Hi Michelle, thanks for the article, it’s very informative. I just had a question. is partner offer based on prior purchases? I only have my plenti account for a few months but I didn’t receive any useful partner offers. I never received coupon in my email either. i do have some household offers, so I guess my email was linked. do you have any suggestions on how to receive partner offer and email coupons? thanks very much!
Yesterday, I used an Lb coupon get 800 pts for spending $40. They scanned it and I after I paid I realized that it didn’t show on my receipt. I went back to the cashier and she told me that she had assumed that it hadn’t been accepted. Another cashier took a look at it and told me that my subtotal after all discounts had to meet $40. So I asked if I could have it back and he gave it back. Today, when I paid, the coupon was rejected with a message that it had been used. And I had the $8 in my account; so it scanned the first time even though it didn’t show in the receipt.
