In this teaching, we will focus on curses and how they work, how demons use them, and how Christians can have lasting victory over them. Witchcraft is not supposed to succeed against Christians, as God is in control. Many Christians complain about witchcraft attacks when they struggle with random thoughts that go against biblical teachings. Some people believe that Jesus defeated the devil, so witchcraft does not have power. The Bible is explicit about witchcraft and what happens to those who cast spells, sorcery, and necromancy. God, through Christ, protects true believers from such wickedness.
The Christian response to witchcraft and accusations has varied at different periods and in different places. Sometimes the church has discouraged witch hunts, but in this context, witchcraft refers to the spiritual force that Christians experience when they are under demonic attack. These kinds of spiritual attacks are characterized by great confusion, wanting to give up, and a desire to fight back.
To know when you’re under witchcraft attack and how to fight back, ask God what the source of the attacks could be from. A Christian who is assaulted by witchcraft will often have a variety of symptoms, such as being disoriented or having a strong connection with their spiritual life.
In conclusion, when a Christian is under an assault of witchcraft and curses, they become increasingly disoriented, confused, and unable to connect with their spiritual life. By understanding the warning signs of a Jezebel spirit and seeking help from God, Christians can overcome and emerge stronger in faith.

Who went to a witch in the Bible?
The Witch of Endor is a female sorcerer in the Hebrew Bible who was visited by Saul, the first king of Israel. Saul had banished all sorcerers and conjurers from his kingdom, but was concerned about the outcome of Israel’s battle against the Philistines. He disguised himself and asked her to conjure up the spirit of the prophet Samuel to tell his fortunes. The woman, who reminded him of the law against practicing her art, assured her that she would be protected.
The spirit informed Saul that he and his three sons would die in battle the next day and that the Israelites would fall to the Philistines. The story of the Witch of Endor has inspired further embellishment of her practices, with Chaucer referring to her as a “pithonesse” and Guillaume de Salluste suggesting she used a “flambeau” made from her son’s fat in her necromantic art.
Do Christians believe in witchcraft?
The Bible contains numerous references to witchcraft, condemning practices such as casting spells, being a medium, spiritist, or consulting the dead. These practices are considered detestable to the Lord, and the Lord will drive out those nations before you. The word “witch” may be a mistranslation of “poisoner”, and some believe there is a primitive idealist belief in a relation between bewitching and coveting. Some adherents of near-east religions acted as mediums, channeling messages from the dead or familiar spirits.
The Bible is sometimes translated as referring to “necromancer” and “neromancy”, but some lexicographers, like James Strong and Spiros Zodhiates, disagree. They believe that the Hebrew word “kashaph” (כשפ) in Exodus 22:18 and other places in the Tanakh comes from a root meaning “to whisper”, meaning “to whisper a spell, i. e. to incant or practice magic”. The Contemporary English Version translates Deuteronomy 18:11 as referring to “any kind of magic”.
What to do when faced with evil?
Facing evil can be approached in three ways: returning evil for evil, becoming a victim of it, and fighting it with goodness. The first response is to return evil for evil, pushing back twice as hard as we are pushed. This involves giving back what has been given to us and then some. This approach can help us navigate around sin and lead others through it, making it easier to navigate the world. Ultimately, the choice to fight evil with goodness is a powerful and effective way to navigate the challenges of facing evil.
How to defeat an evil person?
This article advises against relying on evil people, as they can manipulate and strip you of self-control and personal strength. It advises against believing their lies and not confronting them, taking their words and actions personally, creating distance, accepting the evil person as they are, moving on, and living a life of joy. Evil people may be bosses, siblings, spouses, neighbors, co-workers, or even parents.
They may not accept responsibility for their actions, lack empathy, enjoy manipulating others, blame everyone for failures, have an exaggerated self-image, pretend to be good and altruistic, be greedy and cheap with money, malignant narcissists, and lie. To handle truly evil people, it is essential to recognize their true nature and avoid labeling them as such.
What are the witches of sin?
The Witches were a group of seven women who represented one of the seven deadly sins, each with a Witch Factor related to their sin. They were uncohesive and only interacted with each other occasionally. Despite not actively spreading harm, the Witches were responsible for numerous destructive rampages and disasters, earning them a reputation of terror worldwide. Eventually, they were hunted down and killed by those seeking to stop the calamities.
One widely believed account suggests that the Witch of Envy Satella, the most powerful of the Sins, allegedly devoured the six other women and began a destructive rampage that destroyed half of the world.
What are the three sins God will not forgive?
Alma, a prominent figure in the Christian faith, had a profound teaching moment when he interviewed his son, Corianton, who had become involved with the harlot, Isabel. Alma warned Corianton that he was guilty of three abominable sins in the sight of God: denying the Holy Ghost, shedding innocent blood, and committing sexual sin. Adultery was third to murder and the sin against the Holy Ghost. To understand Corianton’s sin, he needed to understand its relationship to the two most abominable sins, enabling him to realize the possibilities of repentance and forgiveness.
Alma distinguished between unpardonable and pardonable sins. Unpardonable sins cannot be paid for through the atoning blood of Christ or personal suffering. The only sin that falls into this category is denying the Holy Ghost. All other sins are forgivable or pardonable because the demands of justice can be met through the atonement of Jesus Christ or personal payment by the sinner.
The Apostle John taught that there is a sin unto death, and there is a sin not unto death. Elder Bruce R. McConkie argued that the death John referred to meant “spiritual death”. There are sins for which repentance does not operate, sins that the atoning blood of Christ will not wash away, and sins for which the sinner must suffer and pay the full penalty personally.
Does God want you to fight evil?
Abhoring evil is a fundamental aspect of loving what is good, as it is part of loving what is good. God commands us to abhor what is evil, not who is evil. Our call to war is to love the captive soul and rage against Satan, our enemy. It is challenging to win people to Jesus if we label them as “the enemy”. Our calling is not to win cultural wars, but to reach out and woo every person to Jesus Christ. We should love one another with brotherly affection, as emphasized in Romans 12:10.
Are there 2 unforgivable sins?
Matthew 12:30-32, Mark 3:28-30, Luke 12:8-10, and Hebrews 6:4-6 all emphasize the importance of forgiveness for sins and blasphemy. However, blasphemy against the Holy Spirit is not forgiven, as it is considered an eternal sin. The Son of Man acknowledges the Son of Man before others, but denies him before the angels of God.
Hebrews 6:4-6 states that it is impossible to restore repentance to those who have once been enlightened and tasted the heavenly gift, shared in the Holy Spirit, and tasted the goodness of the word of God and the powers of the age to come. If we willfully persist in sin after receiving the knowledge of the truth, there is no longer a sacrifice for sins, but a fearful prospect of judgment and a fury of fire that will consume adversaries.
Jacob Arminius defined the unforgivable sin as “the rejection and refusing of Jesus Christ through determined malice and hatred against Christ”. He differed with Calvin in believing that sin could be committed by believers, a conclusion reached through his interpretation of Hebrews 6:4-6.
John Wesley, the father of the Methodist tradition, discussed the unforgivable sin in a sermon titled A Call to Backsliders, stating that this blasphemy is absolutely unpardonable and that for those who have been guilty of this, God will be no more entreated. A prominent Methodist catechism, “A Catechism on the Christian Religion: The Doctrines of Christianity with Special Emphasis on Wesleyan Concepts”, states that for those who have been guilty of this blasphemy, God will be no more entreated.
How to fight evil as a Christian?
You see, if we try to overcome sin with sin, all we get is more sin. (How many times have we foolishly reasoned that we have already messed up a little, so we might as well go all the way.) If we try to overcome evil with right actions or behavior modification, we may beat back the darkness for the time, but we cannot truly overcome it. The only way to truly defeat evil is by turning our gaze toward the true Good, toward God and His Son. When we do, we submit ourselves to the transforming power of the gospel through which the affections of our hearts are reordered. The evil that once took first place amongst our loves suddenly becomes less important, eventually becoming completely overshadowed by our love for God.
How do you combat evil? Do you turn to more evil as a reaction to it? Do you vainly attempt to supplant it through good behavior? In both situations, you will find yourself frustrated and more fully immersed in evil then you were at the start. Turn your heart toward God. Contemplate the costly sacrifice of Christ that was so lovingly made for you while you were still His enemy. Let the priorities and loves of your life be transformed through the blood of the lamb.
How do Christians deal with evil?
When encountering evil, it is crucial to trust God to define and carry out pure justice. The first biblical response is to speak honestly about the evil, ask God to intervene, and trust God to define and carry out His pure justice.
A recent example involves a two-year-old son, Calvin, who was playing with a cousin. Calvin, who was not sure if it was intentional or accidental, asked the father for help. The father, who was the authority in the room, assured Calvin that he could make the situation right. This is the same way we should be with our Heavenly Father. We can turn to God, the perfect and holy Judge of all things, and trust that His definition of justice is the right one. David says in this Psalm that God will not let evil occur without addressing it.
In a sense, we can lock eyes with God, knowing and caring about the injustice. This trust in God’s ability to define and carry out His pure justice is a powerful and effective way to deal with evil.
What is the sin of witchcraft in the Bible?
Exodus 22:18, Leviticus 19:26, Leviticus 20:27, and Deuteronomy 18:10-11 all prohibit the practice of necromancy, divination, and soothsaying. These laws are portrayed as foreign and are the only part of the Hebrew Bible to mention such practices. The presence of laws forbidding necromancy proves that it was practiced throughout Israel’s history.
The exact difference between the three forbidden forms of necromancy mentioned in Deuteronomy 18:11 is uncertain, as yidde’oni (“wizard”) is always used together with ob (“consulter with familiar spirits”) and its semantic similarity to doresh el ha-metim (“necromancer” or “one who directs inquiries to the dead”) raises the question of why all three are mentioned in the same verse. The Jewish tractate Sanhedrin distinguishes between a doresh el ha-metim, a person who would sleep in a cemetery after starving himself, to become possessed, and a yidde’oni, a wizard.
In summary, the prohibition of necromancy in the Hebrew Bible is a significant aspect of Jewish history.

I agree. I am convinced that even accepting negative thoughts, feelings and desires and owning them gives our spiritual enemies influence and control in our lives. Since I starting rejecting those thoughts, feelings and desires in the name of Jesus with a “never give up attitude”, my life has changed for the better.
This is a wonderful article but I think it is important to note that witchcraft will come against all Christians who are walking upright in Christ as well. Wicked thoughts will come, temptations will come, and if they are powered by a witchcraft altar they will be more intense that a general temptation and they will sometimes seem unbearable. But the scripture says resist the devil and he will flee from you. So just to clarify, the attack itself does not mean you are in sin or iniquity, rather the working of the attack to a degree that it actually takes root in your life is a sign of sin and iniquity. thank you my sister in Christ. I love your clarity in expressing these truths.
Sis, I’ve been going through spiritual warfare for quite some time. I went through so many repentance I can’t think of anything else to repent for, but if I have pride in me, can everybody here, please pray for me so that I can see myself and I can see what I’m doing wrong so that I can change because Iam going through it right now and it hasn’t stopped. It’s the same attack almost every night. Please pray for me.
Being dumb enough to dabble in sin lowers that hedge of protection that God covers you with. It’s why the disciples are always urging folks to turn away from sin. It only ruins your own life. The enemy comes in the steal, kill, and destroy aspects of your life, your wealth, your success, even your love life. All because of an action or action(s) that you continue to commit. Folks fail to realize that their “inner me” is their worst enemy. Gotta wisen up. James 4:7 So let God work his will in you. Yell a loud no to the Devil and watch him scamper. (MSB) James 4:8 Say a quiet yes to God and he’ll be there in no time. Quit dabbling in sin. Purify your inner life. Quit playing the field. (MSB)
Thank you. You cleared up some exact things that I was thinking about while I was on my morning walk just an hour ago, and upon my return your article popped up and answered that very question. Keep up the good work. You are a very smart woman it seems, and I enjoy listening to your wisdom as it always gives me something to think about and/or ways to better my life by turning the good word into good works
Amen. You sound like the female version of me lol. I try to explain these principles to people I come across. I have a tenant that said she used to be catholic but keeps rosaries claiming because it’s her families. I explained to her how Satan can use that although she repented before, she started saying all the worldly things God has done for her and that she’s blessed. Pride.
🔥🔥🩸🩸💃🏻💃🏻🕊️🕊️YES LORD JESUS I THANK GOD FOR YOU WOMEN OF GOD!!! These powerful messages &. Prayer on spiritual warfare’s prayers are very. Real!!! &. Yes. Witchcraft &. Wicked men & women in the world!!! I repented people in the world!!!! We as the. BELIVERES IN CHRIST JESUS BETTER START PRAYING AGAINST. THE ENEMIES OF OUR Souls!!!! 🕊️💃🏻🩸🔥
Psalm 109 is thought to be the strongest of what are known as imprecatory psalms. David’s songs that call down curses upon his enemies. It is important to remember that these are prayers, committing vengeance unto God. With greater understanding of grace and truth that came by Jesus Christ, we understand that we are to pray for the good of our enemies and not for their ruin. Yet we remind ourselves that David refused to act upon these curses, he left vengeance up to God. This is especially relevant regarding David, who knew what it was to take life with the sword. A person or witch who has prayed curses upon us should be prayed for especially after we showed love. Do nothing but go to the Father with your concern. They spoke evil of us with a wicked tongue. We can return to sender since they like curses (witchcraft) so much. Again, use discernment. We battle not against flesh and blood. Usually people need deliverance.
It occurred to me a few minutes ago that the spiritual warfare experienced or the witchcraft curses, are co-signed by the prince of this world. What that means is, when the witch/wizard throws their game onto another, that they do so in the name of the prince of the world – he that sits on the throne that we call the Sun. The prince of this world is a co-defendant of all curses. So, the prince of this world and their identity is a very important fact, and one that Christians should not ignore. Using the Christianity doctrine, I have proved that Jesus Christ is the prince of this world. It is a clear indication that for any curse experienced by individuals to be lifted, that prayers to Jesus Christ shall not suffice. Prayers must be made to him who is higher than Jesus Christ. That’s right. Prayers should be directed to the most High – to God himself. And who is God? God is the God of Abraham. The person who Abraham calls God, is God. By claiming to be the Son of God as Jesus has done, he prevents prayers from being made to God – he prevents his curses from being lifted.
If you believe you can be hurt by black magic, you will be hurt. Pray to Jesus is enough. What about Gay people, and the Bible has been rewritten so many times, plus all the things there has been banned from the book, there actually was there from the start. I love your fire, when you speak that’s believing. Sending you love from my heart ❤️🌈🙏🌠🦉
I listened all the way through and I have to give you credit for presenting sensible reasoning. It makes perfect sense that there’s a charge and ongoing trial. The thing I will add to your ideas is how it is actually Jesus Christ who accuses us and puts us on trial. He actually takes possession of us. If he succeeds then his angels are permitted to kill us and we would become his property. But like Daniel in the lion’s den, with God’s blessing we can survive the den, escape the den, and be granted power over the lions. We read about these things but it is only individuals who God blesses that make it out. In the book of Revelation, Jesus points at individuals who were imprisoned in prisons called the Earth and the Sea. Believe it or not, but these individuals were blessed by God, otherwise they would never have escaped, and notice also how they are said to be ruling the world. It’s because Jesus Christ imprisoned them as the prince of this world – but they were found not guilty by God. Too far ahead of your understanding maybe, but trust me, you will catch up.
Hie l enjoy your teachings, and you made me understand, the devil spirits, today l would like to ask,how did a living human have access to dead humans spirits to get what is happened in my life, how did thy connect, and able to tell me all my plans, how did he know it. Is there any evil invisible spirits perusal me over, and recording all my moves I’m currently confused
We have a natural auric field that blocks lower negative frequencies…. If that field is damaged by trauma, toxins (smoking, excessive drinking, certain drugs) any kind of harmful energies can harm us….. even if we pray. The best defense is a natural diet, exercise, nature, and taking care of one’s emotional/mental health. God is light & consciousness…. We need to make sure our own light and well being is taken care of. If the mind, body, emotional & spiritual health is good, then we can connect with the higher source quite easy.
That is not what repentance means. Repent means to change your mind. So when Paul said he repented daily, he was speaking of daily renewal of the mind. God does not remember our sins once we are saved. Also, you can’t lose your salvation but you can be afflicted by the enemy due to ongoing disobedience. Whatever sin we’re dealing with is what the enemy uses to accuse us before God.
Is smoking cigarettes a sin because I have been doing so good and working so much on my relationship with the Lord but these demons and the witchcraft is still getting to me through my sleep(nightmares) and the only thing I can think of is smoking because I do smoke cigarettes. I have been smoking for years now?
