The Zskera Vaults are located early in your journey to the Forbidden Reach, and once you complete daily quests and world quests on the Forbidden Reach, you will find your first Vault. The Onyx Annulet Ring is an upgradable ring with three empty sockets intended for Primordial Stones with powerful effects. In WoW Dragonflight patch 10.0.7, you can upgrade this ring to item level 424 easily, with zero group content.
The first upgrade increases a Primordial Stone’s item level from 411 to 418, and the second increases the stone’s item level to the current maximum of 424. The ring starts at Item Level 405, but you can upgrade socketed Primordial Stones with Unstable Elementium created by Jewelcrafters. Upgrading Primordial Stones increases the item level of the ring. These stones provide players with unique powers and can only be socketed in a new Ring called the Onyx Annulet.
To obtain the Onyx Annulet, you can safely remove a socketed Primordial Stone from your Onyx Annulet, upgrade desirable Primordial Stones, and break down and obtain new Primordial. The Onyx Annulet can be found in the Zskera Vault, a new activity in Patch 10.0.7. To upgrade gems, you need 2 x Unstable Elementium for each gem to hit 424.
To obtain the Onyx Annulet and Primordial Stones in WoW: Dragonflight, you must first finish the Forbidden Reach intro quests, starting in Valdrakken. After some gametime, you can understand how upgrading works and share it with others.

Honestly, getting 6 shards from one gem, and then 10 for a 1 in 3 chance for the one you need is very ok. If this was in the game two years ago there wouldve been one item that costs 20 and just rolls all family of gems, giving you a much lower chance of getting what you need. This is very okay. If you got 3 gems and need none of them, you can reroll twice, thats nice
