  • When I had to drive long distances alone, I kept zip fizz and water handy to wake me up when I felt drowsy. It worked well for me. I used it for a boost when exercising too. My husband who drinks 8-10 cups of strong, black coffee a day didn’t get an energy boost from it. I haven’t used it lately but will order some today. Thanks for the reminder🚴🏼‍♂️

  • Personally, I love Zipfiz. I have been using it as an energy and hydration source for years when playing tennis in the Florida summer heat. In competitive matches when I feel my energy level declining, I mix a tube with 16 ozs of water and it truly does quickly give me the energy I need to make it through to the end of the match.

  • Guarana was the old fad for “natural energy” before companies realized they could just mass produce green tea extract instead at what I would imagine is much cheaper and convenient than using things like guayusa, green coffee, guarana. For an energy drink packet with a little bit more kick, you could review Celsius energy packets. My favorite flavor is the dragon fruit lime, my least is orange because it does not taste like its canned equivalent. They are more expensive than the drinks in this review but they have twice the caffeine and are still helpful to the wallet if you drink them every day. Zest tea is also a great non-coffee energy drink alternative, though a little less on-the-go than drink packets.

  • I love zip fix myself .i take the orange and add 2 pkg of true lemon and a few drops of chia spice stevia drops and it tastes like a Russian tea . I like to take the cherry and add two pkg of true lime it is so good . I use one of the tubes once empty to keep tooth picks in my purse. I do get good energy from them myself.i don’t see glucose palmiers in my ingredients of my zip fiz?
