How To Cure Chakras With Tuning Forks?

Chakra tuning forks are a powerful tool used in sound therapy to align and energize the energy centers of the body, known as chakras. These small metal forks produce a specific sound frequency that resonates with each chakra, helping to correct imbalances and project positive energy while strengthening the body’s energy centers.

To use tuning forks for chakra healing, follow these steps:

  1. Choose a suitable tuning fork.
  2. Move the tuning fork towards the affected area without touching it directly. As you hold the fork over the affected area, the sounds should reach the optimal frequency.
  3. Activate the tuning fork by placing the end of the tuning fork directly onto the joint or muscle, and as you touch it on any part of your body, you’ll be able to feel the vibration going in, creating a soothing effect.
  4. Reactivate the tuning fork before it completely dies away.
  5. Start by striking the tuning fork with your mallet or gently tapping against your knee or palm of your hand.
  6. Direct contact: Press the stem end gently against the skin at the specific chakra point to send vibrations.
  7. Strike the tuning fork to start its vibrations. Close your eyes and let the sound fill the space.
  8. Bring the tuning fork close to the body.
  9. Tap the tuning fork on a rubber mallet and hold the vibrating tuning fork over the crystal.
  10. Strike the fork, then hold it against your elbow-bone, while pressing your index-finger against your ear to heat the tone.

In summary, chakra tuning forks are an effective tool for balancing and promoting inner harmony and balance. Proper handling and striking techniques are essential for effective tuning fork therapy.

  • I love this article and the tuning fork with the crystal is definitely on my ” want it right now” list of things I must have lol. I use nearly same techniques with my crystals. I feel the vibration or frequency of each one like that of a tuning fork or a TENS unit (electric shock). I try to share info on natural healing and using plant medicine in a different way than usual. I introduce particular plant into my energy field to clear blocked pathways and other types of afflictions. Our intention has a tremendous impact on the success of our outcome. Seeking higher frequency and having fun on the journey

  • Could you advise me please if you have to spend alot of money on tuning forks to get a decent one? Are the ones for about £15 each from eBay or Amazon worth buying or would they be too small and light and not create enough sound and vibration. I would also like to know which ones I need for pain relief, relaxation, medication and pineal gland activation. Thankyou

  • Thank you, for this very informative tutorial. The online courses appear to be very informative. Do you have any recommendations for learning how to effectively use tuning forks for healing? The healing voice course is another option. Why the huge difference in the price? Besides getting a certificate, how much information is the instructor offer? Thank you.

  • The pouches for the tuning forks in the article looks very similar to the pouch for a chakra set that i got. Pretty sure its made by the same company. I checked the frequencies with a phone app, and they are much more accurate than a different set that i got (by another company). They also affect my consciousness in ways that i would attribute to the specific chakras, but i believe the chakras are supposed to vibrate on a spectrum of frequencies, giving us a range of emotions, instead of just 1 stagnant frequency. It seems logical that the different emotional responses are meant to deal with different situations, and i would think artificially altering these frequencies is kinda like “lying” (thou shalt not lie), and that it could send a signal in the energies to respond to “spiritual stuff” in an incorrect manner… This being said; i have a bad habit of thinking too much, and im kinda paranoid about these things, so take it with a grain of salt. I heard a spiritual teacher say that we should learn to deal with such things without using any “tools” as a “crouch”, and this kinda resonnates with me, although everything is relative, and i dont believe in “square rules”. I do use my tuning forks when i get really fed up with the energies. It has only helped a little so far, but i rarely use them, and usually not for more than 5 minutes… Maybe i should do 20 minute sessions on a regular basis?

  • Thank you so much for this article. Very informative. I was told about them a few weeks ago and bought a 136.1 one on Amazon. It turns out to be a chinese one! I have nothing to compare, so, are these OK? Or will I have to buy a new one as well as the others? I’ve heard that the American or Indian ones are better. Would it be more beneficial for me to have the crystal tip to help with chronic pain?

  • I recently purchased a 432 tuning fork (off of Amazon); for purposes of tuning musical instruments – having come into 432 tuning via a new clarinet I bought, which to be honest sounds rather nice (despite Not being at 440 “concert pitch”). But despite this tuning fork (which took weeks to arrive, from overseas): having ‘432’ stamp / engraved onto it, it really is actually closer to 434Hz according to an electronic chromatic tuner capable of calibration. What is your opinion on this ? (Note that a 440 tuning fork I already had, registers at bang-on 440Hz according to the electronic tuner).
