You will find yourself working very hard for someone’s bonus program that is not yours. It is not unusual for a store manager to be jealous of the pharmacist and will stab the pharmacist in the back every chance he/she gets. You are constantly playing Beat The Clock and being judged by a computer for metric that are over the top and only obtainable if you push yourself to the point of harming your physical and mental health.
