Who is Torb married to?
Ingrid completed her degree but declined further work due to lack of funding. She continued her relationship with Torbjörn, who she found charming and intelligent. They married and had several children. After the Omnic Crisis, Torbjörn worked on the Luftfärsvarsnätverket outside Gothenburg. Ingrid granted him permission to stay and returned home when Sweden was safe. After installing the network, he enlisted in Overwatch. Ingrid and her children survived the Bombardment of Gothenburg.
Is Brigitte Reinhardt’s daughter?
Brigitte Lindholm, a 23-year-old adventurer and mechanical engineer, is a key character in Overwatch’s lore. She is named after her father, Torbjörn, who is the Chief Engineer for the Overwatch organization. After Torbjörn’s injury during an Overwatch mission, Reinhardt saves him and allows him to name his daughter as a gesture of gratitude. After the dissolution of the Overwatch organization, Reinhardt continues to fight for justice as a knight-errant.
Brigitte requests to join him as his squire, and he accepts her training. Her responsibilities include maintaining Reinhardt’s armor and healing his wounds. Brigitte believes her role is insufficient and develops her own armor in secret to fight alongside Reinhardt.
Brigitte is classified as a support character and is listed as a one-star (low) difficulty character for players. However, Blizzard developed her as a support-tank hybrid, as she carries a barrier shield and can heal teammates. Despite her low difficulty, Brigitte’s character is a powerful and unique addition to the Overwatch universe.
Is Reinhardt Pharah’s father?
Pharah’s mother, Ana, is known, but her father’s identity remains a mystery. Fans have speculated that Reinhardt may be her father due to various clues in the game. However, Lead Writer Michael Chu confirmed during a PC Gamer Overwatch Q and A that Reinhardt is not Pharah’s father. During the Q and A, Lead Hero Designer Geoff Goodman asked if Reinhardt is Pharah’s father, and Lead Writer Michael Chu responded that Reinhardt is not Pharah’s father. This leaves many other possible fathers, but there are some hints.
Is Reinhardt Brigitte’s dad?
Brigitte Lindholm is a fictional character in the 2016 video game Overwatch, developed by Blizzard Entertainment. She was introduced as a playable support character in a March 2018 update for the game. Brigitte was introduced as Torbjörn’s daughter and friend to Reinhardt through the Dragon Slayer digital comic series. She was developed alongside Moira, the game’s 26th hero.
Originally named Pally, Brigitte had an ability to send out a healing orb to other teammates with a long cooldown time. However, as the game evolved, the tank-hybrid was pushed more for Pally and transferred the healing orb to Moira, which would become part of her Biotic Orb abilities.
Overwatch’s developers designed Brigitte as a support-tank hybrid to counter the “dive” strategy dominating the current metagame. With Brigitte on defense, she could stun and delay the diving character long enough to allow the defending team to react and close ranks, nullifying the dive strategy. Jeff Kaplan called Brigitte “very needed” in the game. Brigitte’s backstory is tied to her father Torbjörn’s and godfather Reinhardt’s.

Despite these challenges, Reinhardt is becoming more open about his life and his struggles, stating that growing up and settling into his life has helped him better manage his condition.
Who is Pharah’s dad?
Sam, a character in the Overwatch comic Tracer: Reflections, was initially unnamed but later confirmed to be Pharah’s father by Michael Chu. His first name was revealed at BlizzCon 2017, and his surname in Overwatch: Declassified. A younger Sam is depicted in Ana’s Uprising exclusive spray “Newborn”, and “Bastet” indicates their marriage. It is unclear whether they divorced. Sam’s First Nation tribe is known by the developers, but it may be revealed at a later date. Michael Chu stated that Pharah’s parents were important to her, and Ana would be the soldier. Sam’s First Nation tribe is known by the developers, and it may be revealed at a later date.
Who is Reinhardt to Brigitte?
Brigitte, a young girl, was expected to follow her father’s footsteps in Overwatch. However, her plans changed when her father’s fellow Overwatch agent, Reinhardt Wilhelm, joined her as a squire. As a squire, Brigitte had responsibilities such as upkeeping Reinhardt’s Crusader armor, which she had designed herself. However, her main job became taking care of Reinhardt himself. During a journey through Europe, they discovered a village under the control of the Dragons. Reinhardt nearly lost the fight due to his overenthusiasm, but Brigitte did her best to repair his armor and bandage up her mentor.
Brigitte realized that serving as a mechanic wasn’t enough and that she needed to become a warrior in her own right. She trained Reinhardt in combat and built her own suit of armor. The Overwatch Recall took them from Eichenwald to Paris, where Brigitte fought alongside Reinhardt to protect him and others from the ravages of Null Sector. Despite facing threats, the knight and squire continue their journey to make the world a better place, one battle at a time.
What is the relationship between Ana and Reinhardt?
Initially, Overwatch enthusiasts posited that Reinhardt was the father of Pharah. However, this hypothesis was subsequently refuted. It is frequently the case that Ana and Sam are considered to be a couple, particularly among fans. The Anahardt ship is the most frequently referenced for both characters, yet it occupies the eleventh position in the ranking of the most common relationships in the Overwatch tag. The pair of Ana and Reinhardt has the highest number of instances where they engage in shared dialogue.

The individual in question treated the matter with the gravity it deserved and selected the name Brigitta, which was followed by Torbjin.
What is the relationship between Torb and Reinhardt?
Torbjörn and Reinhardt have a friendly-rival relationship, with Torbjörn considering him one of his best friends in Overwatch. They spend time together, as seen in the origin story of Brigitte. The primary fire of the weapon is not useful at long range due to its slow travel speed and curved line. However, a successful hit can deal enough damage to make a vulnerable target retreat, making it best used against snipers and crowds of enemies. The secondary fire acts as a shotgun, making it a formidable weapon against tanks. However, the secondary fire has a widespread range, uses more ammo per shot, and has a slower fire rate.
In summary, Torbjörn and Reinhardt have a close relationship, with Torbjörn being a trusted and dependable comrade.
📹 Heydrich: Holocaust, the “Final Solution” | Beyond the Myth | Ep. 3 | Documentary
Reinhard Heydrich was one of Nazi Germany’s most notorious figures. Through extensive research and interviews with historians, …
This movie is far more terrifying than any slasher or paranormal horror film because it is true! The calm decision making and the matter of fact way they discuss genocide creates a level of horror so high due tothe presentation of the depths of evil man can sink too and be fine with it. You can walk out at 5he end of Halloween and laugh about it being so over the top. This movie leaves you stunned.
Stunning reconstruction of one of the most heinous 90 minutes in history. Cast was chosen (mainly) from those with Shakespearean backgrounds in order to maintain the fluidity of the filming and dialogue with as few cuts as possible. Threlfall as Kriztinger, the lone dissenter (of sorts) is outstanding. Anyone else spot a very young Tom Hiddleston?
Reinhard Heydrich was a perfect general officer: commanding, brilliant, competent, and cultured. A great generals job requires him to wade in blood and be a little bit sociopathic. Heydrich was beyond sociopathy and a complete monster. General Eisenhower, for example, had all of these qualities but he knew where to draw the line.
This movie is so good that I watched it six times and it never gets old. The script is so well written that I’m continually finding insightful moments and subtle touches, throughout. Every actor was EXCELLENT, especially a frighteningly good Ken Branaugh. This is a story that truly needs to be told, unique in its subject, scope… and terror.
Arguably one of the best recent British casts to be on film. This movie is beyond scary. It was all based on one of the surviving notes of this meeting. The non-nonchalant delivery of what they are going to do with the exception of a couple of them is like serial killers casually speaking about their marks.
Apparently, even with his gifted acting skills, Kenneth Brannagh says about his role that he found it.. very, very difficult to play. Due to the fact he was portraying one of the most cold blooded men ever to have lived. Heydrich WAS pure evil. Not being at all bothered about the murder of millions of innocent kids, disabled, Ederly, sick ect.
Kenneth Branaugh plays Heydrich as energetic and personable to those around him — not to his victims, of course. Maybe he and the director know something I don’t, but I’ve seen documentaries on Heydrich and he came across as nothing more than a stone-cold murderous reptile, totally subservient to Adolph Hitler, with a face that looked like it would crack if he even attempted a bit of humor or conviviality.
This movie is historically inaccurate in so many ways. Here are a few: 1.) Heydrich was a cruel man, but he needed the cooperation of the other departments. Bullying Stuckart and the interior ministry into submission would alienate and antagonize the other institutions. The SS/Gestapo could not deal with the “Endlösung” on their own, they depended on every institution’s support, so Heydrich was not in a position of demanding or ordering, but more like requesting. 2.) Stuckart raising valid objections may have been a pain in the ass for Heydrich and they may have had a conversation in private during a break. Yet it is very unlikely, that Heydrich threatened Stuckart with anything. Stuckart was an esteemed Nazi party man with lots of merits and an assistant to Himmler. Threatening him would cause turmoil in the Nazi administration and that is something you want to avoid during war time. It is more likely that Heydrich promised Stuckard concessions. 3.) Everbody with an ounce of history knowledge knows that Heydrich was not blonde. Making him blond to fit the aryan cliche is ridiculous at best. None of the higher nazis fit that aryan look. 4.) Eichmann was not the organisator of that meeting, Gestapo-Müller was. 5.) Most of the participants were bureaucrats defending their turf. That is the real monstrosity, the banality of evil. If you want are more accurate and gripping version, watch the german version “Die Wannsee Conference” youtube.com/watch?v=i9Ug_MXToEE or “the conference”
When Heydrich states “You had elegant wine I’m sure, and no one around to say it’s too early for that”. That might have been a slight at the Fuhrer Adolf Hitler himself, as he was both a Teetotaler and Vegetarian, and would promptly chastise any German Officer who he felt was drinking too early or in excess. He also did not allow anyone to smoke near him.
One minor remark, literally “on the record”: there were no stenotypists at Wannsee, since the only form of shorthand officially recognized in Nazi Germany was the German Unified Shorthand (DEK). The record, or Protokoll as it is called in German, was drafted in DEK symbols by a single female stenographer, Ms Ingeburg Werlemann, who was explicitly instructed by Heydrich to take down not a verbatim record of the exchanges but just a detailed summary, which was then dictated to a regular typist also present at the event. The typewritten transcription of Werlemann’s DEK notes served as the basis Heydrich and Eichman used to draft the final Protokoll, a few copies whereof have fortunately been preserved and now constitute some of the most compelling pieces of evidence of Hitler’s intentions with respect to the Jews.
“It would be better for us as a people, that is to say not just Palestinians but all Arabs if all Jews were brought together in one place, Israel, and eliminated in one go. This is why when politicians in the west say there can be peace with a two state solution the answer of Hamas is to say, this is not possible. It is not possible because Israel would still exist and we can not allow that.” Ismail Haniyeh chairman of Hamas. Al Jazeera. December 15th 2024.
The Germans have made another version of this (They did the first in 1984, as well as in 1942😅) in which Muller dominates and Eichmann plays a much more subservient role. Probably more realistic, but after Eichmanns capture in the 1960s, he is much more well known, and he was placed centre stage by the BBC. Muller was never captured and his whereabouts after the war remain a mystery. As head of the third reichs “watchers” (the Gestapo), he could easily have changed his identity without anybody else knowing. He most likely had an escape planned for years before hand, and in my opinion lived out the last of his days as a Wehrmacht “veteran” in some little quiet German village.
Fuck, this is great. The amount of talent in that room is incredible, the pacing and camerawork are masterful, and it all adds up to both a brilliantly tense and hateable atmosphere and a great insight into the upper echelons of the Reich. Everyone in that room is a charming, honey-voiced gentleman who I’d love to punch right in the face. Marvelous work.
Kenny Branagh’s take on Heydrich is a pretty interesting one! Instead of a scary individual who oozes evil from every pore he’s a real life of the party type and someone who’d be a lot of fun to hang out with. I wonder how true the portrayal is? I mean, when you see photos and films of Heydrich he seems like a man who’d cause the temperature in any room he walked into to immediately drop 20 degrees!
Wow, the charisma that the actor brings to this portrayal is terrifying. This guy who is acting like the friendliest, most easy going dude you’ll ever meet was in reality, one of history’s biggest monsters. I don’t know if the real Heydrich was like this, but it feels representative of the deadly charm these high up party men had, which could turn young boys and men into remorseless killers. So basically this is a long way of saying it was a good performance. Oh and PS, this really happened. A bunch of well dressed sociopaths really sat around enjoying wine and fine food before casually planning the extermination of an entire people
A kind of burocracy of the germany Army, is one peculiar characteristic that I think curious when I watch these movies. I think that´s were good regime, the burocracy, for german nazis, able to obey orders without questioning about, but in practice, perhaps, some elements might be functional, others not, like the merit, the honor. These questions I just look for me, perhaps I would be wrong. But these questions are interesting for me, with the unfolding of the story. Whose were these men, their real knowledge of the war, what about they thought about reality and the fantasy. Like many people from the allied army too, were too burocrats, but this kind of the german burocracy, well studied apart, brings to me that these people are put there not for good honor or merit, but by politic and ideology. That´s I think so.
Geezer cast as Reinhard Heydrich looks absolutely nothing like that cruel individual. Actor is very reminiscent of the Englishman Sir Terry Branaugh but they may as well had Denzil Washington in this role to be honest. The rest are a collection of stereotype grumpy German bad guys played by miscast British actors if I’m not mistaken. Comedy film about a serious subject.
Toi British cast. And they look oh ! So sympathetic, in particular Heudrich’s smile. I don’t think, from what I read from Heydrich, that he was a very affable man. Not to speak from the other men, who look all so nice. Freissler was an arrogant fanatic (cfr. the trials he presided), Gestapo-Müller was a calculated man, but none of these people were very empathetic. Really. This is not another adventure movie. The atmosphere should have been disgustingly factual, horribly cold blooded.
In the German original I remember people being more stiff and less… Well, congenial. But that’s the English touch I suppose. If the English organized the Holocaust it would be an awful lot of “frightfully sorry to interrupt you my dear lad, but would you mind stepping into the de-lousing showers for just a brief moment? Alright? Cheers.”
Reinhard Heydrich and his brother.Like their father were classical musicians. Reinhard’s brother was the opposite;in his demeanor and views of Jews. This presentation and actor as Reinhard Heydrick is urbane, intelligent and amiable. What I have seen of the real Heydrich; is the opposite. In terms of friendliness, and urbanity. Heydrich in actual history; appeared to be a cold, ruthless, ambitious and humorless man. Only concerned with following and obeying Fascist ideology.
Yeah, funny how British these “Germans” are. They say this film shows how nonchalant the Nazis(this conference) were about the Jewish question, but I can’t remiss how the British have to bash the Germans at every chance…..Why was this film made and are the portrayals accurate? Again, as someone else commented, it’s a very British cast and I wonder if this particular moment in history would be portrayed differently if it was a modern German-made film with a German cast.
He was a careerist and an opportunist who had absolutely no conscience. He was not a stupid man. Remember a lot of the top ranking SS/SD had doctorates, law degrees etc. These were the true architects of the final solution not crazed lunatics. That’s the worrisome part. Education in itself does not open your mind but it can make you more efficient at carrying out tasks. In their case this was a task. We can be there again if we not very careful. Anti semitism was a popular concept in the day both in Europe and N. America. I think it still is in certain circles (we all know which circles).
Jozef Gabčík, Jan Kubiš.. Along with these two men removing Heydrich from his killing role in the Czech Republic they also prevented thousands of more victims in France at the hand of this Murderer Heydrich. On that very day he was to be assigned Protectorant of France. No doubt to continue his evil murders there. Untold the numbers of lives saved by removing him alone from the equation. Salute to Bravery and Decency.
I knew of him and about his death. I did not know what a thoroughly evil man he was, so many thanks for educating me. The Czechoslovak people are rightly proud to have brought this man to an end. He has never paid for his heinous crimes except for the long and painful death from sepsis so we can take a little comfort from that.
Czechoslovakia had already ceased to exist before Heidrich’s role as the Reichsprotektor for Böhmen und Mähren (Bohemia and Moravia) on March 14th 1939 by the proclamation of the Slovak state. By continually suggesting Heidrich ruled Czechoslovakia, you are implying his infuence over Slovakia, which he did not have.
You’re UTube website is unparalleled. The photography and motion pictures are ideally colorized! I’m Extremely interested in World War ll. Thank you! Michael, former United States Army Military Police Officer as well as a former Chief of Police in the Great State of Georgia. As Always, God Bless you and yours Take Care and Stay Safe. I remain, with warmest regards, Most Sincerely!
I notice that more and more people are denying this ever happened. There were no ‘deniers’ right after the war because there were too many people who saw proof with their own eyes. But as more and more of the witnesses passed on, the deniers started to become more. This should tell you something about the people who say it never happened. More specifically, their lack of courage. Today the deniers outnumber the survivors. I’m saddened that in a generation this will only be seen as a myth. (despite the visual and written evidence)
So many ’ooh, aren’t I controversial?’ trolls on here. It’s so pathetically juvenile it’s barely worth commenting on, but I despair at how casual people are nowadays in writing such things for ‘amusement’ or ‘because they can’. It doesn’t say a lot for how we’ve supposedly grown as a species post WW2. The whole notion of censorship of abuse and such is completely inside out on YouTube. You can get comments removed or be banned for excessive profanity if someone takes exception to it, yet comments lauding the behaviour of the Nazis, glorifying the Holocaust or laughing about it, are not a problem? Bizarre.
1:43 imagine you are tasked with killing one of the most evil men alive, your time is here, you pull the trigger and no noise, you pull again and nothing, in the mean time you see the man your supposed to take out is getting up fast, reaching for his weapon and you have nowhere to go because you wasted time, and right before you think your time has come you see a flash, than nothing but heavy smoke with a putrid smell due to the chemical reaction that just took place and made a very bad day for heydrich 😂 the sad thing about this is over 1000 innocent were killed, and in the end the team and there associates were all given up by each other
I don’t understand this (apparently recent) policy of simply blurring out pictures of dead bodies in youtube WWII clips. Rather than “protecting” the viewer (or, I guess, the victims?) it wholly serves to dull the portrayed crimes of the perpetrators, and it should be dumped immediately. (Maybe the images are not appropriate for children…but neither are Reinhard Heydrich documentaries to begin with.)
Wikipedia: Theresienstadt: “German and Austrian Jews arrived in June 1942; Dutch and Danish Jews came at the beginning in 1943, and prisoners of a wide variety of nationalities were sent to Theresienstadt in the last months of the war. About 33,000 people died at Theresienstadt, mostly from malnutrition and disease.”
People have to become aware of ‘The Transfer Agreement’ to Madagascar between the Jews and the Germans. People have to also become aware of the prison camps in the US during WW2 where civilians of the Axis nations were kept and died in their thousands due to Typhus just as in the German camps. So many deaths that the US also had to use ovens to rid of the bodies. Just ask George Takei (Star Trek), he was there.
There were some real fiends in Nazism, but Heydrich was the worst of them. That said, tragically, we never learn… Franz Wimmer was a shadowy sleaze flea, with a tendency to embellish anything. Wimmer”s colonel (Standartenfuher) rank is highly doubtful: the producers should have vetted this flea…
Impossible not to call him Diabolical but interested to discover real reasons why Heydrich was singled out for this fate. Obviously never occurred without British permission for me like many events will remain shourded in mystery maybe because of connection to debate as to when Brits discovered what was happening to Jews
by blurring content, you undermine your message . what are you about? . what do you want your audience to learn about humanitys past? . what do you want your legacy to be? i will start liking your articles when you stop blurring content . dont be lazy and edit content out . or get a spine and publish it as is, despite YouTubes profiteering use Patreon, Nebula, or Odysee . you should aim to transcend YouTube, not to be its product any blurring, no matter how small, earns a dislike from me
