The Scarlet Witch, a fictional character in the Marvel Universe, has revealed the innate truth about magic and its potential to bring out Captain Marvel’s newest superpower. Chaos Magic, a powerful and rare form of magic, is wielded by Wanda Maximoff, who was deemed a mythical being known as the “Scarlet Witch” by Agatha. Doctor Strange and the Masters of the Mystic Arts could secretly be limited Scarlet Witch’s reality-warping powers in WandaVision.
The power of the Dark Dimension is not the only evil magic that certain MCU characters can wield. Dark Magic, which has a purple tint, is another evil magic that certain MCU characters can wield. Wanda Maximoff studied books to learn his magic and became one of the best members of the Master of the Mystic Arts. However, once she learns some magic and figures out how to combine it with her powers, she might be able to do things sorcerors have never thought possible.
Most sorcerers, especially those harnessing extra-dimensional energies, train in the art of spell-casting, which was once the domain of the Masters of the Mystic Arts. Agatha eventually mentored Wanda Maximoff and taught her about her magical abilities. When Mephisto absorbed the spirits of Wanda’s sons, Agatha disappeared.
The absence of Doctor Strange and the Masters of the Mystic Arts in WandaVision may be understandable, but they have dropped the ball here. The Scarlet Witch, also known as Wanda Maximoff, leaves Westview behind in search of solace and an understanding of her powers.

Who can easily beat Scarlet Witch?
Despite his greater power than that of cosmic entities such as Thanos and Galactus, Franklin Richards is a human who can readily overcome them.
Can Scarlet Witch absorb magic?
In the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU), the character Scarlet Witch has the ability to absorb the powers of other characters. This was demonstrated in the film Multiverse of Madness, in which Wanda Maximoff, the mutant superheroine also known as the Scarlet Witch, absorbed the power of Captain Marvel, leading to the latter’s demise in a statue.
Why do Wanda’s fingers turn black?
In a confrontation between Wanda Maximoff and Maximoff, Harkness revealed a book about the “Scarlet Witch” and revealed her blackened fingers due to the Darkhold’s corruption. She used dark magic to fight Maximoff and took the Darkhold, hoping to learn more about her true power. Wanda Maximoff studied the book, mastering astral projection and learning about the Multiverse. However, while studying, she heard her children crying out for their mother and shut the book in alarm.
Wanda Maximoff’s mind became corrupted by the Darkhold, allowing her to learn about the Multiverse and see other universes using the book’s spells. She became obsessed with reuniting with her children and finding a way to live in an alternate universe. She learned about America Chavez, a supernatural being with the ability to travel through the Multiverse, and used the Darkhold to summon inter-dimensional beings to find and capture Chavez.
What is the most powerful version of the Scarlet Witch?
Scarlet Witch has unlocked a new ‘ultimate form’ called Unending Chaos, making her the most powerful Avenger in Marvel Comics history. This form can shatter reality in the multiverse and pose a threat to cosmic foes. Scarlet Witch will need her Unending Chaos form to battle an angelic threat that wants her and Quicksilver dead, pushing her powers to the limit. In a preview for Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver 3, Wanda Maximoff is attacked by the Wizard and his hivemind-minions called the Fearsome Forty-Four.
The Wizard receives a massive upgrade from a mysterious cosmic entity called his ‘angel’, who orders him to kill Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver due to their chaos, which could throw the universe out of balance.
Who can overpower Scarlet Witch?
Doctor Strange, a supreme sorcerer, has the capacity to vanquish any cosmic entity, including Thanos and Galactus. Franklin Richards, a powerful sorcerer, has the ability to surpass cosmic entities like Thanos and Galactus.
Can Scarlet Witch beat the Ancient One?
The combination of the Ancient One’s experience and knowledge of Wanda’s brute force methods with her basic magic would likely result in Wanda having the potential to defeat him in terms of raw power.
Could Scarlet Witch beat Hela?
Hela, a formidable deity, has the capacity to impale Wanda from a multitude of vantage points, a capability that Thanos lacks, as he is unable to maintain a fixed position.
Who is the strongest in TTG?
Cyborg, a walking computer, has the ability to learn instantly, create weapons, and draw power from the entire multiverse. He is the most powerful human or alien on the Teen Titans. Raven, a half-demon with a strong control of dark magic, is one of Earth’s most powerful heroes. Despite being half-demon, Raven maintains a moral compass thanks to her human mother and the family she found with the Teen Titans.
Raven’s demonic powers are limited, but if she cuts loose, she could have infinite magical power. Trigon admits that Raven only uses a small part of her demonic powers, but her true capabilities are unparalleled.
Who is more powerful, Dormammu or the Scarlet Witch?
The character of Scarlet Witch is a popular one, and she is easily victorious in a number of different mediums, including books, films, comics, and the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU).
Who is the strongest master of the mystic arts?
The Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) is a diverse realm of powerful magic users, ranging from Asgardian gods to trained sorcerers like Doctor Strange. Doctor Strange is considered the Sorcerer Supreme due to his mastery in the mystic arts. Scarlet Witch’s chaos magic is the most powerful, capable of warping reality and potentially causing the entire MCU to fall apart. The introduction of Thor in his own film transformed the MCU into a more fantastical one, and the different schools of MCU magic have expanded with the introduction of Doctor Strange and the mystic arts.
It’s difficult to determine which magic users are more powerful than others in the MCU, as some are born with magical abilities, while others have to hone their skills through rigorous training. While every magic user can alter reality, their abilities are limited in certain areas.
Can Scarlet Witch warp reality?
In AVENGERS 503, Doctor Strange questioned the Scarlet Witch’s role as a counterbalance against magical and practical threats to Earth-616 and beyond. Her mystical powers include hex magic, telekinesis, and psychic defenses, allowing her to manipulate reality. This manipulation is useful when defending a Multiverse, but it also poses a dangerous line between impulse and control. Wanda Maximoff has used her power to achieve her goals, such as blasting Super Villains or predicting crimes with Force Works’ hex mainframe.
Wanda’s Avengers friends could have asked more questions when she and “Vizh” had twin boys named Billy and Tommy in VISION AND THE SCARLET WITCH 12. Their new family joined the West Coast Avengers, but tragedy followed when the children disappeared suddenly, Vision’s personality was rewritten during the “Vision Quest” storyline, and Wanda was possessed by the dark Elder God Chthon. These moments highlight the awe-inspiring power of the Scarlet Witch and her ability to manipulate reality to her will.

Dr. Strange and The Ancient One – “It’s Not About You” – Sorcerer Supreme Death Scene | Doctor Strange Movie Clip 4K …
01:29 “It’s not about you.” Beautiful. To me, this is the most important scene in the entire movie, and Tilda “The Ancient One” Swinton addresses it masterfully. Even her voice tone, volume and speech cadence change when she says this to Doctor Stephen Strange, which gives this moment an even more special feeling. Very well done. This is when the doctor finally realizes his narcissism, lets his ego aside and starts to behave altruistically, thus becoming the wizard that soon is going to be the next Sorcerer Supreme.
2:46 I love their little handhold. You can tell it’s nothing romantic. It is kind of sibling-like, or a true love of companionship. Two humans proving their support and empathy for each other physically. She feels the warmth of another human being she trusts and it gives her comfort. I love that moment there. You don’t see those much.
Such a poetic script, philosophical, and bittersweet. Also that part where Strange says he is not ready yet, and Tilda’s last sentences also mirrors Strange feelings, as he is saying he is not ready to face Dormamu, she implies with her last sentences of the shot … “You think after all this time, I’d be ready, but look at me, stretching one moment out into a thousand and just so that I can watch the snow…” Very tearfully said in both their glares, she is telling him in very subtle way, I get you, I myself can’t let go, I’m not ready to say goodbye… Just beautiful.
I would add the part where she replies to him, “no one ever is, we don’t get to choose our time, death is what gives life meaning, to know your days are numbered, your time is short, you think after all this time I’ll be ready…” You could feel in the way she delivers it, very poetically and emotionally charged, as a reply to him saying he is not ready to face Dormamu. She is also, at the same time, telling Strange; she is not ready to embrace her death, her time is up, and she as him doesn’t feel quite adequate ready to face death… Just this scene has so many layers of meaning, not just to this scene but life in general, and not just death but in every circumstance that life puts in front of us, we are never truly ready for what life has in store for us in this journey, in a way, we are powerless to it as the same with death, we only have control of our own selves and how we react to them… Beautifully capture by Tilda’s speech and they way she delivers this part in the scene.
0:33 I think this shot is brilliant. They’re talking about how time is relative and then they show the lightning in the background. It’s usually just in the sky for a second or two so they fact that it’s in the air for several seconds let’s you know just how fast/slow it’s really going in that moment.
“I’m not ready.” “No one ever is. We don’t get to choose our time. Death is what gives life meaning; to know that your days are numbered, that your time is short. You’d think that after all this time, I’d be ready, but look at me, stretching one moment out into a thousand just so I can watch the snow.” A speech so profoundly true and humbling, it brings you to tears.
After all these years it still struck me that people think the choice of actor was wrong just because of her race and sex. Wtf? She played this role perfectly. And sure, ancient one is an old Asian dude in the comics, but why does that even matter? A sourcer like them should be able to change their form to anything they want
It was a very powerful event right here. As close to message to the meaning of life that will ever find. Its not about you but the greater good. Serve and in it find your purpose and fulfillment. No amount of money or greed will ever make one at peace and have happiness. Odd that is was delivered in a comic book made movie but maybe that makes perfect sense in the twisted way in which things find themselves or talent and passion is pooled towards.
The greatest and most meaningful scene in the entire MCU. When she turns and softly yet assertively says” it’s not about you.” Yeah the entire human race could learn so much from this scene. Salute to Tilda Swinton for delivering an iconic moment. It really does matter the who that’s delivering the point you’re trying to get across. This is why you pay a big time actress for such a relatively speaking, small role.
“They all lead here, but never further.” That line is more important than we think. It seems the Time Stone can’t show you anything beyond your personal and permanent death, and that is how Strange knew to look past the moment Thanos won in Infinity War. If he genuinely died at that point, he couldn’t see the next five years.
Tweh, i think i comprehend now what the Ancient One is trying to say to Dr. Strange…”it is not about yourself when doing things for others, it is for the greater god of things…” that’s what it really means to serve!!! How did i know this??? i realized this because when the Ancient One said Dr. strange has a fear of failure, that’s wheni realized, “AH! Don’t fear failure, there is always family to help you out! it’s not always about ourselves!!!” What ya guys think of my Logic???
The Ancient One made THE most strategic, most efficient usage of any infinity stone. Ever. She used it to avert tons of dark futures, including those averted thanks to Doctor Strange. Her wisdom was epic. She had been waiting who knows how long, to tell him “it’s not about you,” so he’d learn the humility and maturity needed to save the universe. Her heroism is unrivaled. And it was a beautiful, poetic moment.
I think it’s brilliant that even though Stephen’s entire worldview (including the camera placement) is shifted by “It’s not about you” he still doesn’t immediately get it. He still complains to a dying woman about how HE isn’t ready for what comes next for HIM as she bends the laws of reality to hold off death for a few more milliseconds. Stephen is still learning, and it’s good that he never stops.
0:43 AO: Arrogant and fear still keep you from learning the most simple and significant lesson of world. Dr.S: Which is? AO: It’s not about you. AO: Sometimes one must breaks the rules in order to serve the greater good….he needs your flexibility… Dr.S: I am not ready. AO: No one ever is. AO: Death is what give life meaning. To know your day are numbered. Your time is short.
The “not about you” quote is because strange is always tying to fix things cuz he thinks he is to blame due to his bad childhood. In the beginning strange chose to go to the award dinner rather than eat with Christine which lead to his down fall . Had he let go of his fear of failure he would have never crashed his car .
…and Doctor Strange will share this lesson with Iron Man… “So I could have my hands back? My old life?” “You could! And the world would be all the lesser for it…” Ponder that section in regards to the snap and infinity war… “I’m not ready.” “No one ever is. We don’t get to choose our time. Death is what gives life meaning…to know your days are numbered, your time is short… You’d think after all this time, I’d be ready…but look at me, stretching one moment out into a thousand, just so I can watch the snow.”
Its not about you…….this is the line i(hindu) am hearing since my childhood in india…..as krishna says dont do anything for yourself do it for me….because i am the taker and giver of infinite souls…..now i understand why the greatest conquerer of history returned after trying to conquer india(bharat)…he met a sadhu who told him the meaning of life and changed him without weapons….im ashamed i didnt understand this line until now
AMEN 🙌🏼 WHO EVERS READING THIS, I PRAY THAT WHATEVER YOUR GOING THROUGH GETS BETTER. AND WHATEVER YOUR WORRIED ABOUT OR STRUGGLING WITH IS GOING TO BE OK!! IN JESUS CHRIST HOLY NAME AMEN! I LOVE 🤍 YOU 🫵🏽 AND IT AIN’T NOTHING YOU CAN DO ABOUT IT AMEN 🙏🏾!!.GOD BLESS YOU AND YOUR FAMILY SHALOM 🙌🏼!!🌠🌍🧲🧘🏾♂️🧿🦅🪶🎰🚀🌹❤️🔥🤴🏽
Strange said he wasn’t ready to face Dormamu. The Ancient One replied: “We don’t get to choose our time. Death is what gives life meaning. To know your days are numbered and your time is short. You’d think after all this time I’d be ready. But look at me. Stretching one moment out into a thousand… just so that I can watch the snow.” Dormamu didn’t get to chose time either. The repeated Death of Dr. Strange gave his actions meaning. One Moment stretched into a thousand … Dormamu wasn’t ready for that.
what i hate about disney’s marvel movies is that they shit on the comics .. the decades of stories that each charqcter has … changing origins stories of characters until they are crap …. thats why i dont read comics past the early to mid 80s … total garbage … all modern disney/marvel can do now is shit on the legacy of characters … modern a$$holes want to change established characters to fit the twisted view of modern a$$holes vanity ….. instead of looking at why audiences loved the george reeves The adventures of superman of the 50s ….
this is the s-o+++ topic!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!” “” you could have your hand back and the world will be all the lesser for it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!” and ” i cant see you future only its possibilities””””””””
This was such a silent agonizing scene for me, just like how Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix movie scene where I mute my scream and crying that’s how I feel in this scene. The DS2MoM haven’t shown her ( Ancient One ) which gotta be another version of her somewhere in that Earth 838 reality or whatever in the comic books that i still don’t know yet kindly inform me what was the Ancient One in the comics ? The Doctor Strange 1 was really ahead of its time, idk what timelines should be 1st or mid but I love every mcu movies I have already seen especially this scene which was really heartbreaking, she trusted Doc. Stephen S. than her long time follower Mordou ( whatever his name spelt ) which was pretty suspicious but I think bc she predicted that he was a traitor like Kaiseliuz ( idk how his name spelt either, that antagonist full of emo marching band / black parade kinda vibes look / eye make up ) so that’s why she have chosen Doc. S. S than Mordou. I love the all things that’s happening in this movie, the Doctor Strange 2 kinda just gave WandaVision a continuation to what happened to her after having the dark hold and how she was manipulated by it, i also love it but I wanted a 3h or more bc it was titled multiverse of madness with Wanda Maximoff aka TSW gave the definition on madness but just a bite size with Multiverse. I really love horror movies and adding horror elements in DS2MoM was a rollercoaster ride for me, my brother enjoyed it too, I’ve watched in the cinemas / theaters twice just not miss any hidden details if I have missed one, and yes, I have, seen my fave yt websites have diced and minced all the details in their Easter eggs, movie review spoilers and the zooming in and slow mo kinda breaking of all the details they have found.
Strange: “I’m not ready…” Ancient One: “No one ever is. We don’t get to choose our time.” These are the words we all need to live by when facing new opportunities or difficult obstacles. Events come up that may not be to our desired timing but we have to make do with the just tools we have and move forward.
