Do Spells And The Hexblade Curse Interact?

It applies to any damage roll, whether caused by a weapon or spell. The bonus is not specified, but it can be used with other spells like Hex or other concentration spells.

  • Would like to throw out some advice, with tasha’s by level 4 as a warlock take fey touched feat every time and this gives a +1 to CHA (or wis/int but obvi take cha) PLUS you learn misty step and a 1st lvl divination or enchantment spell, and pick hex. You learn both spells and can cast them with spell slots but also get a free casting of each spell once per long rest, allowing you to still use ol reliable at any level without consuming those valuable spell slots. If your campaign goes on long enough I’d also consider taking 2 levels in fighter for extra AC (defense training plus shield proficiency for +3AC) and get action surge to throw out twice as many eldritch blasts once per short rest to potentially double that hex damage in a turn. Also the maddening hex feat is really good if you need something to do with your bonus action (bonus action to deal your cha mod in dmg to a hexed target and any creatures of your choice within 5ft of that target, which would also trigger hex damage). Enjoy!
