In my case i had medium kuja dosha Or manglik same with the one whom I married. The points came up to be 27. So good match, the Astrologer said. After marriage got to know this girl has autism or aspergers. She would not keep any relation with me. Not even speak to me. Within 2 months she left. Later they extorted big amount of money since she would not remarry. Since court cases in India can run for the rest of your life I had no choice but pay so that i can remarry. I think it’s important to check mental health of both people in matching. I don’t know how this nakshatra matching table came into use. Sage Parashara makes no mention of this. I think points get modified based on individual charts. This is the view of some astrologers. Some people I see do well with less points and no dosha.
In Kerala there are only 10 nakshatra matching or portham. Apart from that there is papa samya which also looks(apart from Mars) the position and aspect papagraha on certain houses such as 1, 4, 7, 12 and also 8 for female since it indicates longevity of male patner.
