EDF Energy is planning to expand the use of mascot Zingy across more areas of the business, considering potential merchandise options inspired by the cartoon character. The energy firm is considering potential merchandise options inspired by the cartoon character following its launch.
Zingy was inspired by a Keepon toy, or My Keepon toy, which inspired the mascot. In 2020, EDF launched a new brand purpose focused on tackling energy consumption and cost. The energy firm is looking to extend the brand mascot Zingy into consumer products as part of efforts to “entertain” and build relationships with customers.
The debate surrounding whether ‘Zingy’ the EDF character is meant to be a flame or a poo has been ongoing. EDF Energy is also considering extending the brand mascot Zingy into consumer products as part of efforts to “entertain” and build relationships with customers.

The UK’s Net Zero target can be achieved by generating zero-carbon electricity, which is produced by the country’s largest generator and standard in all home fixed tariffs. This clean electricity doesn’t require purchasing certificates, which some see as energy greenwashing. 📹 My Keepon review
A review on my Keepon, this isn’t much of a review but it will still be called one 🙂
I’ve been through a sleep study. Ultimately was diagnosed with Narcolepsy. I know they were joking, but there are a couple things to note: 1. They absolutely will know when you are asleep and when you are awake. There is no way to fake it. 2. Having asked the lady who monitors sleep studies as her fulltime job, there are VERY rarely people who don’t get ANY sleep, and it’s always because they have incredibly bad underlying problems 3. Even if you have a lot of trouble sleeping because of the room, you’ll likely still sleep and they can usually glean enough information about your sleep cycles from that. 4. I don’t know if this was for everyone, but I had prep work I had to do for my sleep study where I kept a log of all the times I went to bed and woke up, including times I woke up to go to the bathroom. It is supposed to make it easier for you to go to sleep during the study, and to ensure you aren’t skewing the results. 5. Depending on the sleep study you take, you’ll also have tests in the morning (that probably also involve sleeping). The people who conducted my sleep study knew how to, and the nurse was the friendliest nurse I have ever met. Ask questions, they’ll help dispel your fears and you won’t have to worry about anything.
I once had trouble sleeping and just could not sleep so I climbed out of bed, got into my lounging chair (basically a garden chair with a really good dog cushion on it, with a foot rest), curled up on that with duvet and listened to the movie The Emperor’s New Groove on my phone until I slept and it worked. I chose that movie because I know the movie so I had no investment in the narrative because I knew what would happen, the dialogue is top tier and it doesn’t have much loud bombastic music. I think I fell asleep before Kuzco even became a llama. Didn’t dream about the movie, I think.
EDF!! EDF!! It’s still crazy how well Vinny fits into this group after perusal him, Jerma and Star separately for like 11 years. It’s like it was always meant to be Then there’s Poke, who is just like me as a teen, somehow ending up among the coolest people. These streams are a fever dream. He even has sleep apnea too, I hope he gets a breathing apparatus for it, he’s a precious man
