  • It’s not working for me. It looks like it’s working and instead of not having to click anything after you change the name you do on my computer because it renames on a popup box you have to click rename for it to do it but it doesn’t actually rename it. It goes back to what it originally had. I don’t know what to do. >.<

  • Friends I had problems changing the name of my Magic Mouse 1 in Catalina OS, it has a BUG in that OS version, I had to go to my MacMini that has HighSierra and from there rename my Mouse, then when I re-link it to device with Catalina OS takes the name that I defined in HighSierra, Greetings I hope it serves you.

  • My mouse works fine, wt both left & right click. Unfortunately I am unable to rename anything that uses bluetooth using the right click function. I could at one time, but cannot anymore. I know that if I go to the Apple forum they will say reset my mac as new. They’ve told me this several times, and through searching the web, I have always found a solution. Honestly there all snobs over there, who never give useful information. Does anyone have a possible fix.
