash off the peeling solution. To apply the product, place it on clean and dry feet and cut along the opening to create an opening for the wet treatment patches. Apply the dry cover over the treatment patch and secure it into place with the attached tape.
In summary, Tony Moly’s Changing U Magic Foot Peeling Shoes are a great way to achieve soft, supple feet and heels without the need for a full foot treatment.

Do foot peels really work?
Foot peeling masks, which contain salicylic acid, are not as effective as they appear and can cause distress. They can remove more than just the hard layer of skin, causing dryness and natural foot sweating, which can lead to cracks, splits, and soreness. Many people have commented on TikTok about using foot peeling masks and have never used them again. The podiatry duo advises against removing the cuticle during a manicure or pedicure, as it is a thin, hard piece of skin at the base of the fingernail or toenail.
Do you wash off foot scrub?
Following the completion of the one-hour foot peel treatment, the plastic booties should be removed and the feet rinsed thoroughly. It is advisable to refrain from applying lotion following the peeling process. Should the feet become dry, it is recommended to use an oil-free moisturizer. It is contraindicated to sit for an extended period following the application of Baby Foot®. Prolonged sitting may result in discomfort and increased sensitivity in the treated area. It is imperative that lotion be avoided following the completion of the treatment.
How do I know if my foot peel is working?
Following the completion of a foot peel treatment, the peeling process typically commences within five to seven days and may continue for a period of approximately two weeks. Immersion in warm water can facilitate the process, with the full peeling of the feet occurring within a period of seven to ten days. The Baby Foot® product is most commonly used by individuals with dry, rough skin on the soles of their feet or old, dead skin cells on their heels and toes.
Can I leave a foot peel on overnight?
To ensure a successful foot peel treatment, follow the Baby Foot instructions and leave the peel on for one hour. Avoid cutting the treatment short or leaving the gel-filled booties on for more than an hour, as this can cause redness, burning, or irritation. After the hour, remove the booties and rinse your feet thoroughly. Apply lotion after the peeling process, and use an oil-free moisturizer sparingly if dryness is causing issues. After the peel, soak your feet daily for at least seven days, using a warm foot bath for 15 minutes a day. This habit promotes peeling and helps wash away debris, as feet were meant to be soaked.
Why is my peeling foot mask not working?
To effectively use a foot peel, follow these steps:
- Soak your feet in lukewarm water for 10-20 minutes.
- Apply the foot peel mask, ensuring it is secure in place with tabs on the socks or booties.
- Wait for the mask to work its magic, typically around an hour. To seal in the treatment, pull a pair of fuzzy socks over the mask. This step is crucial to ensure the treatment is effective and helps you feel more comfortable and refreshed after using the foot peel.
Should I wear socks after a foot peel?
To achieve optimal results after a foot peel, wear clean, snug socks for the first two weeks to prevent interference with the peeling process and prevent dead skin cells from accumulating on surfaces. Regular soaking in warm water daily can also improve results, while gently rubbing feet during a shower or bath can promote safe, healthy peeling. It’s essential to rinse your feet thoroughly immediately after the peel and maintain a clean environment for optimal results.
Can I use a foot peel twice?
The foot peels can be utilized on multiple occasions, provided that a new treatment is obtained. It is important to note that each treatment can only be used once, and a minimum of two weeks should elapse between each application. To maintain the desired soft and smooth feet, Baby Foot peels should be used every three to four months.
How to use peeling shoes?
Peel booties are sealed to prevent leakage of ingredients. To secure them, cut them open one at a time and place them on your foot before opening the next. Slip the booties over your feet, using adhesive tabs to secure them closed. If the tabs aren’t strong enough, consider securing them to your skin instead of the plastic material, as your skin’s texture makes it easier for the adhesive to stick. This will prevent peel liquid from seeping out during the bootie-securing process.

📹 Tony Moly Changing Magic Foot Mask Demo+Review- Does It Really Work? 🤔
This video is a review on the Tony Moly Magic Foot Mask to see if its worth the hype or not. This foot mask is very inexpensive and …
Hi darlin, I actually watched another review before I came to your website, I’m not sure if she called the manufacturer but in her article she said you’re not supposed to use lotion at all during the time you are waiting for the skin to peel. Now I didn’t see that on the package but it makes sense, dead skin cells absorb moisturizers not allowing the healthy skin underneath to get the benefit which is why exfoliating is so important on your face & feet. This product is basically a slow more potent exfoliant, I think it would hurt a little if all the dead skin let go right away. Anyway she resisted using lotion & her feet literally looked zombie-esk at the 3 day mark & full blown skin glove & done within 8 days. Thank you for your review. I’m sitting with them on my feet now & she didn’t explain that you need to cut open the top of the boot & you said they were sealed so I could stop worrying I bought a factory defect. Since they seem to have trouble with really thick areas I’m trying to keep pressure on the thick areas I’ve gained from my years of playing soccer. If that works I’ll let you know.
I just used it last week left the tonymoly magic u shoes on for 3 hours (1.5 hours more than recommended because I have a lot of calluses) after I had soaked my feet for 30 minutes and after 6 days I’m peeling a lot, I soaked my feet everyday for at least 30 minutes, I started peeling on day 4, On day 6 which is today I found out if you soak for an hour it peels a lot and the part of my foot near my heel are peeling a lot on both my feet
Hi Sabrina this was a great article. I saw some foot peels at Ulta. Actually I was in the that brands section. My sister saw a foot peel but not sure if it was that brand. But they were pricey. But that was amazing and scary that it took your polish off. Don’t be embarrassed of your feet. I wear flip flops, slides, sandals all year long in my state it’s warm even in winter. Unless we get rain. I’m not sure if I can do the peel. I will ask my doctor because I have neuropathy in my feet and take medication. If he says yes I’m gonna try it. Knowing him since he is so old he will be like I don’t really know what that is. He needs to retire. But there is a specialist shortage in our area. So gotta stick to the doctor who is well past 80 years old and looks and sounds like it. Lol. Patricia.
I was really looking forward to hearing and seeing what your results were with this product, but the way this article is edited, when you start talking about the final results the article gets interrupted and switches (at time stamp 6:56) to a shot of you showing the packaging and talking about repurchasing it again. So I didn’t get to hear much about the final results! Frustrating!
