Methods For Readjusting The Sacral Chakra?

The sacral chakra is a vital aspect of the human body, representing the male and female valences. It is associated with joy, happiness, and the creation of joy. To realign the sacral chakra, one can practice various techniques such as meditation, yoga poses, and chanting.

Swadhisthana, which is associated with the sacral chakra, is a holistic approach that involves movement, flow, care, pleasure, sexuality, relationships, and procreation. By following the prana up to the sacral chakra, visualize it spinning, blooming, and warming. This pattern of visualizing and breathing can be continued until reaching the crown chakra.

To realign the sacral chakra, one can use energy experts, such as aromatherapy, sound, crystal, and movement therapy. Physical movement, particularly targeting the sacral chakra region through exercises like hip circles, can be beneficial. Yoga asanas can also help with chakra balancing in the “dwelling place”.

To balance the sacral chakra, one should practice asana postures that target the sacral area, connect with water, and consume foods that center the sacral chakra. Connecting with water, such as a lake or river, can promote balance. Taking good care of oneself, being understanding with oneself, being near water, drinking plenty of liquids, and focusing on meditation are also essential for restoring balance in the chakra system.

In conclusion, understanding how the sacral chakra affects the body is crucial for realigning it and promoting creativity, pleasure, and confidence.

The root chakra is a fundamental energy center that is shaped by various events, including financial traumas, loss of home or land, and relocations. These traumas can lead to the belief that the world is dangerous and that we are victims of it. This can result in feelings of anxiety, a desire for a predictable life, and a lack of acceptance of life’s experiences.

However, all traumas are a root chakra phenomenon, and the unbalanced root chakra often harbors unrealistic hope that it will never undergo sudden and unpredictable changes. This accumulation of traumatic incidents can lead to a “no” to life, preventing us from fully embracing life’s experiences. This can sometimes lead to escapism and fantasy.

  • That fear of my own power and rebirth was so spot on. I’ve been deciding what life I want and spirit has been calling me to just take that action, and once I finally decided to I realized I feel so far from my new life and like if I let go of this life to find a new there will be that weird gap between the two. Also just paralyzation in aligned action. I would love to see a article oj healing the divine masculine cause I feel like my divine feminine is sometimes so safe and potent it doesnt want to move, and when I do try to cultivate the masculine it comes of as angry, tiring, anxious, paralyzed, nervous, stressed or agressive

  • Thank you so much for this article. It was very informative. It is amazing how much trauma is within our body that needs to be released. I am so grateful that I am living in a generation where we are discussing these very important issues that can help us to become the best versions of ourselves. Healing is so important. Thank you for your platform, I am a fan. ❤️

  • When I had my daughter a year ago, I delivered her through C-Section and ever since then I never felt in tune with my sacral chakra since. Literally I struggle so much with my sense of sexuality and literally it’s driving me crazy. I feel so lost with my body and I don’t even feel comfortable in my own skin and it’s so difficult.

  • Thank you for this article and some context. I have been having lower back pain for years (I’m 28), and I recently recognized how tight my hips are and the lack of mobility I have. I’m the kind of person that will compare… traumas. Not a good trait I know. But a lot of conversation I have learned around the sacral chakra can come from women (specifically black women) who have a more intense traumatic experience and the hips hold onto that. When you spoke about the mother wound. I immediately sunk. My beautiful mother has so much she carried before becoming a mother, and still carries so much. Al of it falling into this intense trauma category. And as you spoke on how this could manifest in us who have this mother wound it started to make a little more sense. Still made me sink cause this is a lot of work hahaha but even in exploring sensuality, sexuality- my exploration of that was stopped and not supported due to my mama and her context and environment she was raised in. Anyways, all of these processing words to say thank you for this and I’m actively making an oath stepping into this new energetic year to focus on my sacral chakra everyday.

  • Wow. I’m so happy our energies aligned for me to find you, this article, and your page. You helped explain this to me in a way that I already knew, but it sunk in for me completely while perusal this. In the realizations while perusal this article my body instantly began purging. Thank you for being a light in this season of darkness for all those that are simply trying to heal. I’m grateful for you! ❤️❤️

  • Thank you so much for this knowledge.ive been searching for info and I don’t know what I’m needing to learn about until I come across articles like urs and I really resonate with the way u speak and sound. I loved everything about the way u taught this information.some people try but don’t get this much info across at least not for me. I’m so happy I found u today and I’ve subscribed and will be following u in the future and going back thru the past posts u have done. ❤❤❤

  • Guided sacral chakra meditation please. My horse rested back and fell across my body when I was 15 years old, and totally separated my sacroiliac on both sides. I never had children as I couldn’t carry them longer than 14 weeks money has been a problem for a very long time and now I’m wondering if it has to do with that chakra. I am much older now being a baby boomer and although I can manifest many things and do it well the money flows are definitely not where they should be. I also had decided that I’m old enough now that I’m not interested in ever having a relationship again in my lifetime. I now realize that shutting down that area or chakra but I feel for my own safety and sanity that I don’t want or need a man in my life again. As I have already stated any meditation for the sacral chakra would be much appreciated.

  • Thank you for this article. It brought more awareness to me to try to connect to my mother in spirit. She passed when I was 19 and there was so much she went through that I cannot even imagine but from what I did know I have began to break the generational patterns that were passed on to me. This was so helpful!! 🫶🏼✨🫶🏼✨

  • Hi beautiful! Shika, this message really resonates with me because I am at a new place or rebirth. I’ve, for about 2 weeks now, been guided to research the sacral chakra so it’s not a coincidence that I just recently found you a couple of days ago and subscribed to your website. I would like to make an appointment with you. Please, inform me again on how to schedule. Thank you for your beautiful work.😊
