How Can The Mueller Report Clear Trump Of Any Wrongdoing?

The investigation led by Robert S. Mueller III found no evidence that President Trump or any of his aides coordinated with the Russian government’s 2016 election interference. Attorney General William Barr stated in a letter to Congress that Mueller’s report does not exonerate Trump on obstruction but sets out evidence on both sides of the issue. Mueller’s testimony before Congress represents a critical piece of evidence, as it cleared President Trump and his campaign of colluding with the Russians.
