I was studying revelation at that time and for fun I decided to type in Mars and it showed Mars and then I typed in wormwood and Google earth actually zoomed out to a type of star in the outer solar system. The most important thing I see is that somehow GOD HIMSELF will do something that man CANNOT do, in order to fulfill His unfailing Word. The means God uses, and will use in the instance of Rev 8:10-11, are in His ability, His authority, and His prerogative. It would take too long to explain, but I genuinely revere and miss Yahweh… As if I was ever even with him somewhere lol. Saying “I miss” implies that I was with him once before, but I often like to believe I was. Or that in spirit he has been with me. I was once pretty atheistic, or maybe more Agnsotic… But my comprehension of the world around me has developed. The irrefutable nature of reality dawned upon me over time. I think about the end time and these final days and I listen to the coming judgments, and part of me recognizes that this id what I deserve. I agree with the first half of Dr. Baruch’s presentation about the order of the judgments and the fact that the church won’t be present when God pours out His wrath. However, I disagree with his assertion that God cannot use natural phenomenon to carry out His miracles and judgments (namely an asteroid hitting the earth). The Old Testament refutes his argument in at least two places. 1. Genesis 7:11-12 tells us that God supernaturally orchestrated the bursting forth of all of the world’s deep underground springs, as well as caused torrential rains, in order to flood the earth. 2. Exodus 14 demonstrates that God used both supernatural (angel) and natural means (a strong east wind) to facilitate the Hebrew people’s crossing of the Red Sea. Not only that, but God also used the passage of time, since God sent the east wind all night long to dry the area where they could cross. Or (this just came to mind) how about the plagues of frogs and locusts in Egypt? Or God sending ravens to feed the prophet Elijah? Since God created all of the natural laws which govern the universe, He can chose to use the natural for His divine purposes (and has already done so in the past with some of the greatest miracles recorded in the Old Testament). And we see from Scripture, that God sometimes switches between miracles that are purely supernatural in nature and those that are natural being supernaturally controlled. God choosing to supernaturally control natural processes does not take away from His glory, but rather further reveals it.

You said the Greek word is “absinthe”. So I looked it up in Wikipedia. There are more than 300 “Artemisia” but there is one called “Artemisia absinthium”. It grows wild all over the Caucasian Mountains. What I noticed that made me chuckle was that it belongs to the largest group of a classification of flowering plants called “Asterids”! Well! All you have to do is put the letter “o” between the “r” and the “i” and you have “Asteroid”…😉 I have had this plant in my flower garden. Very pretty pale green, looks “lacy”. The roots emit something into the soil that other plants can’t grow in or find difficulty growing in. And then another thought came to mind. The waters of Marah. Exodus 15:23-26. When the Israelites came to an oasis and went to drink the water, it was bitter. So they named the oasis “Marah” which is Hebrew for “bitter”. What I found interesting, that, for me, it goes with the reasons why the water in Revelation is bitter. Exodus 15:35-26: Because in that place where the water was bitter, the Lord made for them a statute and an ordinance and He tested them or proved them. But this time, and after having watched this entire article, I have to admit that I am still struggling with your interpretation of the word wormwood being referred to in the apostle John’s Revelation as a star coming down from heaven. I don’t see any “sensationalism” in taking a word for what it literally means.
I mainly clicked this article because Wormwood has been something I have been fascinated with for a while now, so I have a lot to say about this. The understanding the Holy Spirit has given to me is100% that Wormwood IS an asteroid. On a side note, the verse he keeps quoting is using different terms then the KJV. “Springs of Water” was just one of them, while the KJV uses “Fountains of water”. I know a minor difference, but that told me of the different version. I digress. He is also cherry picking the “Springs of water” verse out of context to drive his understanding, when he is leaving so many other verses out. I’m perplexed in that you mention that not many souls will be saved in the time of tribulation . But that is not what Revelation has to show on this matter . The Son of Man, came as Prince of the Earth, he has crossed through the Eastern Wall and through the Golden Gate. He was given Authority over Earth and the New Jerusalem and crowned King. Jew’s have been waiting for the 3rd Temple, but they don’t realize that it has been built in my Father’s Kingdom in Heaven. The Ark seats in its rightful position in the Temple today. That is why Israel is being surrounded, for they shall be brought to their knees and receive judgement before the veil can be removed and they can choose to accept the path that the Messiah paved. The book taught most of the things you are teaching, but including using the natural–under God’s authority and according to His purpose. The word for the star is where we get the word asteroid. The author of the book does not insist that the asteroid referenced is Wormwood, but speculates that it could be. The poisoned waters can be explained in two ways: We know that bacteria hitch rides on asteroids and could be blasted by impact into the atmosphere. We also know that bacteria once buried in the earth could be blasted out of its sealed condition. I fail to see how you have come to believe that God can’t use the natural to achieve his purpose. In other words, the natural comes under supernatural control. It is a judgement because believers are out of there. You strike me as one who does not understand God.
Back in the mid 1980’s. I had a dream that two Angels put me in open egg like vehicle and took me above the earth to another vehicle where I was introduced to Metatron he then showed me a vision a comet/asteroid looking thing headed toward the earth that had vapors and lots of debris surrounding it, it would not hit the earth but pass by with the debris falling to the earth. I can hear that you are sincere about what you are saying. However, God has often used the natural as a means to fulfilling His prophecies. It is often the timing that is miraculous, and the asteroid (and even the coming deluge of space debris from all of our satellites) could certainly be a part of fulfillment of God’s prophecies.

My husband Justin says Tom Horn is a prophet 🎺 he’s a proven prophet. The rapture of the church doesn’t happen until the seventh trumpet. The church will be in the world till the seventh trumpet. Look at Matthew 24… He says to “fear not.” Me, his wife, wants to say in Matthew 25, YESHUA says He will appear “after the tribulation of those days.” To me, that means the rapture of the church happens after the tribulation. The possible explanation is that it strikes in the Western hemisphere Of North and South America which make up only 1/3 the earths landmass. This could be the reason America is not mention in scripture as part of end time events, it has been wiped out by this event. My last dream was like any normal store dream, and then all of a sudden I was there it was no longer a dream, I was driving and I looked up in the sky and I saw two bodies in the sky one blood red, and then meteors started to rain down, as the meteors were raining down the anti Christ came over the radio mocking God.

I wonder why the prophecy would say there will be signs in the moon and stars and sun before this happens if it’s not a physical scientific event but a supernatural one🤔 and why is heavenS plural? Isn’t Gods kingdom referred to as heaven singular? And in genesis heavens is plural also? So it’s a little confusing because the Bible is pretty consistent on the use of the word heaven and heavens.

I would have thought that a Jewish Rabbi would be able to really explain fully the meaning of ” bitter and poisonous water” in the light of the fact that “water” in the OT very often means “God’s life giving word”. Isn’t it Jesus who said to the Samaritan woman at the well “if you drink the water I give you, you will never thirst again”? So if one refer to Jer.9:15 and Jer. 23:15, and read it in context with the verses around it, one will understand that Rev.8:10,11 quite possibly refers to false teaching, words from a false prophet or prophets. And yes God sends this because people do not “love the truth” and prefer to be rebellious (that is what causes them to drink the bitter and poisonous water of deception). Do we not see this already? The poisonous water (word) that are taught by some that you can be any gender you want to be; that marriage is not btwn a man and a woman etcetera??? But yes, it can also be literally an asteroid “like a torch” and yes, it can literally hit only a 1/3 of earth and, therefore, only poison those waters… Think about it and decide for yourself. If it is true that they will rupture to the heavens before the wrath, then who are those alive who will attain immortal bodies and meet Yashua in the air in the first resurrection? The advise of Yahshua Messiah is to flee to the mountains when the abomination of desolation sits in the holy place. I have read Revelation 5 x now, and when I read verse 10-11, it made no since to me that an asteroid or meteor could cause this bitter water. Thank you so much for clarity on this verse. And the Son’s work for the salvation of Adam, is the seven thousand year week of redemption. And after sin is no more, the dawning of the eighth day of creation begins. I think the fact that the isrealites “forgot” the miracles that God did and even the Egyptians dismissed plague after plague is signification in the idea or speculation that God does use very natural events such as a meteor to fulfill His word. Also want to point out, this person and book you are talking about is not claiming to be an actual prophecy but rather only a likely theory on the prophecy. So calling them a false teacher is inaccurate in that anyone can write books on speculation or theory. I have certainly never heard them say “This is what God says is gong to happen”

Dr I have an important question, I have been going back and forth with a friend about the Rapture, he is a born again believer but he does not believe in a Rapture he says it won’t happen,he only believes in second coming..no matter how much I try to convince him through the Rapture scriptures but he won’t budge.So my question is will be be also Raptured even though he doesn’t believe in it?
I love this guys enthusiasm, but it only makes me sooooo happy I read Luke 10:21 where Jesus said, “I thank thee, O Father, Lord of heaven and earth, that thou hast hid these things from the wise and prudent, and hast revealed them unto babes”. Although I appreciate this gentleman’s effort to explain Wormwood, I wholly believe it is a physical event. His attempt to disregard any scientific explanation, and then ask you if you can find any scientific explanation for such an event, is non-sensical. To find scientific proof for a physical event is the main point he directs us to, and yet he disregards looking into any scientific reason. I believe most of us can understand that this is not the way to go about proving anything. As there are physical proofs on this earth of prior incidents of large objects hitting earth, and plenty on the moon, it would seem that Wormwood could in fact be a physical smack to the earth of an asteroid (not android) or comet. What is known about several of these objects is that they exploded many miles above the ground and therefore spread their debris for thousands of miles. This is, in fact, a proven event in the past of our earth. And, according to our Lord’s great wrath on sin, could happen again. And spread a chemical, or compound, or element that is poisonous, into a large portion of our waterways. And, as rivers flow, and lakes churn, move this poisonous “thing” to 1/3 of our fresh water supply. Just hitting the Great Lakes would knock out a rather large portion of our fresh water, and they are in close proximity to each other. Meditate and pray on this issue. It is not an issue of salvation per see, and the church will not be here to witness this event, but it is of some interest because it is prophesied, and is no small event.

While I appreciate your study of the scripture the man that wrote this book is sharing his dream which he felt is tied to the scripture. He humbly presents the dream and is quick to admit that he can’t say for certain this is how it’s going to play out, but that he has had dreams in the past that have come to pass. He reaches out to experts to investigate and to see what the affects of an asteroid would be and how things would roll out – comparing that to his dream and how things occurred in his dream, and then Again comparing it to the 4 first trumpets to see if it fits. Your lesson should focus more on teaching what you feel God is saying in the scripture and nothing about tearing people down for what they feel is obedience to God. You don’t see people like him tearing people like you down before he presents his dream. Ultimately he will stand before God and answer for what he teaches – but his master can make him stand…it’s the same to you. Remain humble and just stay in your lane. I’m really drawn to the group of pastors who have deep theology and insight into the word of God but it’s really hard to even watch most of you because so many of use their time to tare others down. Your entire lesson could have been presented without even mentioning the book and it would have been better received.

The Star is an Angel and he is as old as the beginning of creation and this Angel is on Fire because he was cast out by Michael. The water refers to Man and the falling away of those who were seeking the Water of the Spirit and had him, but lost him. Only those that have received the Spiritual Baptism were protected, but the rest that were on the path paved by Jesus, were lost. I can tell you Truly, that Star arrived in August 2017 and began its tyranny in September 2017. The formation of 3 hurricanes side by side in the Atlantic is indication of this Battle that has begun. The Book of Revelation encompasses prophecy from the Old Testament and the New and combines all Truth and Mysteries of our Father. Only those with Authority have these Truths and the Children of God, those Baptized by the Spirit, have some Truth, but will receive from the Tree of Knowledge once they have eaten from the Tree of Life. My Father’s Mysteries are his and they are Infinite, that’s what makes him God, but he gave Truth to the Spirit to help us on Earth during the End.

The asteroid is called Apophis and will hit earth on April 13, 2029. Tom Horn saw this hit in the Pacific Ocean near California & Mexico in a vision from God. You are confused by the 1/3rd as recorded in Revelation 8. Could it be a symbolically revelation of 1/3rd of Earth landmass as US Continent incl Canada and Mexico is 1/3rd and Asian, African and Middle East forms the other 2/3rd? The trajectory of Apophis is closest @ mere 19,400 miles (not millions) over California US in the evening appearing as a flaming Star falling from the sky.
Im perusal this a year after this article was posted. But, I believe you are correct in saying wormwood is a supernatural….thing for lack of a better term. This year amd over the years there have been alot of articles that seem to capture duel suns. Some say its Nibiru but, I believe that it goes by many different names. And it is supernatural because we seem tp capture pictures of 2 suns but, we have solar observatories that are orbiting the sun yet, nothing. NASA stands for never a straight answer.

Did you ever notice that the 1st trumpet concerns the earth and the things in it? Have you noticed that the 1st bowl is poured out on the earth? Do you realize that the 2nd trumpet concerns the sea and that the 2nd bowl is poured out on the sea? Do you know that the 3rd trumpet concerns the rivers and springs? Yes, the 3rd bowl is poured out on the rivers and springs. The 4th trumpet concerns the sun; the 4th bowl is poured out on the sun. The 5th trumpet describes Lucifer and his kingdom; the 5th bowl is poured out on his throne. The 6th seal, the 6th trumpet and the 6th bowl,, all point to the main event of Revelation; the war of Armageddon. The 7th trumpet states that it is time to bring to ruin, those ruining the earth, (by the spirit of the air or the general consensus). The 7th bowl is therefore poured out on the air, (the spirit of the air). The trumpets involve what the Luciferian world government is doing in the world and the bowls are God’s response to each. That is why Rev. 15:1 calls the bowls great and wonderful, but not the trumpets. All of the trumpets only encompass 3 things; the beast, its “one world government or new world order”, and the consequences it has here on earth. Trumpets are used to draw our attention to something, in this case, it is the beast system with the devil at the helm. The seals are only documented denunciations for earth. The first 4 seals or the 4 horseman encompass everything that is going to happen throughout the trumpets and bowls. The 5th seal explains WHY these things will happen.

In 1986 a place in Ukraine, called Chornobyl, had a nuclear power plant meltdown. Chornobyl is translated as wormwood. The town was named this for the bitter wild herb that grows near there. A concrete sarcophagus was built around the reactor core to keep radiation from leaking. As of 2011, the core was still at 200°C. The sarcophagus was also showing stress in 2011. There were 216 tons of uranium and plutonium buried in the reactor. If a meteorite were to hit that sarcophagus, tons of radioactive material would be released. Pripyat River runs past Chornobyl and eventually the water enters the Black Sea. The Black Sea connects to the Mediterranean Sea. The Mediterranean connects to the Atlantic Ocean. That would be at least 1/3 of the water.
God uses His creation in order to carry out His will. That includes His judgements. Believers will not necessarily be removed from the heart before God releases His judgement upon the earth, but they will be protected from harm. God does not always use supernatural miraculous means in order to do His will. On occasions He does, yes, but more often He uses natural and not SUPER-natural means. A burning star that falls from the heavens is not necessarily a miraculous occurrence, it may well be a natural phenomenon. A star can also be in reference to an angelic being. I love your teaching, you keep using the word Android, you mean Asteroid? And to sincerely answer your question, how could an asteroid pollute the rivers that feed the seas? Rain. Rain feeds the rivers that feed the seas and eventually the underground aquifers will also be poisoned. If an asteroid were to impact the planet, the debris alone expelled into the atmosphere will cause a climate catastrophe to include that same debris poisoning the rain. I love your teaching, and believe it is hard for us to understand the difference between what is literal and a metaphor in the Bible. But it isn’t android, it is asteroid.
