Thank you!! Jesus, people act like the rare system is the same with AJ And Play Wild. And it’s not! Spikes are worth almost nothing on Play Wild! And on AJ they’re worth tons! There are some actually rare things on Play Wild that people with spikes don’t know about. And when I trade on of these rare items (say a beta item) and they decline, they literally could have gotten something RARER than the thing I traded for! Sorry about the rant. I go overboard sometimes 😛
Most of the bad spikes are around good treasure hunt items but people trade over and the purple and black are worth around good treasure hunt item or an item that got out of stores a few days before and people think that sets in sapphire shop aren’t worth it they actually are because the costs sapphires and it cost more to get the arctic wolf which you get a spike from the treasure hunt and the sets don’t cost as much as and arctic wolf but the fact is that there are so much arctic wolves and you get a spike for the treasure hunt every Monday so yeah that’s really what’s it worth
I totally agree with what you said, spike collars are not rare at all in ajpw, and as spiked wrists are no longer available in the sapphire shop they should be worth a little. I have seen people go mad over them, and some people literally said “I will trade you my black long for your flower crown” Really?
I totally agree except I think other color spikes instead of black are more beta cause you can get black spikes in the Arctic wolf treasure hunt. people are so blind sometime they don’t think things over, I was one of those people (keyword: was) then I Slowly started to realize that black spikes aren’t really worth that much. yes when I got membership I did get a blackout spike and wouldn’t trade it, heck I probably won’t ever trade it. in my opinion people should be trading more for different color spikes than just black
Peeps really… and I mean REALLY want so much for their black spike. One time, I saw a person with a black spike on trade. I made multiple trades for it, out of store sapphire items. And they declined each time. I decided to troll, and trade two PROMO items! (Rare Eclipse Top Hat, Rare Eclipse Watch) but they declined! Then the person came up to me and said…. “Sorry, this spike is really rare.” The wut now?
the point of AJ is actually building your way up, not alot of people have patience, but i certainly do. It’s alot of work, by simply trading, hunting for night critters, and going out shoveling for alpha chests! Or if you’re good at art, you can sell pieces for 500 sapps or more and art collectors will go crazy! I never once spent money on AJ to get around, somehow i have 17K sapphires saved up from commissions and trading up items.
Today someone said they were selling pets for 16 saps, turns out they were also selling a painted egg for 16 saps. Unfortunately, I got there a bit late and someone else bought it 🙁 but cheap stuff comes all the time, you just gotta keep an eye out 😉 Edit: Also, fun story I went to a ‘gem-only’ auction one day. One of the items they were auctioning was a tabby cat, I offered 15k gems and they said yes, good deal! Anyways, so turns out that cat was one of the 5-day login pets, so you can’t sell or trade them. Instead, they sold me a PEACOCK for 15K GEMS! One of the other people at the auction was like ‘WHAT? I WOULD’VE BOUGHT A PEACOCK FOR MAX!’ Heh, too bad buddy
i really wish the worths now were the same as they were 11 months ago like- a frankenpup for 68 sapphires?? those things are going for like max nowsjdnjngfsj i miss the old worth :(( but i might start making item sacrifices and try this because i gave my blackout away the day i got it as a member gift
