I was married to one for 12 years. Yes Scorpios have an explosive temper and depression. Unexplainable. It’s like you try to have patience with people who are hard to deal with, then if they keep on getting on your nerves, it causes ‘a Scorpio’ to lose it. Passive aggressive! Most Very Religious Tefillin wearing, Sabbath observant scorpios are incredibly fiercely loyal to the Creator, and most highly religious scorpios fiercely love the Creator with their entire heart, sole & might. scorp moon here that fender analogy is spot on. Im different now but when I was like 16-17 my aunts ex hit her and threw her down the stairs. She left his house and went to my grand mothers house. I heard her say it to my other aunt so I took her car and waited in his house for 6hrs. When he walked through the door I came at him like a demon kicked his ass and dragged him up the stairs and threw him off eye for an eye mentality at that time, except I did it like 4 times. When he was crying saying he was sorry I told him if he hurt any of my loved ones again I’d find him and hunt him down no matter were he ran. So yeah kind of messed up but I was real young. However silver lining he never hurt another woman again. I don’t like that I did this now because It could have turned out worse. Specially waiting for him 6hrs that brooding in darkness is not good. I’m super calm but what he did set me off. He called my family and said I was a monster. I picked up the phone and told him I would become a devil if you hurt those I love. He never stepped foot in my families house again.
at 1:02:50 where he speaks of Scorpio’s getting revenge and praying for something bad to happen to someone, this may be true for the younger Scorpion’s … speaking for Myself, I was rather mean to people when I was young but never took time to go that deep into the revenge thing. Because, I do believe in Karma, so what they do to me, will return to them, and even though sometimes it was difficult to sit with the cruelty of other’s I mostly just tried to think of something which would take my thoughts away from the situation. As I grew older I realized you can’t change other people, so this helped.

I know this article is old but wanted to say that I am enjoying it and that I am a Scorpio sun, moon, rising, mercury, Venus, Jupiter and Pluto. I didn’t realize how intense I was till my boyfriend said I was too emotionally intense for him and that he could feel my presence a mile away, mind you he is Leo sun libra moon and has a lot of Virgo so I easily overpower him but I wasn’t doing it purposely. Rabbi…..somebody molested my daugther. After struggling to find justice within my family circle becuase the culprit is a family member but nobody pay attention, nobody dares to talk about it even my own husband….i keep quiet but the hate was boiling deep inside me for many years…i did stop to protect my own family but recently just this year 2015…i made a big leap…i took it out from my system…i conquered fear…i dont care what to lose anymore…..i even spoke to my in laws openly without any cares to lose anything even their son, the father of my kids. Im good now but the incident left a dark bad memories of depression.
I am a scorpio and I do very well under pressure and in emergencies. However, everyone has a weakness and mine is my Taurus son. Together, I am another person totally. I am not one to spazz out, a person could cut their arm off and I would be holding pressure telling them all is well. But if my Taurus son is there and a person just got a small cut that needed a stitch, I can totally spazz with my Taurus son around. Scorpio here; born on the same day as Princess Grace and Charles Manson (LOL) Nov. 12 .. pretty right on but in all honesty (as we are known to be) I am not revengeful and very forgiving. depending on the situation however I will just never speak to that person again and be indifferent, and that has to be pretty bad for me to never speak to someone again. I had a very, very bad work experience lately. There were huge issues in the working environment, and everyone was going crazy. However, it was only a temporary job for me, so I decided to endure. I have Jupiter on the IC in Scorpio. I live on this line in astrocartography. Leo ascendant but the decan is ruled by Jupiter. I stole this from Tibetan astrology. My ruling planet is the sun at the end of cancer… But Jupiter rules the decan of my astrology ascendant and is on an important angle. Studying this sign has given me allot of insight into what I need to forgive, let go of, transform, and change in my own life. As well as setting goals. Mostly I learned to forgive and rise above vengeance. To react is to give away power. To love is to regain power. I’m still working on my understanding of this sign. Excellent question. There appears to be a question that may be related to this in the Talmud, but not in the Kabbalah. Based on that reference in the Talmud, as well as based on the astronomical adjustments that needed to be made to the Jewish calendar it seems plausible that the Tropical system was adopted. Earlier in time the Sidereal and Tropical were in sync – so it made no difference. The Jewish months, however, are lunar and do not always correspond to the Astrological Sign they represent.
Scorpios are all very different depending on their birth Nakshata ( purpose in birth chart) and sun in only a part of your personality. I have Kritika Nak and my element is fire and sun. So as a Scorpio, I make decisions without emotion in critical or important situations. I don’t relate to the sensitive water element as much as the fire side. Also being ruled by sun and fire – I don’t hide in the dark and I bring a lot of light and energy around me. I was involved with a Scorpio man. It was pure hell! He was all the things described…passionate, obsessive, JEALOUS, SECRETIVE, loyal, patriarchal, and a chauvinist. I hated the way he wanted to know everything about me, including my social security #, but revealed little about himself and if he did, I didn’t know if it were true or not. And it really bothered me because I know how vindictive Scorpios are, so for him to want personal details about me was unsettling. I only balked at the statement that a Scorpio would be a willing torturer. I just can’t agree, I think we are aware of the most terrible traits of humanity and are therefore careful and sensitive to it. I’ve been most destructive to myself and wold forfeit any attempt at revenge because in my experience the universe is far harsher judge than I’d ever be able to be. I guess many people here think these are descriptions of the typical western zodiac signs. But you are surely describing the zodiac signs of the birth dates related to the hebrew lunar calender, not the gregorian one. I checked my bdate with the hebrew lunar calender and I am Scorpio, and can relate to most things mentioned in the article. Though the negative are not as present.

Why you trying to convey that scorpio being a water sign is a sign of emotions as in weakness. We come to earth as beings to live a life full of emotions. I’m scorpio, but I am not a jealous type. Maybe because I gain love and concern to the family and friends. Yes not very much friend but many would like to be friend with me. I have lots of Scorpio in my chart, including Mars. But, sometimes I get confused for an Aries. I’m an Aquarius. I like Aries a lot, right after us powerful Aquarians. The Sun always represent the “I”, the way you see, feel, and understand things at the moment it hits you. The Sun no matter how isolated it is in the chart, will always have a strong influence on you actions. I don’t necessarily agree with Scorpios always being honest. Maybe it’s just my experience with the ones I’ve met, as I’m only basing it off the sun sign. My moon is in scorpio and I’m quite honest.
